Adobe Application Manager won't let me open my purchased Production Premium 5.5 software. Help, please!

I used my cs5.5 Production Premium software for over 3 years with no problems at all. Today, I tried to open the Adobe Application Manager window popped up and Illustrator. I clicked on the button "accept" the Adobe software license agreement. He then asked my software license number. I typed in and a green checkmark showed by checking the correct number. I clicked on continue and then it comes back to the Adobe software license agreement... I agreed again, given my license number, again, etc, etc... basically, AAM won't let me access my software.

I tried to uninstall MAO, but the software does not open and he said MAO to open Production Premium software... I reinstalled and the absurdity of number of license/accept even ensued...

It doesn't seem to be any problem on my account on adobe.com. There seems to be an error with the software (outside the AAM is a little awkward).

It may be useful to note that in the error messages after you have uninstalled MAO, he said that my software was a 'trial' and the AAM was required to perform the test. I don't know if something is communicating to the MAO that I use a software test... but by typing in a number of valid license does not seem be recognized or used by the software to fix the problem.

What should I do to open the programs I bought? Help, please!

  • Adobe Application Manager is no longer up-to-date CS6 Production Premium

    Hello

I have a perpetual license CS6 Production Premium for mac. I had problems with OSX El Capitan, so I returned to Yosemite 10.10.5 and I did a clean install.

After I reinstalled CS6 Production Premium I run Adobe Application Manager to update the applications to newer versions.

But rather as a first thing Adobe Application Manager update itself and by updating other applications, the installation program got stuck, and I had to restart my mac.

Now: Adobe Application Manager became suddenly the creative cloud (seriously?), and rather than offer me to update the applications it offers upgrade me to CC - something that I hate and I would never do. I don't give myself no options to update to the current version of CS6, but only "update all my cc applications.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

    Dario

p.s. I won't go into detail about how I feel any CC, because I know that it has already been discussed to death. But I am disgusted now I am obliged to have this application creative cloud on my mac, which I find very invasive and completely unrelated to the original CS6 license I bought. I have to use the tools of the business that I hate right now (but I used to love), I think it's very sad.

    Here's what I did:

When you try to update, creative application Cloud opens instead of Adobe Application Manager. For this reason he detected no any update, unless I'm subscribed to CC (which of course I don't want). Apparently creative cloud and the old Adobe Application Manager coexist on your mac, but the default application is now creative cloud, so I got rid of the creative cloud and in doing so, I was able to access the former manager of Application and to update CS6 to the latest available version.

    1. Try to uninstall creative cloud using the creative cloud uninstall app in your application. If uninstall does not work because it says it is necessary to CC (even if you have CC) then proceed to step 2.
    2. Download Creative cloud cleanser here and open it.
    3. Select creative cloud and then "sanitation of selected" (uninstall will does not work). This will remove creative cloud.
    4. Open an application of CS6 (e.g. Photoshop) > help > updates...
    5. This will finally open the former Application Manager, and it will be possible to update the software again.

  • Cannot not all updates because of Adobe Application Manager

Adobe Application Manager refuses to complete updates for CS5.5 Production Premium and gives window that says ' Close Adobe Bridge CS5.1 (Bridge.exe) and I have follow all instructions in Bridge help where others speak same problem.» Nothing, they suggest work. The problem is still there, refusing to allow me to 'Continue' with my downloaded updates. He apparently is a long-term problem that Adobe should have been fixed with a patch, etc. A simple "close Application" under the file in Bridge should do the trick. Can someone give me a proven solution that works? Thank you.

I managed to uninstall my acrobat pro, but my adobe application manager seems to think that I still have it. I do not see how to download it from adobe and re install. Can anyone help? I spent many hours trying to get my creative cloud version to run after the license of first years has failed. It was a bit of a nightmare and sie Adobe is not easy to get help from.

I spent a few hours trying to untangle a redemption code. I dropped so uninstalled acrobat, because he is no longer works apparently.  I managed to find out how to buy a new redemption code for creative cloud through the Institute where I exposed, but now I can't get a download for my acrobat, one that will work on my macbook pro 2010 running 10.6.8

Navigation in the adobe site was not easy and not very impressed in terms of achieving support for the problems and responses so far. Only no reply emails usually that means logging in time and time again.

Thanks to all of you who tried to help him. • Some, but not all, programs in CS6 Master Collection is more open, inviting the Adobe Application Manager

Here's my problem. I bought the CS 6 Master Collection when it came out. Everything was fine until recent months when some, but not all, programs won't open. When I run CS 6 Illustrator, Creative Cloud Adobe Application Manager opens. To renew your subscription? When I Subscription Manager, I said I have a free subscription to creative cloud. Agents chat Adobe told me that my creative cloud subscription is good.

What is strange, but I thank you, is that other programs, such as Photoshop CS6 and Dreamweaver CS6, open very well, without the detour over the impasse of Adobe Application Manager.

Through four chat sessions, I have been ordered to take various measures, which none have worked. The fuller was an uninstall of all Master CS6 Collection, run a cleaning of Adobe tool, then a reinstallation is complete. It took a while, but left me at the same place: Adobe Application Manager opens for 6, Illustrator CS, but CS 6 Dreamweaver and Photoshop 6 CS open very well.

After several tries, I somewhat lost a little confidence in agents chat for Adobe. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I've updated InDesign CC to 2015 edition and now when I click on open, it takes me to Adobe Application Manager but then lies just on "Please wait a moment" with a spinning wheel. I left for several hours without change. I tried to shut down and restart the two CC from Adobe and InDesign and the same thing happens. I have out and back in again saved and the same thing happens. I am running OSX Yosemite.

    I got this all day.

    I found a solution...

running, click to close (very faintly, you will see a login under the white window screen).

When asked "Yes or no" click no... and rather than return to the State of the hanging, the hidden window comes forward - now, login and everything seems to proceed.

Hmm... OK - so it not let me login, now everything has gone... oh, here go us.
