Changing link colors

I would like to make it Popup links different colors and hyperlinks as a visual cue for the user. Is it possible to set different colors for these links in RH 6? I looked in help, but he speaks only the text of pop-up windows. I want to change plain ole "pop-up windows.

THX,
Brenda

Brenda:

You can add a class in the css file that shows the different colors. For example:

A.pop:link {color: #0000FF ;}}
A.pop:visited {text-decoration: none; color: #0000FF ;}}
A.pop: active {text-decoration: underline; color: #FF0000 ;}}
A.pop:hover {text-decoration: underline; color: #FF0000 ;}}

Change the attributes of a style sheet (text decoration and color) to match your needs. When you enter the link, simply add the new class to the text. For example,.

    So, I'm pretty new to all this.

    I'm trying to set up a site of minimalist art and there are a lot of white space. My 'customer' wants that the text of the link to not have this default underscore in this regard. We also want to change the colors of the binding for a three different situations (not yet clicked, the cursor, already clicked)

    In addition, we have a few images that are background white background that blend with the background. We wanted to make linkable, but when I do that the image gets a box massive ugly link around it. We want to keep it white...

    How do I do that?

    You must use CSS.

    delete notes:
    a {}
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    is not-yet-a click on the links:
    a: link {}
    ... formatting...
    }

    already-one click on (visited) links:
    a: visited {}
    ... formatting...
    }

    Links hover:
    a: hover {}
    ... formatting...
    }

    remove the borders around image links:
    an img {}
    border: none;
    }

    Concerning

    Definition:

    An unordered list (UL) is made up of sequences of list items defined by the LI element.

    In other words, the AMT must not contain anything that is not contained in an LI element. This means that it is illegal to an image in the OL element which is not contained in an LI element.

    With respect to the highlighting of an item (LI) in the list, is to compare the href attribute of the element with the URL of the page. That is the href attribute is "register.html" then the URL is similar to www.mysite.com/register.html, then turn on the highest point. This can be achieved by using a bit of JavaScript.

    I use jQuery to make the JS. The script looks like

    {jQuery (document) .ready (function ($)}

    var url = window.location.href;
    $('_ul.nav_a').map (function () {}
    $(this) .parent () .toggleClass ('active' this.href = url | this.href == url.split("?")) ([0].split("#") [0]);
    });

    });

    The above script compares the values and assigns a class active in a game, although the game contains a hash (#) or an anchor. The style of the current class can be created using CSS as

    .the {}

    color: pink;

    }

    There are two required libraries, namely

    1. https://code.jQuery.com/jQuery-2.2.1.min.js
    2. jQuery - queryParser.js of GitHub - mattsnider/jquery-plugin-query-parser: Simple plugin for jQuery to parse query strings.

    Thank you

    Thanks for your help.  The problem with me is that when I started, I was working other jobs of peoples and downloaded the css styles so there that I inherited, there are many and don't know what this means and what things should go, but at least I'm learning all the time!

  • Change the color of specific links

    On a web page, I want to change the color of the links. I found other issues in the Council on this subject, but when I try to their answers, it will not work for me. Can someone tell me how to make these links on white blue background? I have CS5 DW. Here is the page:

    http://www.gaditesmaritime.com/links2.html

    Give thecell link/s is / are in a 'class' (see below), then wrap your link in an anchor tag to actually make a link (see below)

    http://www.bahamasmaritime.com"> www.bahamasmaritime.com".

    Then add your css styles below:

    .blueLinks a {}

    text-decoration: none;

    color: #069;

    }

    .blueLinks a: hover {}

    color: #099;

    }

    My link colors appear always purple when it's on the net. No matter what I do to change the color, they appear always purple. What is the problem and is there a method to correct?

    Looks like you're leaving the: visited the default color.

    Add in some css to reset the: visited to what you want...

    a: visited {}

    Color: #000000;

    }

    In addition, make sure that your link pseudo classes go in order following in your css...

    a: link

    a: visited

    a: hover

    a: active

    If this isn't the issue, we'll need to see your page to help you, could you post a link?

  • How can I make multicolored links change their color reversal or stationary?

