Convert FLA CS3 to animate CC

I have CS3 Professional 9 FLA version applications that I need to upgrade/migrate to CC animate.  Here are my questions:

1. We currently batch publish using an FLP file, not animate CC has a lot to publish method?

2. can I install Creative cloud on a server (for example Windows 2008 R2) or a few desktop computers?

3. our CS3 applications are written in ActionScript 2.0 - animate those who will work in CC?

Thank you

your first two questions are irrelevant because you cannot use actionscipt 2 with any version of flash/animate after flash cs6 pro.

but you can batch publish with all versions of flash/animate using jsfl.

and I don't know what you mean by installing cc on a server, but the answer is probably no, you can't.

Flash pro cs6 can be installed and used with a subscription of cc by installing previous versions: just after the point 1/2 towards the bottom of the page is a portal showing how to install previous versions, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html

  • How to convert a file Edge animate a CC file animate? If possible...

    Animated border is so more on the creative cloud so how do I get my edge projects animated on the new cc program animate to work on my projects...?

    Edge animate and animate the CC are completely different software; You can not convert Edge (that drives the DOM elements) to animate (Flash, renamed/renamed) HTML5 Canvas documents.

    You can always download Edge animate to update your old projects of edge; to do this, in the Cloud creative menu, scroll down to "Find additional Apps" and click on "all Apps > view previous Versions.  Scroll down and you will see the now Adobe Edge.

  • Convert project CS3 SD HD CC project?

    I worked on a documentary in CS3 for 5 years and I want to switch to CC I get error messages when I try to export.  This topic is historical and relies heavily on old photos and paintings with the help of animation effect and multilayer of Ken Burns and therefore change very tedious, that is, I won't have to redo all the pans and zooms, if possible.  However, I recently discovered that when I started this project 5 years ago, I accidentally put in place as a SD and not HD resolution.  Here are my 2 part question:

    1 can I open my PP CC project, and

    2. is it possible to convert a project SD in HD without having to redo all the panning and zooming, etc.. ?

    Thank you very much!!

    Your original source assets will composed with 1920 x 1080 resolution and the amount of pan and scan that you added?

    Assuming they are photos of almost this dimension that makes you not prescale up to SD... I'm guessing maybe.

    Not sure that the keyframes will work well if you just drop this into a HD sequence (copy / paste to the seq seq)

    Try it in CS3 first (after that you create and save a PROJECT UNIQUE of BACKUP)

    You may need only re work the keyframes.

    Then consider opening the project in a version of 2014

  • Open a fla CS3 with Flash CS5

    I don't know that it is the right forum, so if the admin want to put this band of rolling in the right place, please, do it!

    I'm going to buy a site provided with the source fla template, but it is developed in CS3.

    Do you know if there is same problem opening and modifing this kind of fla with Flash CS5?

    Thanks in advance.

    There is no problem to open the fla files, made with earlier versions of flash pro, in later versions of pro flash (with the exception of the as2 containing files and flash pro after cs6).

    so, you're ok.

    with the exception, and this is an excerpt from a book that I wrote (Flash game development: in a Social, Mobile and 3D world).

    Ranging from code on a structure of a timeline more and especially in addition to a chronology is a mess of waste of time and strongly discouraged. Anyone who has ever worked on a Flash file with the significant bits of the code spread over more of a chronology than a few weeks after the creation of this code includes the incredible amount of time which may be wasted looking for relevant code.

    The worst offenders that I've seen (and I've seen hundreds of problematic Flash projects), in the very competitive worst Flash coding derby, are models sold by sites like http://www.entheosweb.com/. Don't be fooled into thinking you can get a head start on a project using a model of web offered for sale. There may be a few well coded models sold online but I have never seen one.

  • Installation InDesign Cs4 to convert Cs6 Cs3?

    I have no need to know how to do it, but if it's possible to get InDesign Cs4 free to do this, when we had to buy the Cs6 Design Standard costume? I just need to convert some doc Cs6 (on my computer) for Cs3 (on the desktop of the computer where I work for my internship).

    Thank you

    You can save InDesign files in a format that can be read by older versions. Of course, all the new features will not be stored.

  • Banner reactive in CC Animate

    Hey Adobe,

    Can you explain how to use the new "adaptable" feature in Adobe animate CC?

    We try to make a banner of anglo-saxon reagent (938 x 340) that can resize a rectangle (320 x 340) in width, but we do not know how.

    Our sensitive issues:
    1. How can put us across the components/movieclips when resizing the browser? For example: make the text in the smaller display panel when you resize it to a rectangle format.
    2. How can we put the movieclip in the center of the stage and the scale a bit when resizing the browser? For example: the background image.
    3. How can we keep a movieclip around when resizing the browser? For example: customers logo

    Michael

    Hi Michael,

    The feature to "sensitive" to Animate is still limited and work so that your entire canvas/stage adjusts its size according to the size of the browser of the Viewer. It also maintains the original aspect ratio while doing so.

