computer laptop v023tx pavilion 14 upgrade to four hearts

I have a HP Pavilion 14-v023tx Notebook PC. Can I upgrade this double heart book four hearts?

You have the top of the system in line with the i7-4510U processor. The CPU is soldered to the motherboard and HP does not have a motherboard for him with something more powerful that you have. Upgrade is not possible.

Graphics subscore is 4.7, but games graphics is 6.2. It's computer laptop HP Pavilion Dv6-6070ee

    Hi Mohamed,

    Welcome to the Microsoft community!

According to the description, it looks like you want to know the difference between the scores provided by Windows experience Index (WEI) and the graphics of games.

Windows Experience Index measures the capability of the hardware and software of your computer configuration and expresses this measurement as a number called a base score. A higher base score means that your computer will perform better and faster than a computer with a score of lower base, especially when more advanced and resource-intensive tasks running.

Visit this link to learn more about the Windows experience index:

  • Pavilion G6 - 2163sr: Max RAM computer laptop HP Pavilion G6 - 2163sr

    Hello

I want to improve my laptop for 2 * 8 GB RAM. Motherboard supports this amount of memory?

So understand, my motherboard model is HP 183rd (U3E1) but I didn't find its specification in the web.

    Thanks in advance.

    Here's the official specs:

    http://h20564.www2.HP.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docid=emr_na-c03362719

Basically, the motherboard is the laptop model. Laptops are designed of the earth upward by the manufacturer so there is no separate computer laptop itself set of specifications of the motherboard.

The specs say 8 maximum of concerts, but it's a 3rd generation of processor Intel Core. However, the maintenance manual, which is usually more reliable than the specifications, said as 8 GB maximum and does not specify a compatible 8-gig module.

    Repair manuals

Even Crucial said 8 maximum of concerts and they perform ongoing tests because if they can sell you larger modules they want to be able to do.

    http://www.crucial.com/USA/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/Pavilion-G6-2132tx

So, bottom line, I think it might take 2 x 8 gig modules, but it would be a big gamble and I guess that it can take only 2 x 4 GB.

  • upgrade laptop computer DV7 AMD cpu of two to four hearts

I have a HP DV7 4xxxus (I forgot the exact model number is not at home) with a Dual AMD Phenom II N620 processor 2.80 GHz and was thinking about upgrading to a processor 2.20 GHz AMD Phenom II Quad N970. I've read enough up to this point to ensure that it is possible, but what other factors should I be aware of? I know that this model had a tendency to overheat, but I personally have never had my overheating at the stop. I keep the back elevated to get more air and took part more than once to clean the fan and replace the thermal compound (Arctic Silver) without incident. I use my machine mainly for the compilation of the Android ROM, so believe me when I say that this machine were put to the test the way the most extreme I can think of (the two hearts run at near 100% for hours at a time). I build these Roma back to back sometimes, and my laptop turns on for a period of days. I know it's clearer at the fair and buy new, but this machine gave me good years of use, and if I could find a good deal on a processor, I'd be willing to give it a try. Both processors have the same characteristics (2.0 MB of L2 cache, bus front end to 1 333 MHz, 35W 3.6 gigatransfers per second), so I don't foresee any problems on that front, but what the BIOS? It will need to be updated? Where can I find a viable for this new processor bios update? Can I upgrade the GPU as well? There are other concerns that I think not? Any help would be appreciated...

    Here's the appropriate Manual:

    Manual

The N970 is supported. You don't need to update the BIOS or something. The motherboard is configured to use this processor. It is generally advisable to reload the operating system after an upgrade of major processor that Windows can have parameters of system based on the original processor and you can lose some of the benefits of the upgrade if you do load a new OS, but apart from that there is nothing really to do.

  • can I upgrade a computer laptop hp pavilion ze4900 with a ssd?

The hard drive is a failure in a hp pavilion ze4907wm (ze4900 sold through Wal-Mart).

