• Can not get the Master Collection - lost email

  I got the Master Collection for College, but I can't find the account that I have activated. Again, I have the serial number, but no way to get it back. I desperately need installed but I was looking for a way to install it for a few days with no luck. How can I get that back? I think it's the digital version.

• Smart collections lost after loading LR 3.3

  Since the update to LR 3.3, I can't access my smart collections.  The tiltles collection and the number of images is still there, but when I click on one that I get the message "the file is not found", but the files have not been moved.  I can re - establish links or I have to go through the laborious process of re - create?  Any help would be appreciated.

  You must go in the top-level folders, right-click on it (in the folders Panel) and choose "Update folder location". Navigate to the location of right and press ENTER.

  LR mobile can synchronize with a catalog, you can not use for synchronization between two computers, whether Windows, Mac, or a mixture.

  That said, there are solutions for the sharing of a single catalog and images between two computers.

  This occurred after the most recent Windows update (around 7/10)? If so, the KB2962407 update may have been the origin of the problem. I fixed it by uninstalling this particular update. Details can be found here:

  I use Lightroom 6.4 on a Pc with Windows 10.

  Has disappeared? Try file-> open the new item, and then select each illustrated catalog until you find the catalog with your photos.

  If this does not work, please post a screenshot of the problem.

  When you buy an adobe product (including the collection master cs6), you are buying a serial number.  You must save and save as.

• Microsoft solitaire collection has lost half of the sound and maps are hesitant when they flip?

  Sometimes, there is noise from the cards flipping and sometimes not. No sound when you win tripeaks, spiker, Klondike, pyramid, all the card games in this collection. • Lost smart collections

  I tried to export a collection of photos on my desktop on an iMac. He said the successful exportwas so I closed the program.  The photos were not on the desktop and when I went back in lightroom that all my 'smart' collections have disappeared except for one.  It has happened, but they reappear magically at the end of 5 minutes.  This time, they have not... any suggestions!

  In Lightroom (not your operating system), browse to the file-> open the new item and select each catalog here until you find the one with smart collections.
