• Cannot change the parental control to my admin account. Error message

  When to my admin account, I was able to turn parental controls for UAS oin my children, but when I try to change the programs and other whatnot (so my 5 & 3 years can not access to Quickbooks, etc!) I get an error message saying ' impossible changes to parental controls settings.   I can increase or decrease its only by moving the mouse or scrolling. I suggest you decrease the sensitivity of your mouse and see if it makes a difference.
