Contact groups specific blackBerry removal of passport

Hi people;

I recently took my passport and of course said yes to everything, when he asked to import contacts. Is it possible that I can specifically remove a contact group, for example Twitter by mixing or connection of Blackberry?

Any help appreciated gratefully.

See you soon

set up contacts group & save.  Once this is done, go to each Member of the group, touch & hold, it will turn blue & give you a small box on the right side, with 2 black boxes, a white box & a tick.

Press this button, it will open up «ways to connect»

  • How can I hide the addresses in my list of contacts in specific group when I send an e-mail to this group?

How can I hide the addresses in my list of contacts in specific group when I send an e-mail to this group?  I don't want to have all email addresses

made available to everyone in the group.

    Thank you!

You use Windows Mail? The bold at the bottom is the party concerned.

You can also create groups if you send e-mail to the same people often.

You can create a single group name (or alias) to use when sending a message to several contacts at the same time. Just create a group name and add individual contacts to the group. Then just type the name of the group in the box for when you send mail.

    1. in the address book, select the folder in which you want to create a group. Click New in the toolbar, and then click New Group.
    2. the Properties dialog box opens. In the group name box, type the name of the group.
    3. There are several ways to add people to the Group:
    a. to add a person from your address book list, click Select members, and then click a name in the address book list.
    (b) to add a person directly to the group without adding the name to your address book, type the person's name and e-mail address at the bottom of the Properties dialog box and then click Add.
to add a person to both the Group and your address book, click New Contact and enter the appropriate information.
    (d) to use a directory service, click Select members, and then click search. Select a directory service in the drop-down list at the end of the text box. After finding and selecting an address, it is automatically added to your address book.
    4. Repeat for each addition until your group is defined.

    Note

    a. to view a list of your groups separately from the list of address book in the address book on the view menu, make sure that folders and groups is selected.

    b. you can create multiple groups, and contacts can belong to several groups.

If you want to send to a group without addresses are displayed for each recipient, open the address book and make a new entry. Enter the name of the group in the area of the display, but use your address. (Some Internet service providers require a legitimate address in the line to and recipients will know it's from the Group).

Click on the button to. Enter the name of the group using your address. Enter the group in the BCC field.
  • Remove the entry of main contacts without even the removal of the contact group.

I want to have the members of the group to NOT be in my regular contacts list. Although I used the "group only contact" - type option, it gives me 2 entries for the same person: one appears as the name, the other as email for the person (in the Group folder). If I delete my main contacts list entry, it is removed in the contact group. Help!

  • Emails from group of blackBerry Smartphones

    Hello

After some problems with not receiving emails from my camera (I stopped getting emails all at once), I contacted Orange which deleted all my settings without first asking me.  Now, I can not receive emails of Group on my mobile but they are appearing on my PC.  I checked my settings are configured to forward all emails to the handset.  I can receive no direct individual emails to anyone, but not by the groups that I belong to.

I spent hours on the phone with Orange and they say there is nothing they can do because it is not part of their service support (even if they have deleted my settings in the first place).

Please, how can I reset my mobile to receive emails from the Group again.

    Adeline says:

Orange it reset everything to me

Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing if what they also understood what I recommended. So it is your choice as to how to proceed now.

    Adeline says:

but unfortunately my group emails are not transferred to my device.

Please provide more details... to just say 'group emails', I don't know what is happening. Please be very specific on exactly what do emails and do not reach this specific e-mail from your account. For example, to use a different e-mail account (for example, from a computer) and send an email to this account, with only the unique about this recipient. Then send another one, but add another recipient to this e-mail. If both receive, so in fact things work correctly.

Please then clarify what a "group email" is made for you. Is this something to someone who uses a distribution list? Or is it something anyone who adds each recipient a? Or is it a system of automated e-mail you receive from? Something else maybe? Just "e-mail to the group," I have no idea what is actually. And, have you checked with the sender that your e-mail address remains one of the beneficiaries? For, if your email address has been abandoned, then it would obviously no email to reach you.

    Adeline says:

I just spoke with Orange again and they said contact Blackberry because they fear that I receive e-mails and the problem was solved!

Well, then they gave you, I'm sorry to say. End users have no free channel to contact directly the BlackBerry. Indeed, this site is not in contact with BlackBerry... This is a user to user community. The only way to communicate with BlackBerry for free is to be back for BlackBerry by your carrier... they have official channels to do this. Otherwise, there is a fees-based method that costs you money just for your first question, without any guarantee of success.

    Adeline says:

I also have a new icon that has appeared on my screen at the top right?  It is an oblong box, left side is black with a white combination chart inside and the right side is white with a black wifi graph in it.  What does that mean?

This is new? These sounds quite normal icons that should always be displayed. See if they correspond to what in the present:

    Adeline says:

    Also, please what is BES?

