  You get this error because Windows Update tries to install the driver that is already installed.

  Solutions:

  Today I just noticed that a certain update (apparently an update of nVidia Driver) who has failed several times to install. I tried manually again to install it today, and just, he failed once again and gave me the error code: 80070103.