Are there any special considerations to replace the hard drive (capacity limit etc.)?

Can I put a SSD PATA in there?

    Thank you

If you can find a PATA SSD then probably. You should make sure that the rider is manually to the master. There could also be compatibility problems.

Overall, I would recommend you just replace it with a regular PATA HDD... There is less chance of a problem.

I bought a Hp laptop pavilion 17 notebook pc freedos 6 months ago and rejoices. I downloaded and installed Win8x64 OS (speaking truth, I do not remember how I created the partitions and which cases).

I was working and suddenly my laptop computer is not responding. Of course, I did a reboot, but it isn't any result. I said a lot of time, but starting is frozen on hp glitter logo.

I also tried perform a recovery using the buil options (there are a lot of different options: restart, update, recovery and other), but there was no mistake in all cases.

Using the command prompt during Windows 8/10 installation of the USB boot disk / boot DVD Disk does not help: list command shows nothing except virtual disks/DVD volume.

I imagine how it could be frustrating when things do not work as expected.

We will try the following methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Enable adaptive brightness and see if brightness improves:

    1. press Windows + X key together on the keyboard button.
    2. Select Control Panel.
    3. click on power under Control Panel Options.
    4. Select the settings of under balanced plan.
    5. click on change advanced power settings.
    6 expand the view.
    7. turn on the Enable Adaptive brightness.

If this method does not improve the brightness of the screen, turn off Adaptive brightness allow once again.

Method 2: If you still face the question, I suggest to download graphics drivers on the manufacturer's Web site and follow the link below and install the drivers of graphics card in compatibility mode.

  • Windows 7 driver for computer laptop hp pavilion dv6733tx/entertainment

Hi, my laptop is HP Pavilion dv6733tx Entertainment Notebook,

ORI windows is vista. but now I change windows 7 64 bit ultimate.

but hp wep did ' t having win 7 driver. can I use driver vista backward as below?

    Hello Ivenkok,

I understand that you have changed your operating system to windows 7 from vista, and you are not able to locate the drivers on the HP site.

The drivers you are looking at are specifically for windows vista not for 7 so these drivers would not work for this laptop.

One thing you might try download this HP Support Assistant program, and it will try to search for and find drivers and compatible software for your laptop. Click on this link and will need you the HP Support Assistant page.

I would like to know if it is useful.

    Thank you

    Dear customer service

I have 15 computer laptop hp pavilion PC 15-n210se, and I want to know how I can access or make some changes to my settings on the blue screen of my lap setting or what is the key to enter setup specifically for this product and also in order to install a new copy of windows...

    Thank you and best regards

This is NOT official HP customer service and I, like most other people on this forum do not work for HP. It is a forum for users of peer-to-peer supported for class for the HP consumer products. HP maintains no official presence on this forum and it is unlikely that HP will respond in an official capacity. Response of an employee of HP represents his own opinion and not that of HP.

Please see HP computers and tablets - UEFI and the Start Menu to determine how to access the BIOS Setup menu.

    Depending on the version of Windows you will try to install... you should maybe DISABLE "Secure Boot" and ENABLE "Legacy Support" in the "Configuration of the BIOS secure boot" on the settings page similar to what is shown below, until you can try to install an OS non-usine;

After you save the changes, the computer will ask you to confirm the changes... Accept the changes by typing the four digit code and press the ENTER"" key.

If you install from a USB key and see a message of "load a driver - a required CD/DVD drive device is missing", it's because as 'System Configuration' > 'Config USB3.0 in pre-start' is set to 'Enabled '. This should be set to 'Auto '.

In addition, as the factory hard drive is partitioned as TPG, you need to start using the internal CD/DVD UEFI or UEFI-Key/key USB to install on a GPT-partitioned disk. Turn on or restart the computer and press "F9" or "ESC", then "F9" when prompted. Select the source of boot UEFI you use and you press "ENTER".

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
