  I am currently working on a project that involves more than 16 plans to work in the same document, but when I want to change the order of the work plans [for registration in PDF format] I have to move all the contents of my work to the new plan of work plans, etc.etc.

  It's really annoying, especially when I want to insert a new work plan between some wonderful ones.

  So is it possible to change something of the order of the work plans, or well they numbers [essentially the same]?

  Yes, you can create or modify the security settings in Acrobat. It's really something Acrobat, in any case. Illustrator can do go save as PDF dialog, but it really is to call on the features of Acrobat to do.

  If you open the PDF in Acrobat and do a right click anywhere on the page you can access document properties. One of the tabs in this context menu is for security. It should seem familiar and manageable.

  Can you explain more? What is changing? You can use the move tool V to move the artboard, it is the tool of workplan under the move tool, which can change the size of the artboard. Move the tool will move back if you try to move a work plan or if you try to change its size.

  This should create images with 96 DPI and dpi 30. But after the first call the app.jpegExportPreferences.exportResolution is not defined. I can swap function calls - first works, second fails.

  I designed a navigation bar for a Web site, I'm prototyping.

  I created "State 2" for each button in the navigation bar and apply style changes.

  I had slices of each button on the navigation bar.

  I selected the option 'Add an Image Swap behavior' choose 'to State 2"to display onMouseOver.

  I added information about 'Links' to each button on each page.

  I checked that the behaviors and links are in agreement on the 'master' throughout every page of the drawing.

  When I export to PDF format, the links work correctly, but 'Swap Image' behavior does not work. When I roll over a button, the style does not change when you view the document in Acrobat.

  PNG and PDF files are attached.

  Any suggestions?

  As you have correctly found, the links will work, but will not be seen no behavior added in Fireworks in PDF format when exporting.

• Multiple work plans still appear in PDF format

  When I save a file HAVE multiple work plans in PDF format and set the amplitude of the artboard to '1', acrobat displays as expected just a work plan selected. But if I open again that PDF in Illustrator, all work plans are still there.

  Why?

  I don't know why Adobe chose to do it this way. Disable "Compatibility Illustrator" removes additional work plans, even if it also reduces editability if brought in here. The other option is to manually delete the plans of work and extra illustrations and "save under".

• How to the best Setup project for export to many formats

  I'm about to start editing a wedding video but just realized I intend for the video to be viewed on many different media and display types. I wonder what the best way is to configure my project to be able to export all the different formats and to get the best possible quality for each of the formats? The video source is AVCHD 1080i (1920 x 1080 60 frames per second interlaced) I wish that my final project in all of the following formats (all 16:9):

  Blu - ray 1080i60

  Blu - ray 720 p 60

  1080 p 30 (for playback on projector connected to the computer)

  DVD NTSC (I think to 480 p or should I use 480i?)

  DVD PAL (576i or 576 p?)

  Should what format I configure my project? How then would export to other formats? How to deal with interlaced to progressive conversion? Thanks for any help you can offer.

  Use the format that fits your video... so the formats of all your AVCHD export full which is 1920 x 1080, are the same resolution or less... they can be exported from your project. You can deal with the export formats progressive in deinterlacing the video on the timeline and using the Progressive 'None,' option accessed from the advanced options in the export field window.

  I have not found anything on the following problem:

  I use APE10 and have done a 1080p50 video 16:9 of about 2 hours length.

  When exporting to DVD (4.7 GB) file, I am not able to adjust quality settings. The quality of the final product is low and the DVD folder has a size of about 3.9 GB. When changing to the folder option 8.5 GB DVD output is always 3.9 GB. There is no option to adjust the flow of DVD, in order to use all of the 8.5 GB for better video quality.

  The options you have for a DVD are the "Size to content available space" checkbox and slider (which is not active unless you uncheck the content adjustment). PRE automatically adjusts the flow.

  If you want to play video on a DVD as a commercial DVD player, this is your only option, but depending on what you're trying to do with the finished video, there may be higher quality solutions for you.

  I read this post: Re: reframe it.   And I tried to follow the directions to clean the edges of overflow out of my art project.  I have to do something wrong.  Furthermore, what is meant by 'thrill '?  I am very new to learn Illustrator so many things I don't understand.  Is this supposed to be done after you have everything?  Or only the paths that are outside the lines?   I can use all the help you can provide, if all goes well with the terms that I can understand.

• Export in jpg format

  I have a "Preset" that allows me to export my photo into a subfolder of the original file. In my case, it is simply called jpg export. This allows me to do all my changes when the shot is in original "Date taken" folder and all my shots edited in this folder appear in the jpg file export folder when I run the preset. My problem is that the jpg appears in the original folder and the jpg export folder. I know it's operator error, but what is the problem with my settings? Under Export location I export to: same folder as the original photo (this is the reason for my problem, but I'm not sure what it takes to take) in the subfolder: is checked and the file is called export jpg. Add to this catalogue: is also checked.

  If I understand you correctly, when you export, you choose "same folder as the original" and check "put in subfolder" and "add to catalogue".  The result is that it exports to the subfolder and add it to the catalog.

  If you 'see the photos in subfolders"checked in the menu of the library, then you will see the file exported both when you select the subfolder in the list of"Files"on the left in library view, and it also appears when you select the parent folder.  This is what "Show pictures in subfolders" - when you select a folder, it shows you the images in this folder and all its subfolders at the same time.  Isn't the problem that you describe?

  Also, you might want to consider if you want to include the jpeg export in the catalog.  Is there a reason for this?  I export images for various reasons: to download on the web, to send to somebody else, post on Facebook, to send to a print lab or whatever.  But I do not keep the exported version.  Once I've published, he expelled etc. I remove the jpeg format.  After all, I can recreate the original if I need it ever again.  For me, it's the power of Lightroom.  No need for multiple versions (except where I want multiple edited versions for artistic reasons, not several export versions).

  EDIT: The code snippet is a modification of the example of the expedition. Everything I had chosen for the snipper were the three screws and wires between them. Nothing else has been selected. The displayed snippet, that's what I got. (Don't have the tool to Capture of Code installed on the virtual machine.)

  It seems you have to do in a specific order in the layers panel. It seems backwards to me. The first work plan should not be at the top instead of bottom? Don't most people read this Panel from the top down?

  Can I export a single to a jpg graphic board using the GUI, but "artboardRange" does nothing for export to a jpg file.

  I can use the artboardRange in the pdf file in options and that works very well but, while the selection of the artboard is there in the export jpg dialog box in the windows gui I can't get this to work in javascript.

  I'm going to have to copy my content in a separate document containing only what I want and then export that?

  I tried to change the visibility of the items that I didn't have on the jpg but leaving just an empty area in the jpg resulting even with 'artboardClipping' = true. In fact, I don't know that this artboardclipping even does nothing of what I tried.

  If I export to a jpg file and use work plans and a separate jpg is scheduled for each work plan included with a prefix of the artboard # in the name, i.e. filename - 01.jpg and filename - 02.jpg. It would be awesome if I could this script properly.

  artboardRange doesn't seem to work in CS4.

  It has worked well in CS5, in this example, I saved all the work plans, but I was also able to do 1 or 2 at a time.