    There is no option to scale selectively only a few elements; the scale is applied to the entire scene and everything together.

    For this reason, a specific angle or anchor Center element is irrelevant here that the relative positions of all elements proportional rest.

    To use sensitive scaling functionality in Animate, no changes do not impose themselves on the stage, simply activate the option via the publication settings.

    Essentially two types of scaling is followed - one maintains that the scale, another original aspect ratio can evolve into mode full screen regardless of the aspect ratio.

    The options you are looking for do not currently exist in Animate and need to be addressed via scripts only.

  • How can I add multiple animate canvas in a single html file?

    Hello!

    I did a two files fla in CC animate. Now, I want to add them both in a single html file by pasting the code in the html file. However when two of them are in the html file it does not work. A painting is completed successfully, the other is I have virgins. I guess that the reason for this is that html/javascript do not know what you refer to. How can I fix this easily?

    /DJ

    the first two errors, is that I see are your body tags are problematic and you have duplicate init functions.

    who should look like:

    function init() {}

    Canvas1 = document.getElementById ("canvas1");

    exportRoot1 = new libfirst.anim1 ();

    stage1 is new createjsfirst. Internship (canvas1);

    stage1. AddChild (exportRoot1);

    stage1. Update();

    createjsfirst. Ticker.setfps(25) (libfirst.properties.fps);

    createjsfirst. Ticker.addEventListener ("tick", stage1);

    Canvas2 = document.getElementById ("canvas2");

    exportRoot2 = new libsecond.anim2 ();

    stage2 is new createjssecond. Internship (canvas2);

    stage2. AddChild (exportRoot2);

    stage2. Update();

    createjssecond. Ticker.setfps(25) (libsecond.properties.fps);

    createjssecond. Ticker.addEventListener ("tick", stage2);

    }

  • CS3 on XP to uninstall reinstall on Win 7

    I recently installed Win 7 on my computer as a second operating system. I have CS3 install on OS Win XP on the same computer, can I uninstall it from XP and reinstall it on Win 7, then when I switch to CS5.5 will all be in Win7?  I have all my DVDs and Adobe have my purchase history and serial etc...

    Thanks - PAH

    I'm sure you can.  But you NEED to DEACTIVATE CS3 on XP FIRST.

    The other thing to watch is that CS3 may not work correctly under Windows 7.  However the workaround for this is to use Windows XP Mode in Windows 7, which is actually a virtual machine that allows Windows XP programs run in Windows 7.  You should CHECK your hardware specifications to see that XP Mode can run on your computer.  It has to do with hyperthreading in the BIOS of your computer for beginners and there may be other considerations as well as the amount of disk space you have available and the RAM in your computer.  Do some research before you take the plunge and convert your CS3 on Windows 7 installation.  In all the news, if you can run in XP Mode, you will not need to have the Windows XP operating system that is installed on your computer, in my opinion.

    In addition, your Windows 7 is an OS 32 bit or 64 bit?  In reality, it's probably 32-bit, which means that the CS3 upgrade to CS5 and beyond don't make much sense on your hardware because CS5 is built to take advantage of the operating systems of 64 bits, in particular with regard to the After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop are concerned, as well as Adobe Media Encoder.

  • Having trouble making a clickable banner HTML5 ad

    Hello world

    I'm just getting started making HTML5 banner ads, so I do not know this must be a simple solution, but had trouble finding the forums so far.

    I got my ad the way I wanted to look into Animate and added some simple animations (nothing too fancy, some elements are mobile withdrew the canvas, the 'visible' button has a substitution effect). I tested in the browser, and everything works perfectly.

    Now, I want the whole canvas to be clickable, so I added a button that covers the entire canvas, and it contained in the Hit State (rectangle covering the field of advertising) and the named instance of the button. I added the snippet to HTML5 Canvas/Actions/click to go to A Web Page. I saved, tested in browser and noticed a few things:

    1. By clicking on it in the browser does not take me to a web page (found by default Adobe.com that is there, as well as what would be the real link, we would use), although by positioning the mouse over the ad, my cursor change 'gloved hand.
    2. The file is read on the loop now, whereas before I added the link to the invisible button he just played once and stopped, as I wanted.
    3. There is an 'Access of undefined property window' error message in the compiler errors Panel. Here is a screenshot of what I mean:

    All the solutions to this? Do you enjoy helping a beginner.

    Thank you!

    You work in ActionScript 3.  You must convert your document into HTML5 Canvas for HTML5 Canvas code snippets to work.

    • Click commands > convert different document formats to convert the document to the HTML5 Canvas document.
    • In the Type de Document Converter dialog box, select HTML5 Canvas and click Browse to select a location to save the converted FLA.
    • Click OK. The announcement is now transformed into HTML5 Canvas.

    Once you correct the type of document, for banner ads, you'll want to use a "clickTAG", not a direct link.  Do you know if the banners are going to be victims of trafficking by DCM, Adwords, Sizmek or company of different ads?  (They all unique needs "clickTAG", then how you implement that will depend on how the advertising is served).

