CDs to the same Standard for 2003 Premium 2003?

I have a client who decided to do the Green thing and pay for a green business correctly come and dispose of all its old printers, keyboards, monitors and old machines.  They knew what they were doing.  They him cleaned up.  They all unwanted software behind to the left and each piece of current software they had.  I did ASRs to compensate for missing system restore disks.  Dell has helped me huge in this substitute other media.  Reference Dell would give me media for OS too it they had, but they only have R2.  R2 do me no good because OEM R2 will not update R1.  I'm on Microsoft distribution lists, so I have all of their software, but my discs do not work like the scans.  The originals were .cab files and directories.  Not mine huge .exe chained.  I rearrange Microsoft and paid for the replacement of media, but it has been weeks.  The problem is SP2 for SharePoint is what he always does, destroyed SharePoint.  In fact, this is how we found out what happened.  I arrived for the container where all the discs have been, and the container had papers without value in it and all software had disappeared.  Now, I need to re - install SharePoint.  I have clients with SBS Standard and Premium of SBS R2.  I don't have another regular customer with SBS Premium.  The question is, are the Standard and Premium, the same as the key discs?  If they are, I'm good.  If they are not... I'll need to come up with a Plan B, or wait forever.  The urgency is because this company uses SharePoint widely, and it is to kill her.
