  When trying to open Photoshop, I got a pop-up saying "Adobe Application Manager to start your trial, is missing or damaged." I followed the link to download a new copy, but I keep getting the same error. I tried it redownloading at least five times, restarted my computer and using the cleaning tool from Adobe to clean my Adobe files and re-download creative cloud as a whole. When I redownloaded creative cloud, the desktop app open very well, but the Photoshop application now has a sign of orange error beside it saying the update failed. • Adobe Application Manager won't let me open my purchased Production Premium 5.5 software. Help, please!

  I used my cs5.5 Production Premium software for over 3 years with no problems at all. Today, I tried to open the Adobe Application Manager window popped up and Illustrator. I clicked on the button "accept" the Adobe software license agreement. He then asked my software license number. I typed in and a green checkmark showed by checking the correct number.   I could be wrong, but I believe the app you are referring is capture CC. This is the mobile application that allows to create brushes, color themes, forms and templates and places them in the libraries that can be used in our desktop applications (and mobile).

  Since the app is not available for phones Windows, the only way you could get the bosses in a library would be to have someone to share a library (with bosses inside) with you. You would be able to copy it into your own library. Grounds are currently usable in Photoshop CC.
