  I'm sorry you had to go through such a hassle with this.

  If you want to develop with DAQmx you will need to download and install the complete driver with support for the API.  Basic Installer provides just the time and support.

  After LabVIEW installation, you must run the DAQmx Installer so that you can include support for the API for your particular version of LabVIEW.

• ACS 4.2 install question - need help

  Once installed the 4.2 of the ACS, the ACS HTML interface leave empty when accessd locally using the icon from the desktop or by typing http://127.0.01:2002, so I'm not able to configure the user name and password.

  When I accessd GBA from another host by: http:// 10.1.115.222:2002 (the 10.1.115.222 is the ACS server address), the prompt "username" and "password" appeared. But not able to loggin as I don't have username and password configured.

  When I tried to access locally by: http://10.1.115.222:2002, IE still leave empty.

  Note: OS: Server 2003 in vmware esx, IE 8.0, Java,.

  You can try the settings-applications-all, scroll to xperia House. Force clear data, and stop. This will remove your widgets on the screen.

  I have trouble getting Service Pack 1 installed on Windows Vista x 64 final.

  Current issue: SP1 does not appear as an update, and I have not yet installed.  Windows Update tells me that I'm completely up to date.

  History (memory, may be some errors):

  • Performed the new installation, including Vista Ultimate x 64 disk erasure (MSDN)
  • Updated to current with windows update
  • Installed Office 2007 Ultimate (MSDN) (don't know where update what happened)
  • Active Windows (could be a problem doing this after you install updates?)
  • Installed CPU usage, network, gadgets sidebar discs counter meter
  • Installed Live Family Safety
  • Installed Chrome
  • Installed Google Apps
  • Google Pack antivirus installed
  • Installed Google Earth
  • Attempted a manual installation of SP1 - fails with the error 0x800F081F
  At the present time, I can't get a manual of installation of SP1 to work, and Windows Update tells me that I am up to date.  -> System control panel tells me I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate, but does not list all service packs.  He also confirmed that the x 64 edition is installed.
  Steps for debugging:
  • Installed the drivers for the sound card motherboard
  • A ran complete chkdsk on drive to repair bad sectors

  I had the same problem.  But finally found a solution.  If your listing is similar to mine, then keep.  XP Media Center Edition 2005 (sp2).  AMD Athlon 64 x 2 Dual-Core, HP a1630n desktop computer.

• I need help to uninstall FP, so I install FP or some hemlock

  I can't get flash player to install, uninstall so that I can install, as all the instructions tell us to do.  That crazy crazy pop up that tells you to install FP, you can only say no to so that it will go away makes me want to eat a bullet.  I can't take it much longer.  I don't know what to do.  And, the thing is that I do something a few weeks who has done everything stop and then some so he has started again.
