When I create the HTML code for these selectors are created in the original CSS file. Is it possible to change this CSS code file will go to?

1 open the CSS designer (window > CSS designer or SHIFT + F11)

2. in the Sources under header, click on the + and select Create a new CSS file

3. give a name to the file

4. choose the link to the add as radio button

5. press the OK button

From there out, when you want to add this css file, make sure it is highlighted under the heading of sup of Sources in CSS designer.

    Why my Muse formatting does not disappear when I open the site in DW CS6? I need to change the PayPal shopping cart code to account for my shipping options. I exported the Muse test in a folder and then created a new Site in DW with the help of this file, so all CSS should be there, but I don't see on the page about the elements without formatting, any stop to the left. Thank you!

    PS: Muse will be the most impressive program ever when they fix these bugs or drop because not every user will be paying through the nose for Business Catalyst. Grrrrrrrrr.

    Best approach would be not to use the PayPal widget and instead copy and paste the PayPal code embedded in an object > object to insert the HTML in Muse. This way you can edit the HTML code to embed PayPal code from Muse and without having to modify the exported code.

    To move the stick and go to the top, you must change the order of each element.

    Right-click on the navigation bar or anything else.

    Select Code Navigator from the list.

    Click on the name of the class.

  • CSS code or by default in the page html DW CC

    Hello

    I am creating a site of an empty html page and no matter what I do, Dreamweaver keeps placing the CSS code in the head of the HTML page. I don't want this site will have more than one page, and I would like a large css file of the site.

    I created a new HTML page, selected create a new CSS, named css for what I want, and still, it places the css in the html file.

    I've tired to do a right-click the page in design view and adding the css file and still the same.

    I never had this problem before, it seems as if the last update to Dreamweaver (the one where is by default adds folders JS and fonts) seems to be something that will not create mode to put the code directly in an external CSS file.

    The correct href links are in the head of the CSS tags.

    He drives me crazy.

    Thank you very much

    I've highlighted the css file, as suggested and then the page properties to change the margins to 0...

    'Well, it's your problem... »

    Page properties are literally 'page properties '. If you want to add body {margin: 0 ;} to your external .css file, you must make the change in CSS designer.} Page properties affect only the given page and will write to theArticle as CSS embedded.

  • How can I add this css code to my project?

    I know there is an easy way to do it, but I can't understand it. I want to change the default text selection highlight color, and this is the css code. How can I add to my animated site of edge?

    Highlight the Code:

    : - moz - selection {}

    background-color: #BA9EB0;

    color: #ffffff;

    }

    : selection {}

    background-color: #BA9EB0;

    color: #ffffff;

    }

    Very well thought of her. Here's what I did:

    I added this line of compositionready in the scene:

    SYM $(" ") .appendTo ("#Stage");

    Then, I created a .css file with the css for color selection and saved as mystyle. CSS and placed the file in the folder where the project animate has been stored.

    Works like a charm now!

  • DW CS4 'go to the code' does not go to the css code

    When you are in the css Panel and right-click on a particular style, by clicking 'Go to the code' used to put me to the exact location of this rule in the relevant css file. This is no longer. It seems to bring me to the relevant html in the html source code, but code that is useless. Someone at - it ideas? I use this feature TONS and can't live without it.

    Thank you

    Anne

    I just tested CS4 preferences changed to 'Edit using CSS dialog box'. Go to the Code still works without problem.

    Now, I noticed that at the top, there is a new "toolbar" with all of the files that are associated with this document and css files are among them. I did not like it, cause I want the CSS OPEN file when I edit it, so I know not to save and download the right to file in just 2 clicks. I noticed that the css files no longer appear in the "toolbar" - I could have attempted to change these settings.

    The related files toolbar is controlled by the General category of the preferences panel. The fourth element of the top is 'enable related files '. Even with this unchecked, go to the Code works.

    The only other edit I've done recently is to change toolbar real to exclude some buttons I don't a need (cut/paste/copy/etc...) so that the buttons I have they use all appear on a single line. I edited the xml file and saved and it seems to work fine - if it wasn't for this 'go to the code"no longer works.

    Could any of my changes "broken" this feature? How to cancel the best?

    It is possible that your changes might have broken some features in Dreamweaver. How to cancel them is to remove your personal Configuration file and let Dreamweaver generates a new with factory settings.

    Now, it seems to only occur when the css files are called from in an inclusion... but it worked before.

    Yes, it's a difference between Dreamweaver CS3 and CS4. Go to the Code does not work in CS4 if your style sheet is attached using an inclusion. It must be directly related to the page or be linked through the @import command by a style sheet linked directly to the page. If you feel this is a limitation of your workflow, Please submit a request for improvements to Adobe to support style sheets linked by include files.

    In addition, on new tests, when I change the styles, I get an error. See the attached file. I bet that they are related. I can't find anything about it. ESP since AID disappeared.

    I don't know anything about the error message. However, I can help you is certainly not gone. When you access using Dreamweaver CS4, the help files are launched in a browser, which should connect directly to the online help system. Help has moved online because it can be updated more frequently if problems are discovered. It also has a comment system, where I provide many of the answers or refer to Adobe if necessary. Even if you are offline, access to help is expected to launch a local version of the original files.

    How to change the destination drive to D: for all future downloads and facilities of new programs

    Hello

    D: is normally the recovery partition on most computer brands (Acer being an exception) and is used for these purposes:

    1. to reinstall Vista from in the case of a failure of the system, based on individuals or the keys at startup.

    F10 or Alt + F10 or F11 are a couple of different manufacturers use sequences.

    You will need to ask your manufacturer for proper sequence.

    2. to make the recovery disks on if your drive hard breaks down, so that you can then reinstall the operating system on a new hard drive.

    Also ask them how to make records.

    Your D: Recovery Drive is should not be used for backups, defragmented, etc..

    There are backups on an external hard drive.

    To resolve the problems that have arisen with the recovery D: Partition, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your computer to remove all that has been added to it.

  • Change the destination drive for burning music on USB (drive F) instead of cd (E drive)

    My computer says that I have both an E Drive for CDs and a F for the USB drive, but I can't figure out how to change the destination when I try to burn on the USB instead of the Conference on disarmament.  Does anyone have an answer?

    Thanks, ClintsMomma

    Hello

    What software are you using to BURN? Many software when we say burn, they find an optical drive valid to engrave on an optical disc. If you want to use USB, no need to burn, just copy as normal copy files from one disk to the other drive.

    Kind regards.
