  Using 100% CPU translates the choppy video. I don't think that this heavy use of the CPU was not the case until I upgraded from Firefox13 and Adobe Flash Player 11. I tried without decommissioning, but this does not seem to make a difference.

• After having reinstalled FFox and Adobe Flash Player, why is a certain company Web page does not load, but it does in Internet Explorer.

  Xbox is not a supported platform.  See Adobe Flash Player | Technical for the supported platforms.  I'm afraid I can't recommend sites.  Maybe someone else can.

When I try to update Flash 10.0.32.18, I get an error message: the instruction at "0x130a0068" referenced memory at "0x130z0068". The memory could not be "written". (I notice that the two numbers are the same). Clicking on Debug does not help. I'm unable to click on the message at the top of the screen to make IE allow the add-on. Some games are not displayed correctly since I updated to IE8, which is why I thought that a Flash update is necessary. Any advice would be welcome.
