Clips on a shoot with two cameras

I'm was scheduled to begin shooting a film in a few days, which will involve my F55 and an F5 as second camera. For installation, there will be a PMW-200 as the third camera. Just called me to say the naming convention clip that they wish to use for both cameras, and I just got the eggy conversation where I explain that this is not possible right now. The firmware was updated. To come. Blah blah.

The cameras will be time synchronized jam.

I wonder if someone has suggestions for how unambiguous and easily differentiate between the two cameras. The ideal would be to change the clip naming, perhaps in the content browser, but I don't see a way to do this.

Thanks for this Leon. Clip browser it and let the wrangler data to worry about this. We are actually recording to SxS rather raw, so I hope that with my setup enough vanilla and a very little bit of tweaking things must be upward. I intend to shoot mechiers at the head of each location.

200 gets specific coverage for a scene so I'm not too worried about the match up there; This choice of camera was production and dictated by the budget.

Speaking with the customer we discussed lockits, but decided to digislate and frequentish jams. Years ago, I came across a problem with a specific batch of Digibetas that has blurred the timecode so continually fed an external signal. It was salvagable to the end, but headache than the left lingers as well with the other weaknesses that I'm getting used to this camera and after having heard about free delivery issues, others have mentioned I thought it is better to let the lockits this time!

I am in England so shoot 25 p. So far, I used the camera with the crossing record, in part because of talk of free running jumps (possibly a message by you). What was your rate when you have had free delivery issues and you have noticed with firmware 1.13?

    I think that the CTS-PWR-AIR-INJ5 power injector - delivered with the system default when ordered.

    I have two video tracks of a session of two camera of a part of the school that I'm editing together into one. I use one as the main video track and the other as a great shot in Cup. I would like to see the two video tracks play simultaneously-by-side at the top of the editing screen so that I can more easily choose which shot to use. How can I get there?

    Step 1. Synchronize two videos.

    Move the two videos (from two cameras) in the edit window, select all four titles (two video tracks and two audio tracks) and right-click, then click on "Sync" and select "audio". Then the two videos will be synchronized by their audio. And now, you can cut any part you do not want to appear in the video.

    Step 2. Position the two videos with the PIP effect.

    Under "Effect", click "Presets" and then "PIP" (picture in picture), then "PiPs of 25%", drag he'S (LowerLeft) to the video track that you want the video showing on the left side, this will make what to see the video on the screen, he'S centering to a 25% of the full screen size. The another video track that you want to display on the right side, then drag LR (LowerRight). This will make this see video up on the screen, centering LR to a 25% of the full screen size.

    Ch can follow only a face at once, so for live production, it can maintain only a single character. But with two computers, each running HP, you could produce two characters live. Then you need to use a software like Wirecast of Telestream screen - scrape the results and disseminate on a third computer where you combine them, maybe with an another Wirecast? Not sure he can do it, but people from Telestream can tell you.

    The simple way is just to add an extra mouth with the tongue out and give it key elements of (name of the layer as "TongueOut (T)!"). Press and hold the T, when you want to see the language.

    If you want to keep the language hanging out while you talk, you would need two sets of visemes (i.e. two groups of mouth), and then you would trigger the Group whole language-mouth with a touch of the same way. It's more complicated, however, you need to apply a synchronization of the lips and face additional behavior to the Group of extra mouth.

    The next version of preview (3) will let you just press the trigger key and do not have to hold it down.

    I have MXF clips of an interview with two people with a décor of forest behind the two subjects. I want to add a Gaussian blur on the bottom between the two people who are sitting and separated by about 6 inches. I'd be able to do this now in 2014 PR, except track masks do not work as there seems to be a bug. I've never used AE and Mocha looks like a tracking method possible. The manual speaks using a compressed JPG of sequence, then use your original film when you apply the data. This sounds like the way to go, but I do not know how to apply the data originally from the film. I know how to apply a blur and a simple mask followed in AE, but it does not follow the outline of the person and blurs the second person. If followed PR mask worked, I duplicate the layer and add a mask of garbage that would cut off the other person in each of the two layers.

