control the order of the locations

When I draw several waveforms, or several tracks on a XY plot, the final track is "underneath" those who preceded him.  LV 12.x, can I change the order of tracing, other that by changing the order of the elements in the table used to manufacture the plot?  (Changing the order of the table would be undesirable in my app.) I see the previous posts on this forum that the answer is 'No' for BT 6.1 and creative but cumbersome workaround solutions have been proposed.  This changed in newer versions of LV? Thank you.

Not that I can tell.  You cannot programmatically control always easilly plots z axis.  I suspect you could do a custom user control to dig pretty deep in the graph xy basis, but there are a lot of the magic of the hood in the graphs that can be deeply within a component that is not publicly available to play with (in a DLL)

[Edit] opening of the comic of a graph of order displays a blank BD so that magic is deeper that we can discover the type of basic control without breakage.  This is a feature to add to the exchange of ideas

    You create your own Subvi that behaves like a dialog box.  In this way, you can control the appearance and location.  Look through the viewfinder of the example for dialog demo start.

  • How to control the location of an XP Mode application window when it is maximized?

    How can I control the location of an XP Mode application window when the window is maximized?

    I'm running an application in XP Mode on a Win7 workstation company with three monitors.  The primary monitor is on the left.

    I opened the application in XP Mode and it will display on the primary monitor.  When I maximize the application window, the window moves to another monitor and displays only the part of the window.

    As an experiment, I have rearrainged the three monitors so that the screen on the right was the primary monitor.

    Now when I run the application in XP Mode, it opens on the primary monitor on the right correctly, and when I maximize, it remains on this monitor rigthmost.

    So, how can I control the location of the application window XP Mode so that it remains on this primary left more monitor when it is maximized.

  • Whence the full featured controls the location of the button pause/repeat of the UI?

    TestStand 2012, 2012 LabVIEW, Windows 7, Full Featured UI: LabVIEW

    I'm changing the complete UI featured in response to the needs of businesses.

    I've added a new tab (operator) to show just the buttons on input control Point 1 and 2, and restart/Terminate/Pause/Resume.

    I placed these buttons on this tab and then modified the code to their location on the tab to start.

    I modified the code to set the entry Point 1 and 2 buttons where I want that they on the new tab, it works fine.

    I used a similar code to Pause/Resume, Terminate / restart on the new tab, but they keep themselves moved to the execution to the boot tab.  What is happening and how can I stop?

    Thank you in advance.

    Thank you to look at my problem, I actually found my own solution.

    I changed the code in such a way that he was stacking the buttons on top of the other and they are hiding.

    Problem solved.  I guess I'm now a step upward from the beginner because I've solved my own rookie mistake?

  • change the location of the Panel content programmatically

    Is there a way to programmatically control the location of the content of the Panel before its signature VI?  It comes down to set the location of the façade using a property node and the window on the front panel: Panel limits by setting the location of pixel of the façade.  However, I also need to do this for the content of the front panel as well.

    You can use the property node limits > all items

  • I want to open links, I click on to appear among the tabs at the end (to the right) of my browser. Is there a way to control the order of the tabs?

    I find it confusing that when I click on a link, the new tab for this link opens somewhere in the middle of my line of tabs. I would have preferred that the new tabs would appear and the (right) end of the alignment of the tab. I see no way to control the order of tabs in Firefox. Is there a way to accomplish what I want?

    Type of topic: config in the URL bar and press ENTER.

    Answer Yes.

    Filter = browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent

    Double-click this preference to activate it false.

    Then restart Firefox.

  • Control the order of execution of the init/release

    I have a small program that I write in LabView.  It has an API (one set of screws to wrapping the functions of the DLL to control a device).

    Other such programs in the Gayshop make liberal use of the structures of the sequence.  I understand that the sequence into LabVIEW structures are not usually recommended.  I am writing my program with the best style of LabVIEW (as far as I understand - I'm still a relative novice in LabVIEW).

    I found that I could wire together the error / mistake Terminal to create a data flow to control the order of execution and it works beautifully.

