  Not to worry now. Now, I got the old file main and restored.

  To help others who are in situations similar to mine, that's what I did:

  I went into the folder Appdata > Roaming > Skype folder > folder username > and right click on the file

  > Clicked on properties

  > Clicking on the tab in previous versions

  > Stressed the old version and

  > clicked on restore.

  TADA

  job done. Now, I have all my conversations and messages... WOW!

• Performance history missing after the movement of vcenter database

  I recently moved our vcenter remote SQL database to a new server. The move of the SQL database process went well. After that I moved the database update the DSN on the server Vcenter, and the connection successfully tested.

I can see all the stats from before I moved the database and I can see real time statistics, but I do not see that anything recorded in day or week view since his arrival in the database.   In the case of the 'modern' Skype, history of cats is saved in the main.db file located in:

  C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.SkypeApp\Localstate\

  If your computer restarts when Skype was still working, the file main.db may has been corrupted and the chat history is lost.

  I'll try to explain as much as I can...

  On my 9360, I saved my bbm contacts list back up on my memory card, but I think that cats history record in the unit? ive never "supported" the story of my memory card, it should be on the device shudnt it? In any case I want to know is that I did a security wipe on my phone that is supposed to erase all the data, I was wondering if a security wipe would be authorized that story, and also after I did the wipe I "restored" my contacts back upward bbm on my memory and restored card will only contacts and NOT history? Or bbm contacts backup contain the contacts and history for each of the contacts?

• Cannot install update KB951847 error code: 800 b 0100

  I, too, am unable to perform this update, I get the same error.  I am running Vista 32 bit and we tried the following:

  (1) running checksur (see below)
  (2) checksur running in safe mode.  Received the error, that he could not run in safe mode.
  (3) file system Ran Checker (sfc/scannow). Received the error that I had some corrupted files that he could not adjust.   Gave me the address where to look for newspaper... couldn't find the log.
  (3) separate ran standalone updates for 2.0 (message I didn't need this update).  (the message that it wouldn't install) version 3.0 and 3.5 (same error as before).  Some kind of problem with 3.0?

  I'm trying to install SP2 for my Vista Home Premium 64-bit (SP1), but get the CRC 80070017 error code.

  I did the steps mentioned above, see my first post and failed.

  What I did to reinstall the system, is not formatting the HD or anything, everything Vista reinstall and reactivate it.

  Then I updated my system, 56 updated and checked the system with SFC/scannow, the answer... .found no violation of integrity.
  Downloaded SP2 from a stand-alone installation installation process.

  Everything worked fine , now I have to deal with the ASUS software that the monkey went, but this isn't a big deal.

  BBM is linked to your ID, and all discussions are stored in the cloud, if you change phones use the same ID that all your messages will be downloaded to your new phone. Update does not delete the cats or messages.