  • Flash vs Edge (html5)

    I am a current user of Flash CS6. I wonder if my company needs to explore the transition to Adobe Edge (html5) at this time. Flash banner still widely enough accepted to continue to produce in right now? Is there a good way to convert Fla in html5?
    I do free Adobe Tutorials of edge with a 30 day trial, tutorials seem kind of buggy however. Is there any best available?

    I think that Adobe has made the decision for you: there are very, VERY strong reasons to think that Edge animate was discontinued. For example, the product manager of EA has been removed from the project some time ago (now works on any other product), and no one has replaced him. Any update or news, not on the edge blog animate, or anywhere else or any information relating to the environmental assessment were provided by Adobe for awhile, and the silence from Adobe is quite deafening. And the latest version is very buggy - buggy, in fact, that long-standing users advise stick to version 20141

    My colleagues at work also all agree that EA is dead. And one of my colleagues is a beta-tester of EA: when I asked him last week on the current situation of animate it, he said in fact that he is unable to answer my question directly because of the NDA between him and Adobe! If that doesn't tell you something, I have no idea what's going to convince people here.

    The Department in a Technical University, I teach has already fallen edge animate in his classes.

    We (the instructor team) all agree that the signs point to Adobe re - focus on Flash now to integrate tech EA inside.

    My advice: stick with Flash for now and wait for the news to Adobe before you start investing your time and effort in learning of an application that is developed is more if we look at all the signs and read between the lines. In the meantime, you can consider the use of Google Web Designer, Hype or NodeFire for html5 banner design. Google Web Designer offers many models, has a scenario like Edge and is free. The other two products offer similar functions.

  • Adobe Digital Publishing Suite rest Possible?

    I'm curious to know if In Design always takes care of the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite?

    What I am after is the creation of iOS applications, without having to write code.  In my research, it would be

    seems that DPS has taken a different path and is part of the experience in Adobe Cloud Marketing Manager?

    When I try to run the app DPS constructor, he asks me to install Java.  Yes, I did.  When I re - run the application, it is

    still prompting me to install Java.

    Someone at - it no indication on what is happening with DPS?

    So, are there other options Adobe to create iOS, without the need to write applications code?

    Thank you kindly.

    -Daniel

    Juice thought I would add this information here.  I contacted Adobe support by chat:

    Sophie: Hello

    Daniel Rappaport: Hello Sophie. Can you help me animate CC?

    Shikha: Welcome to Support Adobe

    Daniel Rappaport: thank you.

    Sophie: Yes, I can help you.

    Shikha: Please tell me your concern.

    Daniel Rappaport: awesome! Here's the workflow I have a question about. Is it possible to do the following: create an animation - essentially an app - document in InDesign. -> Export, FLA-> in a file, open the .fla file to animate CC-> create an iOS off CC app animate?

    Daniel Rappaport: Then take to Apple for distribution of iOS app store?

    Daniel Rappaport: * do the following:

    Shikha: Please let me check

    Daniel Rappaport: thank you.

    Sophie: Yes, you can do

    Daniel Rappaport: perfect! So should I understand that when you open the .fla file in CC animate, it resembles any other .fla to him, and therefore, export (for lack of a better term) on an iOS app is the same? There are no complications?

    Sophie: Yes, it will open like. Fla. In addition, the application allows you to know who supported or not files.

    Shikha: There are settings that you need to do for iOS app.

    Daniel Rappaport: I see. Very well. Perfect. I am eager to discover this new. We finished. Take care.

    Daniel Rappaport: You can close the cat.

    Daniel Rappaport: Or I will. Have a great day @.

    Daniel Rappaport: * day!

  • Adobe host CC - dialog import doesn't appear not

    Hello

    I can't try to figure out how to get the open dialog box when you import an image on the stage. I watched tutorials to my class at school, and the host of the video says he should still come. I tried the Google search and I tried to search the forums here, but I can't seem to find an answer. Someone please help. It would be good to know if she was not a big deal, and I didn't need. But it seems that, as I do. I'll copy/paste some of my notes that explain what checkboxes, I need to select:

    'Importdialog pops up again. Keep selected: "maintain the traces can be changed and effects", "editable text" (this is not really important) and convert the layers to "animate one layer. Reposition him on the stage. You want to rename your b/c layer import changed the identifier. »

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thank you

    I found my own answer. Incorrect file type. I thought that my images were saved as .ai not .png

  • PSD imported into HTML5 canvass... c

    That's what I did:

    1. I created a html5 canvas.

    2 import to stage a psd file in the Web.

    3 used these settings: maintain editable paths, editable text, convert the layers to animate layers

    4. click ok, only delay appears with the multiple layers of the PSD seems ok.

    5 released

    6a open the published HTML and the browser shows an empty canvas.

    Anyone know what is happening on this process?

    You had the option of spritesheets selected in the publication parameters, which leads to a JSON file deployed, which causes security errors when you test the code HTML. Put your files on a server, or use test movie to test. Or you can uncheck the spritesheet option.
