Change security questions?

APPLE MacBook Pro (15 ", end of 2008) OS X EL Capitan, version: 10.11.6.

Problem: Access my APPLE account and update password and other information, but couldn't update of security issues (change reason: couldn't remember the answers).

How can I change them or what should I do?

I tried getting automated or group responses, but had none. Also got the temporary PIN - how to do a perm?
