  We had been using Photoshop Elements 9 on a Windows computer.  He died and was replaced by a Mac. The Mac also running Windows in a virtual when necessary, and there the disc drive of the old computer to Windows Installer.

• data after computer crash lost desktop calendar

  My desktop computer has crashed, when I brought is back up all data in the calendar had disappeared from the office.  I tried syncing my Centro (Verizon), but the synchronization process hung up and never finished.

  I can add contact information to the phone and it syncs to the desktop and vice versa but no schedule data will go between the two.

  I'm in Palm Desktop 6.2.2 Windows XP Pro.

  I removed and re-installed Palm Desktop a couple of times and when I try syncing it ever happened step 2 of 12 - hangs up on the calendar.

  Have you tried to change the timetable or agenda leads to handheld overrides desktop? Then to perform on the Treo DbFixIt then delete the base calendar data off the PC, then try to synchronize with your handheld overrides desktop.

  But after you download and install Windows Live Mail, it does not see these contacts or messages. At that time, I did not have a Live ID account and never signed.
  How to get Windows live to recognize old messages. I don't remember how I did the last time I had this problem.

• Restoration of the catalogs on a new computer and the version of Photoshop Elements

  I have Photoshop Elements 8 and first Elements 8 installed on my computer. The operating system is Windows 7 64-bit.

  I have a problem not solved with print JPEG images in Photoshop Elements 8. If I do not adjust the date in the file image before I print crashes of Photoshop Element. I have no problem with Premiere Elements. I have no problem printing JPEG images, which is open a RAW Edition. No time adjustment is necessary in this case.

  This isn't a question about the printing problem on which I gave a solution. However, thanks to all that gave some ideas, however.

  I tried everything, including asking for help on the forum of Adobe, but without success. I decided on a drastic measure. I'll remove Photoshop Elements 8 from my computer, but not first Elements 8 and delete all images in photo of the computer also. I backed everything up. I hope that should leave me with a computer on which no trace of Photoshop Elements 8 or my photos. Then I'll install 10 items and restore my catalogues from my backup. I hope that let the printing problem.

  Here's my question.

  When I restore my Photoshop Elements 10 catalogs this procedure will restore not only my images, but also my albums and tags etc that I had created in version 8?

  Make sure you use PSE8 backup function to save your photos and catalog.

  When you reach the point of having PSE10 to restore from your backup, you will have the opportunity to tell PSE where to put the pictures in incoming.  You will also see your albums & tags, because they are stored in the catalog (database) which is restored.

  Hello world. Sorry for the dry nature of this post, but I have just spent an hour or two on the Adobe website with few answers. I'll cut to the Chase: I was on my computer Vista using Photoshop elements 12 and want to buy it (or try another version of Photoshop which is still running on Vista). I refuse to buy another computer to run a program with which I was perfectly content on my own computer. The only option I currently see on the Web site is creative cloud: I'm willing to consider signing upward for her, if I can use Photoshop on my Windows Vista computer. I will entertain any discussion about upgrading my operating system: Photoshop elements 12 suited me my needs. If the creative Photoshop cloud edition does not work with Vista, where I can purchase, download, access, use a completely legitimate and legal Vista compatible edition and how much it cost me? Thank you!

  If you use version 12 on Vista, why did you not continue using this version?

  Since Adobe now sells only version 14, you can consult a seller like Amazon to see if they have this old version on a shelf

  Unfortunately, if you have never installed it, adobe has no record of your serial number. Serial numbers for the products are sold in large batches, and the buyer (Epson, in your case) is responsible for them. You must get in touch with Epson.

  If you have installed and registered PSE 6, go to adobe.com and search on the right side of My Adobe page. By working through the links you should be able find the record of the serial number that you have registered.
