  Hello, I get an error when I try to publish a folio. The dialog box indicates the product ID is not valid. I tried different identifiers and I still get this message. It also appears when I try to update the status of a previously published folio.

  I have a problem with Captivate 6.0, I insert a video FLV in a project with multiple synchronized slides. This video is the beginning as an opener. It is only on this one slide, had not been extended across from all others. I have tried and found and replaced the 2 files found in lib to 9.0 and 10.0 and still not working after this fix. Is it something I am doing wrong? It worked on my latest project a month ago. Y at - it a patch coming out? Or not?...

  Thanks Anjaneai, we were able to solve the problem, the problem that I had set in forcing changes to validate when editing, for some reason, that he did not publish any changes made with the video was loading an incorrect video. I have also published in the default folder that goes to no to seduce while doing this, it seemed to work. I hope that our helicopter a fix is able to help someone else.   That's all using the 11g ODBC driver (but I have similar connects using the DataDirect driver).
  
  I don't know what I can do. I tried the component with other ODBC connections (to MS Access) and it worked without problem, so I think it has something to do with the Oracle ODBC connection. Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?

  Looks like you are using an ODBC Oracle driver to connect TIBCO to an Oracle database.

  It seems that the problem occurs because third party shopping widget on your page load a stripped down version of jQuery (the popular JavaScript library) that does not include a method of detecting browser (jquery.browser) which is needed for the sites of Muse:

  If you wish to continue using the third party widget, we recommend you reach out to the third party and inform them that if they want to load another version of jQuery that Muse loads by default it must load the entire library.

  It happened more than a dozen times now, over a period of 12 hours. Sometimes the download progresses to 40% sometimes only around 10% before it fails. Thinking that maybe it's a problem with the particular folio, I tried to publish I have re-released most older who had no problem before and they are now experiencing the same problem. From reading the forums, this is a problem other people have lived but no real solution has been offered, and finally, it seems fair to start working again. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

  We have recently upgraded to RH6 to RH7 and trying to publish one of my converted projects, I received an error message during the first seconds of the publication process which reads "Publishing has been cancelled. Cannot create the file: cshdat_robohelp.htm. "I could not locate any other occurrences of this message in the forums, or out on the Web, any suggestions? I use on my local machine and I still RH6 on my other system that publishes the project even without error, very slowly, but without problem.

  That seems to have been the problem, I was trying to publish my projects of RoboHelp 7 as part of a trial for an intranet test rather than our direct intranet business environment to ensure that our projects that have been highly problematic over the past year in RoboHelp 6 would go smoothly in version 7. After several unsuccessful attempts to use this test environment, change records release in HR, etc, I changed the server region HR information live and published without a hitch. I'll be so happy when I can finally get rid of RH 6 and move permanently to HR 7 so far I am very impressed with the response time of HR 7 I did a comparison side by side of the two programs with my same file of project (two copies of backup of it) and what took me 6.5 hours in RH6 only took me 40 minutes to RH7.

  Know the cause of the problem. Seems that using FTP is the question - there is latency in the FTP server where it does not recognize the LCK file as being deleted for a few moments. Noticed the same problem directly connected to the FTP server when I copied a file in a different directory, delete the original, then tried putting the file in the same directory. Received a message "overwrite this file", even though he had disappeared.

  No problem at all when you use Contribute with Local network as a communication option.