    I made links with distinct colors using css, but the links with new colors have no hover property. I want these links change color when the cursor passes over them in the same way other links on my page only. I tried to make a new css for < hover > rule and tried to write to the property in the css code, but without result. I searched the web and this forum for an answer and found notheing that works. Anyone know how to give links with several colors of a hover property that will make them change color? All my other links change color as defined in the properties page, but links with the new rules of color change of color more. It's probably pretty basic. I'm new to DW, using CS6. If anyone can provide a step by step and show where the code needs to be inserted, it would be very useful. Thank you in advance!

    For those looking for an answer on how to change the a: hover color for a single hyperlink, after a little greater experimentation, I found that adding to my CSS allows me to change the color of a single binding a: overview!

    . Wrapper (div/link here your name) a: hover {}

    color: #(votre couleur préférée ici);

    }

    A simple solution to a simple problem. I hope this is a help to someone out there.

  • What is the property to change the link colors?

    DW5.5 in win 7

    I have a css file that is attached to my documents "twoColLiqLtHdr.css."

    What would be the property (at least that's what I think you would call it) to change the color of normal link from blue to white.

    I have another page that has some online code that sets the color of the link to yellow for this page only (a: link {color: #ff0})-provided by Nancy this Ant.

    I want to leave this yellow page with links, but change the color of a link to any other pages.

    all pages are derived from a model.

    but I guess I make the change in the css file!

    I can't find reference to a: link {color: #ff0} in the file "twoColLiqLtHdr.css" so I guess that's the default

    I tried to add in the body, containing sections and content, but that had no effect, UN-less that I did something wrong, I saved the file css after I made the changes

    If I move my mouse over a link in a page of the browser thingy (ships wheel) appears and tells

    twoColLiqLtHdr.css

    body

    . Container

    . I'm glad

    any help would be appreciated

    Thank you

    Try the following (replace yourColor with the color of the desired link and hover color). Add this at the end of the twoColLiqLtHdr.css file

    . Container a {}

    color: #yourColor;

    }

    . Container a: hover {}

    color: #yourColor;

    }

  • Link color change on a page only?

    I'm learning CSS!

    I may have the wrong terminology in places.

    Dreamweaver CS5.5 on Windows 7

    Is it possible to have the color of the LINK, (text with an underline which directs me to other pages), different page special but leave at the default color for all the other pages?

    Currently

    The twoColLiqLtHdr.css file has the following parameters;

    a: link {}

    color: #414958;

    text-decoration: underline;

    }

    If I set up a custom style for the tag , it applies to all the links on the site?

    I made a style class but wouldn't change the color of text but I could change the background color using this style of class but I couldn't replace the color of the text (and underscore).

    Or am I crazy?

    Looks very good.  But you might want to remove this from your model and put this style into your external CSS file, where it belongs.

    While you're there, check your Template for any errors of code and fix them before you save and fill of child pages.

  • How to change the color of the link in java

    Hello

    Just stuck on the way in which I would like to change the color of my twitter account link in the footer of my site, I have little or no knowledge of javascript, so I don't know what to do. The site is at http://bit.ly/15f7ReG and twitter is in the foot.

    It is the code snippet used to retrieve and display the tweet, don't know what to change because I want the links to pink color.

    <div class="one-third notopmargin">
                    <h4>Latest tweet</h4>
                    <div class="tweeter">

    <div id="twitter_update_list"></div>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://twitter.com/javascripts/blogger.js">
    </script>

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline.json?screen_name=gummetdjs&include_rts=true&count=1&callback=twitterCallback2">

    </script>

                </div><br />

    Thanks in advance for any advice!

    Just an info, Java is not the same as JavaScript.  They have 2 completely different programming languages, with just as much in common as apples and elephants.

    To change the link colors, open your CSS code and add the following. Adjust the colors to suit.

    / * TWITTER LINKS * /.

    #twitter_update_list a: link {color: fuschia ;}}

    #twitter_update_list a: visited {color: blue ;}}

    #twitter_update_list a: hover {color: yellow; background: fuschia ;}}

    #twitter_update_list a: active.

    #twitter_update_list a: focus {color: white; background: fuschia ;}}

  • How can I add a propertye on a link which, after a mouse click, change the color of the border of the link?

    I am doing this by adding a JavaScript in the box of the binding properties in adobe acrobat 7.0, but I do not know how the script should be written.

    You might do this if you used a button instead of a link annotation and following the mouse upward to the event of the button:

    Change the color of the border of this red button when you click

    event.target.strokeColor = color.red;

    For other colors, see: http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9.1/Acrobat9_1_HTMLHelp/JS_API_AcroJS.88.261.html