    However, there are some cases where it is not enough.

    Here is an example.  I hope that the answer to this will answer my other questions.  If this is not the case, perhaps that I'll post more.

    One of the first live I call is an Init function.  One of the last screw is the release function.

    The release function must be called at the end, after the rest of the program executed (in this case, it is after the user requests the stop).  It should be naturally at the end (or almost) of the error string in / out connections error (as it is currently).

    However, the error it receives, which will determine whether or not he will run, should be the output of Init.  Release should work even if something else has failed.

    I enclose a photo showing the problem, with most of the code snipped out (as exactly what is happening in the middle is not relevant).

    What is the elegant way to handle this in LabVIEW.  Is it really a deal for a structure of the sequence, or is there a way more pleasant or better?  How would you recommend handling?

    Thank you very much.

    BP

    I agree with what pincpanter said, more you will need to use the status of the function 'Init '.

    Note that you can ignore the error and make the merger within the Vi version if you wish.

  • Control the order in which the tools are displayed

    Hello

    I have developed a number of folder level JavaScripts.  Each JavaScript displays a button to launch under the "additional tools".

    I was hoping that someone could tell me how I can control the order in which these buttons will be displayed.

    Buttons are displayed in alphabetical order according to the 'cLabel '?  If they are listed according to the date and time the file was created or modified?

    Is there an optional parameter to set the order?

    Thank you

    Linda

    Hello

    Actually, I figured out how to control the order in which appear the buttons below "additional tools".

    There is an optional parameter for app.addToolButton called NPO: which can be used.  I think that the lower the number used, the highest on the list, the button will appear.  This kind of work.  The list of buttons re - arrange themselves, but not exactly the way I wanted to.

    Another thing I did was to rename the JavaScript files. I went before the first file name with a '1 '.   The second file directly under the first I preceded it's name with a number '2' and so on.  That seemed to do the trick...

    All I had to do was probably to rename the JS files with the '1' and '13' numbers and buttons with appear correctly.

    Thank you

    Linda

  • How to control the order of showDetailItems in panelTabbed programmatically

    Hello
    Is it possible to control the order of the showDetailItems in panelTabbed by programming? I want to can I mix the showDetailItems.

    Probably putting the index of children panelTabs could help.

  • Add a picture to the text in the text box to the location of the cursor through Actionscript and control its reference level

    If I want to add pictures to the location of the cursor in the text box, I need to use EditManager insertInlineGraphic. But insertInlineGraphic offers no parameter to control how an image is placed in the text, such as baselineShift.
    While InlineGraphicElement allows me to well control on image added how is placed in the text through properties such as baselineShift, but then there is no way to add this InlineGraphicElement object newly created as the location of the cursor in the text box!
    So, how do you overcome this limitation? How can I add an image to the text in the text box to the location of the cursor through Actionscript and control its reference level?

    Post edited by: DilipShah

    After you add the ILG, you can find the ILG element by textFlow.findLeaf (cursor location) as InlineGraphicElement and then change its attributes. Or you can just enjoy applyLeafFormat().

    FindLeaf is an important function for navigation in the TLF.

  • Control the order of (date of entry-boxes)?

    I have several < cfinput > controls placed vertically (using an HTML table).  They are 'date' with the beautiful calendar drop-down fields.

    Problem is... when the calendar comes down, it goes down behind the calendar under control.  This obscures the bar the name of the month and almost prevents access to the buttons previous/next month.

    So I was wondering: is it easily and conveniently possible to control the order of the drop down calendar, so that it appears in front of all?

    (P.S.  As usual, "it works fine in FireFox and breaks in IE."  No surprise there...)

    This work around should solve the problem (even though its boring that we have need of a workaround for this):

    Date 1

    Date 2

    Date 3

  • USB port recognizes the location of my external hard drive as F:. Why it does not recognize in the correct order as E:?