    I intend to learn AE, but has a deadline this week to get this infomercial delivered to the customer. Thus, detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated.

    This happens usually when the import process was not completed. If you have the original camera card - or a copy of the computer of the map - you can probably use the re-import command (on the file menu) to fix things. In addition, it is possible that the original media is imported, but this transcoding was not. If you have chosen to optimise upon import, try to select clips in the browser and transcoding to optimized.

    I wonder if I can connect in series with two 4 x cameras(CTS-PHD-1080P4XS) for C40, TC5.x.

    Is it possible to not do that by buying cable (CAB-VCDC - 6.5 M =) Garland?

    I checked "precisionhd_1080p - 720p_camera_user_guide.pdf", but there was no description on 4 x cameras for C40.

    (I found some descriptions on PrecisionHDMC 1080p4x here, but they must be 4 x cameras only for C20)

    I guess it's possible because 1080 p 12 x cameras that can in Garland, have same physical interface devices to 4 x 1080 p for C40.

    I just want to wear to your knowledge this old 4 X cmaera has the same port as 12 X camera; However the use of software RJ45 is block 4 x camera so all in Garland 4 x camera will be last camera because only the RJ11 port will work.

    I have two cameras attached to NI PCIe-1430 frame grabber card (Atmel Aviiva M2 CL and Fairchild 2 K LS) IRLS. It's ok when I run two cameras individually, but I can't run them at the same time.

    This is the step that simultaneously run two device:

    1. open MAX, select the port and start image acquisition by pressing the 'Grab' button, I can see the image at this point.

    2. open another MAX session, select the other port and press "enter". I got following error:

    "Error 0xBFF60021".

    Unable to perform request; acquisition in progress'

    Sometimes, I got this error too:

    "Error 0xBFF60022".

    A timeout error occurred while you wait for the specified event. If you expect a picture, check the video data is acquired in the period. If in the meantime the signal, check that the assertion of signal has occurred within the period. »

    I already give enough timeout Fame to the tab settings of Acquisition.

    The MAX version used is 4.5.

    You have an idea on that? Makes simultaneous Imaging MAX support?

  • Can someone help me with two questions regarding my PowerShot SX540HS?

    I'm generally pretty tech savy, but I'm having problems with two very basic functions on my PowerShot SX540HS.  I downloaded the complete operating manual and followed the instructions to the two questions, but I am unable to answer these questions after a lot of testing with the camera settings.

    1. is it possible to force the flash to the position, but keep any AUTO value? (I need an additional light on the African-American faces when shooting outdoors).  The manual States that there should be a setting IT for flash, but all I see is auto flash or disabled.  I don't see a setting IT allows me to force the flash fires.

    2. I need help with how to set up the camera to focus on how to features of landscapes in the background (such as a mountain range) instead of focus on something more about that appears in the frame, perhaps some leaves from a nearby tree.  When I tried testing the manual focus by following the instructions in the manual and set the focus to infinity, ISO camera settings went haywire and I got a completely overexposed photo.

    I'd appreciate any help.  I thank you very much.

    The brightness problem is your camera set to have the i-contrast on Auto? If this is not the case, try this to fix the bightness of images that you have taken or will take.

    You can of course put the ISO and shutter speed manually too in P mode for pictures where I contrast does not work well for you.

    P mode is basically the Auto mode, but it allows you to make changes where you want.

    I own a D800 and D810 an and I'll put in values for color temperature of 5 600 K on both devices. I save my photos in RAW files.

    Lightroom is for D800 shots 5 400 K and 6 000 K for the D810 display.

    Renderings for two images from cameras are very, but if I change the temperature of color in an image and Synchronize color in pictures of two temperature settings cameras I get different results: some images are warmer or colder.


    So if I'm shooting with the same parameters of K in the two cameras, why are the numbers of K in Lightroom different from each other? This makes my workflow very difficult.

    The best way to make this type of correction is with Panel to develop fast in the library module. This allows a change in the 'relative' (+ 500 K Temp for example) to a group of images with the same lighting conditions. Jump to the 03:30 minute point in this video tutorial:
