Changing the video card settings.

I changed the settings on my video card for something that that does not support my monitor/TV. Now I don't get a picture, just a blue screen saying "NOT SUPPORTED". How can I change the return parameters?

No problem.

    > On the other hand, it is possible to change the whole motherboard, and if it is possible, it would cost a lot?
The replacement of the motherboard is possible, but it can be replaced with the same card published by Toshiba for this series of laptop.
In addition, the replacement of the motherboard is a costly business because the mobo is one of the expensive laptop parts

    I found this on ebay:

Sorry, but man I must say: forget it.

    Hello

Usually it of not possible to change the GPU on laptop computers.
The laptop is configured with this graphics card and after replacement, it possible s that the BIOS will not accept this card and laptop does not start.

But why you want to replace it?

It seems that there s a new notebook with HD-DVD player and a great graphics card.
The replacement does not really increase the graphics performance!
You know, replacement is very risky, and if you open the notebook, you will lose the warranty!
    It is not worth!

  • Impossible to change the video card Intel for radeon

    Model: vpcsc1afm

I just upgraded to windows 8 and when I go to change my video card 3000 from low power to high power AMD radeon 6470 card Intel video.  I wonder if the problem is that there is not any software for the power switch that changes computer from endurance to speed. Help, please!

I already tried this twice by making sure that the power switch has been changed for housing suitable for each drivers before installation.  The driver is also enabled in Device Manager.  I had this same problem when I tried on the bata, but I managed to solve the problem by installing the drivers.  When in the bata, it was easy to tell that the pilots were the problem because the power to speed up the computer has crashed and after reinstalling the drivers it worked fine.  Here, when applying power to the speed, nothing happens.

Also noticed lately that the cooler starts roaring Java =. =' can it be connected to my (now defunct) video card or I just better clean the cooler?

    Hello!

The video card can't be updated because it s soldered onto the motherboard.
Here is a document Toshiba upgrade the CPU and the GPU:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/KB0/TSB9401AX0001R01.htm

But why you want to upgrade the video card?
However, you clean your laptop if you use the jet of compressed air. This could blow out the dust from the cooling fans.

Can I change the graphics card in my notebook? For example on 512 or more?

    Hello

No, the GPU upgrade is not possible because it is part of the motherboard.
In most cases, the GPU is fixed and cannot be deleted.

There is much discussion about the question about the GPU/Exchange upgrade and you will always find the same answer; NO, IT S NOT POSSIBLE.

  • Can I change the video memory settings?

I have a Compaq Presario SR5333WM desktop PC there MCP61PM-HM (Iris8) integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 6150SE. I have 2 gig of PC2-6400 (800 MHz) and I am running Vista Home Premium.

Now the BIOS is using 64 MB of ram right now. Is there a way to expand this to the 256 MB as the motherboard specifications say that I can?  I'll post the link card motherboard at the end of this. The main reason I bought this system has been to the video of 256, but I was never able to get the value. I would be very happy if this is possible, otherwise I'm looking to buy another system that I don't really have the funds to get it. So I crossed my fingers, thank you for the help. If you need any other information on this system please let me know.

The only changes that can be made to onboard video changes the amount of shared memory it will use.

It is only if the motherboard BIOS has parameters that will allow these changes.

For an amateur who built his own PC, almost every motherboard BIOS will give this option. The BIOS of a pre-built HP desktop PC system is custom code and does not allow the user to change the use of on-board video shared memory.

Then... the answer to your question is no.

The only video upgrade for the games, you can do this is by installing a PCI Express x 16 video card.

  • Get ESXI, up and running, but I have changed the NETWORK card settings, how do I fix? Help please!

ESXi perfect on my server but stupid ass me were running so I

play with the card NETWORK card and I changed to 1000 end, and it was

    100 MB and I forgot I was on a 10/100 switch,.

    in any case now I

cannot ping or you connect the box to esxi...

    What should I do?

    The

Server is a dual nic, should I connect the other cable network and

Configure the which? will it work?

I changed it using vSphere client...

Connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse to the host (as when you installed and initially configured ESXi)... Connect to the host interface and select the option "configure management network". Clear the existing NETWORK card, and then select the second network card. You will have to regularize, save the configuration when prompted and let it restart the management network. You should be able to manage the host by connecting the client vSphere again. Then, you change the network configuration to match the new settings, or difficulty of the NETWORK card that you have initially activated to use.

Is the host within a data center/server room? Why is the selector located only 100 MB? If the switch is able to go in the UK, ask that the host port ESXi will use either door to Go, full-duplex. Otherwise, you create a bottleneck, where it can be easily avoided.

    VMware VCP4

  • Can satellite L300D - I change the video card?

    Hello world

I am not satisfied with the performance of my video card. I have a Satellite L300D, with 2 Ati Radeon X 1250.
Can someone tell me if it is possible to remove these video cards, or remove 1 and put another one in it? Or simply add one and what is a good video card for this laptop?

There is no video card in this model, its fixed on the motherboard. In addition, there is no standard on laptops video card slot, so you would not be able to update anyway. That's because laptops are compact and their cooling system must be custom designed following the power of the VGA chip. The laptop could overheat or cause other problems power if a more powerful graphics card was installed.

So your only option is to sell the laptop and buy a model designed for the game, such as the P300 or P500, or maybe an A300 model with decent dedicated nVidia or ATI graphics.

Can I change the video card in my notebook?

No, it is not possible to s.
This question has been answered many times in this forum and I can only repeat and confirm this.
Technology of the laptop is not the same as the desktop PC and the replacement of the graphics card is not possible. Several times the GPU is a part of the motherboard and the removal is not easy or isn t possible
