  I ve formatted the primary HD after having been infected with the "AntiMalware Doctor" - virus and nothing kept the old full Vista Edition installation. I installed Vista Ultimate again once and successfully installed all updates offered by Windows Update. After that, I installed Norton 360 v3.0 without any problem. I continued to install Office Ultimate 2007 and all updates offered by Windows update. Once again no problem.

  After this Windows Update Agent 7.4.7600.226 were installed successfully. Then, the following facilities have been attempted:

  Update for Windows Vista (KB981793) - failed.

  Update for Windows Vista (KB971644) platform - success

  Update for Windows Vista (KB967723) security - has failed.

  Updates failed have been tried several times that it recharges but don't settle. Then an other update have been installed successfully:

  Windows PowerShell 2.0 and WinRM 2.0 for Windows Vista (KB968930) - success.

  Previous updates failed tried again several times but all failed once again. The computer recognizes the updates available and try to install them when I turned off the computer, but not luck.

  What can I do to fix this?

  I tried what you suggested but unfortunately it has not worked for me this time. After giving the complete reinstall of Vista, everything seems to work fine when it comes to the OS.

  This code should be as common as dirt, but I need help in looking for it. Considering how most of the sites have a mode of connection it surprises me that DW does not have some kind of widget to encode the fundamentals, but I digress.  I have a family site private, accessible by a username / password to a file static login.php.   Here's one way you could do it, BUT it seems a lot of work if you have dozens of users - why your passwords/user names contained in the bays and not a database?

  In any case taking the 3 examples you gave above, and assuming that you have sent your username to a 'recover' username and password ' page that has a form on it asking the the e-mail address of the user (gives the name of "email_address" entry field and then submit directly to the next page) : it grabs the value of the field in the form email_address and then checks through the berries if the email address exists. If he sends the user name and password to this email address.

  I guess it's a site of low security keys so that you need not md5 passwords.

  If it is a new machine call or go to circuit city and get them fixed.  If they sold you the laptop, indicating that it included Windows XP then the onus is on them that provide you a valid COA and the product key.

  As I said, reported for an installation by the manufacturer OEM of Windows key code reflects the image of their system and not the license key on the sticker that is what is needed for a re-installation of consumer, is not surprising that the Samsung 2 is the same.  The key to the thumbnail is not stored anywhere other than on the tile.

  If you cannot or do not want to clone the disks, you can buy a recovery media set at the manufacturer or new media of Windows 7 (becomes very expensive and problematic for the commercial version that MS no longer sells it).

  It's very simple, really.

  Have the paid version to check the presence of the free or trial... He sends immediately a stop signal to the "lower" version (if it has a background process) and mark it for deletion at the next reset.
