  Hello

  We have a proof of concept working where we organize an Eloqua form on our website (not iframe / no repost).  We have a complex JavaScript solution to manage research data to support a progressive profile tiered implementation.  The data being captured and presented in the form are collected in Eloqua as expected.  We don't find any problems with this type of configuration, but have heard isn't possible and shouldn't be done.  In addition, we were not able to find any documentation on Topliners to do this type of configuration.

  Are there reasons why he shouldn't do this type of configuration?  We do not want to host our own form and then repost to Eloqua, and we want to use an Eloqua hosted LP and form together.  Also, we don't like the idea of using an iframe to host the Eloqua LP and shape. We are a global company and have noticed that the pages hosted Eloqua and even claims to take 1-2 minutes to load in the APAC countries, especially China and the India.  Certainly not a good user experience.

  I'm sure you're fine. In other words, the configuration you describe seems reasonable to me and I'm not aware of any insurmountable problems with it. You want if ensure you treat cookies and GUIDS properly, so you're probably, but test on some use cases to make cookies to work correctly.

  There might not be a lot of documentation for this particular configuration, but my script Pro Progress (Progress Pro - Progressive by profiling Eloqua 10 advanced Javascript) is designed to be used in a context similar (he manages the progressives like you do profiling) and a number of users have been able to implement successfully.

  Hi Paul,.

  Eloqua currently only has nothing with the trial out-of-the-box settings already set up, but this does not mean that you can not create your own!

  In the simplest form, what you can do is (and I'll assume contacts fill out a form to sign up in a free trial version) create a new field in Eloqua and label it as VIP (or anything you want.)  When they support the form of the trial, this sets a value in the field of VIP (that is to say, the trial).  When sending newsletters, you can create a decision rule examine the VIP field, and they are set to 'trial' in their field, if linking a no. path, which can lead to an e-mail or a deletion of the stage of the program.  If the VIP field is equal to, say, Member, then they would be processed through to the stage of sending email.

  Of course, it is a very basic approach, but I hope that gives you a general idea on how to create a membership system.

• Using Acrobat form!

  I'm using CS5, specifically acrobat to create a form that will be filled by several people. None of them has nothing more than a drive technology.  It seems that they have trouble saving the form on their computer to deal with during different epochs.  I know, they should be able to save the form and email it back to me, but I can't understand how do.  I'm pretty new to Acrobat.  Laughing out loud

  After you have created the form, use advanced > extend features in Adobe Reader.

  You mention that a lot of people will use this form to keep in mind there are very strict limits as to how many times the form may be completed.

  The basics are, you can send the form to 500 people and they can fill it out and save an unlimited number of times, OR you can send an unlimited number of people and collect the form registered 500 times. You can find more specific information in article 15 of the end user license agreement. My personal advice, if you think you have a chance of exceeding these limts, look for an alternative.

  A possible but expensive solution is a product side Server sold by Adobe. Same as that of the IRS uses to their forms.

  What problems are you having with the arrow? You go to Tools-> annotate-> arrow and an arrow appears. Then you can drag around the head and tail to make it to the desired location.

For example, I open Illustrator on my desk and, although the form is saved in a creative library of clouds, I can't find how to open this archive as a vector. I tried everything from capture, but then I can just export the shape as a bitmap image. I'm really lost on this.

  In Illustrator, simply drag the shape of your library panel in an open document. That's all there is to it.

  You have to use SOAP for visitors and prospects, because they are not supported by the REST.

  You can do it. Some considerations: size, confirmation page action, field (https/http) and passing parameters in query string to the iframe - i.e. elq, PURL, campaign ID, source of lead and other dynamic query string parameters.

• Why information from individual PDF files that were created by using the form to fill out is changing when I try to combine the files?

  I have several pdf documents created using a form to fill out.  When I try to create a combined PDF information either is removed from all pages after the first page or all the pages after the fact look page 1 as duplicate page 1.  what I am doing wrong?

  The problem is that these files have fields with the same name in them, thus