BES is BlackBerry Enterprise Service/System/Solution/Server - this is the method that companies use to improve the normal capabilities of the BBs which they control. If you get calendar, Contacts, tasks, Notes Sync wireless to your BB, then you're on BES and need to talk to your BES / IT admins.

    Adeline says:

My apologies for any questions.  I am now frustrated on this subject, as I have no email for more than 3 days

No worries... it's why many of us volunteer here, to answer the questions that people have.

Good luck and let us know!

  • Help with Contact groups.

Not a question. It's your comments. Please put this comment as the case failed.

I asked for help the smart groups and iPhones. The smart group created on my Macbook was not visible on my iPhone. This facility is not provided in your software. Points to note and require correction:

    1. this fact was not apparent in the assistance available on my MacBook. It should be; and if it had been, I would not call you. Please change the help files.

    2. the fact that this one is not planned is a nuisance. Please change the help files to inform users of how to deal with it:-

2.1 Smart groups can be set up on the MacBook include a word or symbol in the file of contacts, so that all of the contacts in the smart group can be identified. But only in the Macbook.

2.2 If you want data available on all devices, the Group of the chip to be converted to a group. To do this, create an empty group, select the Smart group and move it to the empty group. The group is now visible and can be changed from all devices.  Remove the Smart group: this will remove only the name of the group, but not the underlying data. Change group names as appropriate.

  • How to choose a contact group?

    Contact BlackBerryContact = (BlackBerryContact) contactList.choose ();

now I use this method to get the contact, but now I want to get the groups, how can I do?

If I choose a group, how judge I chose was a contact or a group?

BlackBerryContactList.choose () returns an instance of javax.microedition.Contact if a contact is selected or an instance of net.rim.blackberry.api.pdap.BlackBerryContactGroup if a contact group is selected.

Therefore, you can use the instanceof operator to determine if the user has selected a contact or a contact group.  The method returns null if the user has canceled the selection, as by pressing the ESC key.

  • How to add Contacts to a shared list/Contact Group of Data Import

    Hello

Is it possible to add contacts imported using an Import of data to a specific shared list or the contact group? I see that I can do that when I download contacts from Contacts-> download of Contacts, but I don't see a way to do this with a Data Import.

    Thanks for any help,

    Jeremy DeVoss

Autosynchs in E10 only supports synchronization from a CRM system, or some other very specific sources such as Omniture Remarketing segments. FTP (or SFTP) autosynchs unfortunately is possible to create. Creation of an Autosynch done now under Setup - integration, Inbound, Data Sources - create a new Data Source with the external call. This wizard, as long as your data source is a CRM system, you will create an autosynch at the end.

However, for your specific use case, this unfortunately will not work. However, to do this, here's what I recommend:

    (1) put in place as usual, importing data

    (2) on the imported file, create a new field in the field with a specific value, something like Source of lead and make the specific value you can filter that these contacts (thus, for example, lead Source = import SFTP).

    (3) create a shared filter to find contacts with your specific value (in this example, the importation of SFTP)

    (4) your filter shared as a charger for a generator program to program to use.

    (5) in this program, click the add to no program of Contact Group to add them to your shared list.

Its a bit of a work-around, but the only way I think it would be possible at the moment.

Send a message from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support Group

This is possible with an imessage group all users using an Apple device.

You can't do it for a group message MMS - mix Apple and not Apple device device.

  • I want to create a contact group, how can I do?

I can't find anywhere on Mozilla where I create a contact group

We call them in Thunderbird mailing lists.

You should have a button of toolbar with an icon of two heads in the address book.

Or via the menu, file | New | Mailing list.

No menu? Hold the < alt > key, press V, then T for toolbars and check the boxes.

  • Contact groups dimmed

After the upgrade to El Capitan I am more able to drag individual contacts into contact groups.  When I try to drag the contact to the group all the gray group tour.  The contacts are "ICloud all ' contacts and groups.  I tried to export the contacts from the Contact of Cougar who always works on another machine and import in El Capitan, but no group transferred, only of individual contacts. I noticed in my online account iCloud, that I can still spend individual contacts into groups.

I just played a little with it and concluded that:

I could move individual contacts to a group if they were not in there already. In this case, nothing happened.

  • with the update, my alphabetical order of the contact group got screwed up.  How can I get it organized again

My iPhone has updated, then my alphabetical order of the contact group got all out or sequence and mixed up.

How can I get it organized again?

    Hi, Dinyross.

    Please visit Apple support communities.

I understand that your contacts are not in alphabetical order.  Depending on whether you want to view by the first or last name, make sure that sort and order of two display show all first, last or last, first.

    Contacts settings

Go to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendars, where you can:

    • Change the way contacts are sorted

    • Display contacts by first name or name

    • Change how long names are abbreviated in the lists

    • Choose to display favorite and recent contacts in the form of multitasking

    • Define a default account for new contacts

    • Set your My Info card

    • Set if the updates and new contacts are automatically derived from mail you receive