    This question is requested based on certain issues I'm having with the Zune software. specifically in the software of pointing to the correct location for listening to music I own that was torn through CD. Currently, all the added music in this way shows the location of each song as E: in the properties of the song. I went back to the score zune software to the right location (for example settings-online collection => by adding the name of the place where the music.). The negative result is that I can't play full songs for music I own. Instead, Zune software plays the second.30 preview for each. Is this a problem of Zune, Vista or Western Digital external drive problem? Why Vista would recognize the location of the reader out of sequence. Please notify. Thank you

    Hi Freddie,.

    You can try to change the E: drive letter and check.

  • Slider bar does not control the timeline?

    I'm back with yet another problem on the same project.

    This time, I'm trying to make a schedule, which should control what image of a clip on the root timeline. If relevant where the user swipes the slider bar, the appropriate information will be displayed inside that movie clip.

    Now I have really NO idea where to start the coding that will attempt to convert the location of the cursor on the scroll bar, which framework is displayed on this movieclip.

    But here's what I put inside the clip, it's the chronology:

    If (_parent.mc_timeline.ratio > = 0) {}
    gotoAndPlay ("One");
    }
    ElseIf (_parent.mc_timeline.ratio > = 33) {}
    gotoAndPlay ("Two");
    }
    ElseIf (_parent.mc_timeline.ratio > = 66) {}
    gotoAndPlay ("Three");
    }
    else {}
    gotoAndPlay ("One");
    }

    Basically what I try to inspire them to do, is go to a certain image tag (that's to say, one, two, or three) when it is at a certain time on the scroll bar.

    I've got 2 boxes of small screen in it as well, demonstrating that the scroll bar exports some sort of information. I just need to then use it to control which image appears in my video content.

    I have attached the file, please take a look. I'm sure it would be much easier to solve if you take a look.

    The questions are more than welcome.

    the following function will add parameter properties to a movieclip in order to allow a linear interpolation between two values:

    function f (mc:MovieClip, x 1: number, y1:Number, x 2: Number, y2:Number) {}

    MC.m =(Y1-Y2) /(x1-x2);

    MC.b = Y1 - mc.m * x 1;

    }

    to use f, just spent two known pairs x, y.

    for example, if your cursor (say sliderMC)

    far left is slidertrackMC._x and its

    position to the right is slidertrackMC._x + slidertrackMC._width - sliderMC._width

    and you want more position to the left of the slider to match the frame of a movieclip (say mc) 1 and its position to the right corresponds to the last image of mc (mc._totalframes), you would use:

    f (sliderMC, slidertrackMC._x, 1, slidertrackMC._x + slidertrackMC._width - sliderMC._width, mc._to talframes);

    you would then code your slider as follows:

    {sliderMC.onPress = function ()}

    this.startDrag (false, slidertrackMC._x, this ._y, slidertrackMC._x + slidertrackMC._width - MC._width slider, this ._y);

    clearInterval (current);

    Current = setInterval (dragF, 50;)

    }

    {sliderMC.onRelease = sliderMC.onReleaseOutside = function ()}

    this.stopDrag ();

    clearInterval (current);

    }

    function dragF() {}

    mc.gotoAndStop (Math.round(sliderMC.m*sliderMC._x+sliderMC.b));

    }

  • ESES does not recognize the locations of photos

    Hi all
    I have improved my 5s Iphone to IOS 10, go to the photo-album > section, in the places folder, there is no pictures.
    can someone help me?

    Hello, enzerix88!

    Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you are unable to find the addresses of your photos. I know how it is important to be able to view the locations of your photos on your device. First, see this article on privacy and location in iOS Services 8 and later. This will allow you to be able to ensure the premises is activated in the settings for Photos.

    Enable or disable location Services

    You can enable or disable location Services in settings > privacy > location Services. You can enable location-based Services during the wizard process of installation or later through the creation of location-based Services. You can individually control applications and system services have access to the data of location Services. When location Services are disabled, the apps can't use your position in the foreground or background. You will thus limit the performance of various Apple and third-party applications.

    Settings > privacy > location Services.

    See you soon!
