Convert format d: s seconds

Hello

I want to convert the number of seconds in the format d: s or h (when I post more than 24 hours).

For example:

1 = 0:00:00:01 or

86400 = 1:00:00:00 or

551571 = 6:09:12:51

OR

1 = 00:00:01 or

86400 = 24:00:00 or

551571 = 153:12:51

Second, it is a number and the converted result is a string.

Greetings

  • Convert format yyyy-mm-dd/mm/jj/aaaa

    Hello

    I need help conversion above date format. In the database, the date is stored as a VARCHAR with the format yyyy-mm-dd

    but I would like that it changed to DATE with mm/dd/yyyy format. I tried the following and I get invalid month

    Select To_date (date_value, "mm/dd/yyyy '") as table date_value

    When I try to convert tank first before converting to this day I get an error invalid number

    Select to_date (to_char (date_value, ' dd/mm/yyyy ""), ' mm/dd/yyyy') as table date_value

    What should I do?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello

    The second argument to TO_DATE tells you what the first argument is already in the format.
    If you want:

    select  To_date (date_value, 'yyyy-mm-dd') as date_value
    from    table_x;

    The format is a quality of channels, not DATEs. Once you have converted your a DATE string, is stored in the same internal format as all other DATEs. TO_CHAR display in any format you like.
    For example:

    SELECT     TO_CHAR ( TO_DATE (date_value, 'yyyy-mm-dd')
              , 'mm/dd/yyyy'
              )
    FROM     table_x;

    Things are much easier if you store dates in DATE columns.

  • Convert Formated date to TimeStamp?

    Hello

    How can I convert a string like '20090424 21:28:12 ' timestamp?

    I can't find the standard java SimpleDateFormat class and the blackberry version is not as even.

    How can I do this conversion?

    Thank you very much.

    If you mean by "Timestamp" milliseconds since the time (midnight 1970-01-01), I do it manually.

    First of all, I break the chain in the year of substrings, month, day, hour, minute, second. Then:

    Calendar c = Calendar.getInstance("UTC");
    c.set(Calendar.YEAR, Integer.parseInt(year));
    c.set(Calendar.MONTH, Integer.parseInt(month) - 1);
    c.set(Calendar.DAY_OF_MONTH, Integer.parseInt(day));
    c.set(Calendar.HOUR, Integer.parseInt(hour));
    c.set(Calendar.MINUTE, Integer.parseInt(minute));
    c.set(Calendar.SECOND, Integer.parseInt(second));
    long millisSinceEpoch = c.getTime().getTime();

    Note the - 1 in the month, JAVA months are 0-based.

    Note the "UTC" in Calendar.GetInstance (), without it, you would get a calendar for the local time zone (and midnight 1970-01-01 is not zero, may not matter to you).

    And of course, there could be a better way.

    Cheers, Barak.

  • The time format that provides seconds

    I use the format of the time of 0; 00; 00; 00. However, this doesn't not off account seconds anywhere.  I would like to synchronize the video with an audio track.  I use seconds to recognize the exact locations of synchronization.  Is there a time format in AE who reads seconds?

    This is the seconds.

    The format is

    Hours, minutes, seconds; images

    When you see one; instead of one: the time is accurate in NTSC land. If the numbers are separated by a: This means that you are in the timecode display non‑drop frame. Fall no means that the actual time of the display is not accurate, but that executives always have up to 30. In drop frame (real-time) timecode, frames are counted at 29.97 frames per second, then every seconds of one of the numbers dropped. No boxes are deleted, it's jut County won't smooth 01 02 28, 29, 00 each time.  This is done so that the actual time of the display corresponds to the clock within a few seconds.

  • Where are the parameters of the Prism Converter format?

    Steve Grisetti or regular users of Prism Converter software

    Steve Grisetti has at least 2 FAQ which suggest the use of the software Prism for the conversion of AVI DV file to work with video formats of particular problem.

    http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/415317?TSTART=0

    http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/437535?TSTART=0

    And it seems to recommend the use of Prism more frequently in recent discussions. The guidelines it provides for the use of the software Prism for conversion to DV AVI process are the same in each of these links. And widescreen (16:9) and standard (4:3) have the same frame size and frame frate.

    In "Prism", there are three key groups:

    Output Format, where can I put .avi

    Options of encoder, where can I put NTSC DV Encoder (DirectShow)

    Change the Options, where I can adjust the size of the image and the pace

    But, where is the option for 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio? I can't find them in the three areas mentioned above parameter, nor in all the software menus. What I'm missing here? I'm stuck with a file converted to NTSC DV AVI 4:3 with this choice of converter?

    It's almost as if the text is transformed into a work path even if I select 'convert to shape. Not sure what is 'off' or 'bad', but I hope someone out there can point me in the right direction.

    Thank you!

    Looks like it should do.   A form is composed of paths.  You have selected the path selection tool?  Photoshop anticipates that you can adjust the path that make up the form.

    If you want to transform, just use Control - T to call free transform.

  • timer counts down to the format hours: minutes: seconds: milliseconds

    Nice day

    Has had a problem with this kind of format treatment.

