    Hello

    There are several ways to do this-

    2. you can set the style inline in Code view (for example it is paragraph

    3. you can use CSSD to add a switch and set color property in the section of text.

  • Imported text formatting disappears when you change the font in the character palette.

    Something seems to have changed with my InDesign, and I don't know why. Here's what I used to be able to do.

    I could import a word doc into a text box. This text would be bold italic, regular, fonts. I choose the text box, and then change the font using the character palette by changing just the upper box of the police. For example, if the police imported as Helvetica, but I wanted to be all Futura, I check the box and then simply type Futura and all bold Helvetica would become "BOLD" Futura, and italic Helvetica became Futura Italic, etc.. I didn't have to select each row.

    Now if I try to do the same thing, when I select Futura, it changes just ANY text to regular Futura. I lose all the precedents of the formatting that was imported from the word doc.

    I hope this makes sense.

    How can I go back to the way it was?

    Help, please! It's maddening! Not a big deal to design unique flyer but when laying on a book, it could represent DAYS on the project.

    Thank you!

    I fixed it. It was so simple. I just stumbled upon the answer.

  • How change the font on the Format RTF model so that all NEW documents are defined on this font when creating.

    I want that all new documents I create using the comic strip without police set to 12pt size, but when I create a new document, RTF, it always comes down to the air police in 10 point size.

    I tried to change the font and size then SAVE AS a document rich TEXT in Wordpad, but every time I create a new document is Arial 10 pt text.

    WordPad is a very basic word processing and does not support contain many advanced features such as types of start-up documents templates and so on.  You would need to buy a real processor for these capabilities.

  • Change the font style in a paragraph Style

    I have a code which changes the font of my paragraph style, but I also need to change the font style. I have the following code and the applied font style line is to throw an error.

    myStyle = app.activeDocument.paragraphStyleGroups.item("Headings").paragraphStyles.item("Heading 1");
    myStyle.appliedFont = "Microsoft JhengHei";
    myStyle.appliedFontStyle = "Bold";

    The code works without the last line in, but when he is in I get this error:

    I looked on the site Jongware under Font Style:

    RichardM0701 wrote:

    As in the model DOM is misleading or my code is wrong?

    Surely not! (This first one, by the way.) Check this page of DOM; ther eis no such thing as "appliedFontStyle" for paragraphs.

    You can give a more his style associated with an object police do (what you must look first), or as a string, but the string must have a special format:

    "family style [tab]".

    and since this is Javascript, you must type the tab as '\t ': character

    myStyle.appliedFont = "Microsoft JhengHei\tBold";

    (You also must be sure that this police more combo style actually exists, or well ID will always throw an error.)

    This 'trick' is not in the presentation of the DOM commands, because (uh) Adobe don't think to mention. But you should not use the command for the basic syntax reference, for that you need to read Adobe's Javascript Programming Guide, and I'm sure he gets mentioned in there.

  • How can I change the fonts, is it "BOLD", etc. in a new message?

    I use TB 31.5.0. When you compose a new message in HTML, I don't see a way to easily change the fonts, the font size, "BOLD", etc. I have 'compose messages in HTML format' ticked. My wife says she thinks this device used to be there in earlier versions of TB.

    Thank you

    Your formatting bar is turned on.

    Hi Brenda19605,

    You can use this article to set the fonts and colors: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-fonts-and-colors-websites-use?esab=a & s = do & r = 0 & s = as

    The default settings for the police are in this article:
    https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/KB/some%20text%20shows%20up%20bold%20after%20upgrade

    Unfortunately for the default color has no good reference. For the text, but it is black (most lower-left), the background is white (color above left). Unvisited links is blue (column 8, line 5) and the visited link is purple (column 9, line 5).

  • Change the font used by the Mac App Store

    Is it possible to change the font size and or the color used by the Mac App Store and the iTunes App tab? At my age, I find that the font size and the great on white background is hard to read. Only being able to select black text on white instead of grey would be a great help for us older people.

    Currently, cannot be done.

    Is there a way to change the font size in the comments to a readable/superior police box? I went to Keynote > Preferences > General and tried making it bigger, and it does not work. Keynote 6.6.1 thanks.

    The fonts themselves, or one of the font attributes cannot be changed; (size, color, tabs or alignment)

    Although it would be very helpful to change the font size, in normal circumstances, this should not be a problem; comments are designed as a personal note by the designer and should only ever be seen by them.

    Y at - it a sequel to change the font in plain text emails?

    I know it can be done in rich text emails.

    I use windows 7 and WLM

    Thank you much for the help.

    If you talk about messages you're writing, then the answer is no. You should be able, but the function does not work in WLMail 2011/2012 - the police will always be 12pt Calibri. It is unimportant, because no police information is transmitted with the message - that's what plain text means. It is entirely software of the recipient that the font is used to display the message when he gets it.

    If you talk about messages you receive, then the font is specified for encoding involved reading from the sheet of program options tab. Press Ctrl-Shift-O to the options. You can see that the font that you specified is not used, but it can come right after the closing of the program, wait a few minutes and he raises.