    And I want the milliseconds in 2 digits only.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Here is my code:

    intervalID = setInterval(this,"timerFunction",1);

    function timerFunction() {}

    var msec:Number = getTimer();

    if (msec < = 0) {}

    play();

    return;

    }

    var sec: Number = Math.floor(msec / 1000);

    var min:Number = Math.floor(sec / 60);

    var time: Number = Math.floor(min / 60);

    if(sec<10) {}

    secStr = "0" + String (dry);

    } else {}

    s = secStr;

    }

    if(min<10) {}

    minStr = "0" + String (min);

    } else {}

    MINSTR = min;

    }

    if(hour<10) {}

    hourStr = "0" + String (hour);

    } else {}

    hourStr = time;

    }

    //trace ("min:" + min);

    //trace ("sec:"+ dry ");

    //trace ("ms:"+ msec ");

    _root.timerText = hourStr + ': ' + MINSTR + ":" + secStr + ":" + msec;

    }

    Display the result:

    00:00:01:1012

    00:00:02:2048

    You will not contravene all rules (don't know too many except those to be polite, etc.), but you neglected to say what to look for.  I finally found what I think you're talking about and what is displayed it is meaningless.  I think it's just a Visual prop because it seems never to go beyond 20 - something.  And that the way in which the time end up like the exact values, it is certainly rigged.

    As I said already 1000 msec = 1 sec, and you can get up to 99 with two digits, then you should think about what you want to do.

  • Convert time difference in seconds in hours, minutes, and seconds

    Hi all

    I used the following logic to calculate the time difference between 2 passes of time for all the individual lines.

    (floor ((TIME_ACTIONED-TIME_ALLOCATED) * 24) |) ':' || MOD (Floor ((TIME_ACTIONED-TIME_ALLOCATED) * 24 * 60), 60) |': ' | MOD (Floor ((TIME_ACTIONED-TIME_ALLOCATED) * 24 * 60 * 60), 60))

    The user asked a column that displays the SUM of all the differences in time between the report.

    Any help much appreciated!

    Thank you
    Sweta

    Simply the sum of time_actioned - time_allocated, then do the same calculation you make on this sum.

  • Expired the incorrect time format the seconds

    Hello

    The attached VI maintains channels of the passage of time and I'm having a problem with the format in the second section. It gives me 3 digits and not properly counting the seconds.

    I would have only 2 digits for the seconds and the County properly under the name of 01, 02... 09, 10, 11... 59 (second section).

    Could someone suggest a change to the attached VI?

    Thank you

    FRN

    The reason that you do not see the correct number, it is that the value that you get out of the final Quotient function & rest isn't seconds and miliseconds.

    Add one more Quotient & rest with a 1000 as y. Then take the floor(x/y) your seconds.

  • What file format can I convert AVCHD to for first?

    With the help of Aunsoft MTS Converter to convert my AVCHD files but have NO IDEA where to start with the selection of a format. There are some parameters of the first, but there are options (quality, medium, high, etc.) and a few others. (Like Aunsoft so I can create a file among many others.)

    I am shooting in 1080 p 30 and just development of the training videos, so this isn't the stuff of Hollywood. Just try to get a nice HD, easy to change and easy to convert format.

    Can anyone recommend a default basic formula? Would be very happy!

    And you want to convert it why? First can edit AVCHD directly. Copy the entire contents of the SD card directly to the hard drive, then first, import using the functionality of the media browser, works like a charm. • SimpleDateFormat formatting question time

    SimpleDateFormat timeFormat = new SimpleDateFormat("hh:mm:ss");
    final DateField timeField = new DateField("", 0, timeFormat);

    Heres how I'm trying to format it, and then I'm filling timeField with my

    timerField.setDate (splitTime.getTimeMillis ());

    I'm triyng to indicate the time between my events, it all fine formats (minutes and seconds) but the string field formatting still displays the current hours our day and hour not between my events!

    It should always begin at 0 and then increase every hour. I don't want to show him the time of day, but my own timer time

    I find it weird that all other fields are working well, do not show the minute or second in the day, but the time field will not give.

    I use DateField to this effect.  Hours and minutes display correctly.

    What you have not thought, is that the DateField is specific time zone and by default, uses the local time zone.  So, if give you him a time of 1 hour, then it means actually 1 hour after midnight on time.  Now, the time is UTC, so this time will then be converted to what would be each 01:00 on January 1, 1970 in your time zone.  This is the problem that you are experiencing.

    To resolve this issue, it is simple, just set the time zone for the DateField to GMT.  And this should solve your problem.

    If you use this as an input field, you really be aware that she in fact display a date - just not showing the Date part.  So when you do a field getTime() you must extract just the hour and minute and ignore the game date.  For example, that you post at 18:00 because the user does something for 18 hours.  The user that comes to 01:00 and being sensitive, roll control up to 19, 20, 21, etc. 1.  Then the DateField will give back the next day (25 hours) not 1 hour.  Same thing happens if the user cancels the time.

    So the trick is to set the time zone on the DateField GMT and make sure you take any Date component if you use this entry.

    Hope this is clear.
