Convert PNG to 300pdi

Hello

I want to
export picture a graph to a png-300pdi (printing). Here's what I do:

First I export the chart in a PNG with the LV - VI standard. I re - open the file, look for the IHDR header, move the 17 index (which is the end of the IHDR) and place the pHYs (of a 300pdi-created by Photoshop PNG) header with the IHDR, IDAT, as required. (See small end; hope that you don't mind the German legends ^^)

Up to now
so good, but the file gets corrupted after my edits... guess I made a few mistakes here.

Welcome,

Stoney

OMG, just found my mistake... The string constant that contains the PPP header has not been defined to the spell...

    If you want to only write the GIF file, there is a function (not in the pallets) who will write the content of an image of LabVIEW to GIF.

    Search for LabVIEW 8.6\vi.lib\picture\gif.llb\Write GIF File.vi

  • Convert PNG to SVG

    Dear Adobe community,

    I have a lot of images in PNG format that I want to convert it to SVG, since I created a sensitive site and want the images to preserve their clarity.

    I tried to find a suitable Converter online and, if I am not mistaken, Photoshop works only for the export of images to SVG, that you create in the software.

    Once again, I want to convert PNG to SVG.

    Thank you Dear!

    Concerning

    Andreas

    Nancy is (as usual) that the Bitmap to SVG conversion automatically usually is doomed.

    The only way I have had success with this, is to open the Bitmap image in Illustrator (I don't know of a suitable alternative, but I don't know there is probably) and "Trace" the image of a vector. This often involves a certain amount of manual entry for the vector as simple as possible (more simple = smaller) while maintaining crisp and smart. More complex than the image, manual seizures more is necessary and there is only for many this can be done without resorting to manually recreate the image.

    Note (however obvious to some) that there is a BIG difference between vector graphics and Bitmap images, not least in the way they are created/modified. Someone very competent in Photoshop can find extremely difficult to manipulate vectors and vice versa.

  • Convert PNG logo to vector in Photoshop

    Is it possible to convert a raster, by https://www.eurofloorslondon.co.uk/logo, a vector logo using Photoshop? I did the PNG file with transparent background, don't have the original file anymore and I would use it on a large screen at the front of the exhibition hall. Of course, the logo on the Web site is not good for printing large format. I found it difficult as the orange on the left has also some gradient. Thank you very much for the help.

    Have you try to export as and choose for the SVG format?

  • Convert .png logo vector

    The logo on a Web site must be scaling to printing purposes and it was created with photoshop without the file .psd in original layers.  What I have is the .png file I want to convert it to vector.  I read this forum I can convert to smart object, but it is if I had the forms in layers.  What is the best way to do this?

    The logo that I am referencing is located on the upper left corner of the www.vialsondemand.com

    Hey dat,.

    Try to place this logo png in artificial intelligence, and then use the path of the image. You can change some settings of vectorization of image to get the desired vector.

    Let me know if you encounter any problems when using the image path. You can see more details on the various options here: http://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/image-trace.html

  • bulk convert PNG

    new user here. is there a method for in bulk convert similar imager in png or jpg?

    TIA

    Hi there - as Mylenium suggested, you can batch your photos using an action. Because you are a new user, I put some screenshots...

    Before you begin, make sure that your photos are in a single folder and set up a destination empy folder somewhere open your first picture and go in your Actions Panel (if you do not, go to Windows > Actions). Press the new action button, as shown below.

    In the dialog box that opens, name your new action, and then press Record.

    Go to file > save as > and select png as your output file. Do not change the name of the file. Press on save, then go back to your control panel actions and press the stop button. Your action is now created.

    Now go to file > automate > batch. You will get a dialog similar to the one shown below.

    Select your new action in the Action drop-down list and set your source files and destination. Press 'OK' and the treatment should start. Be patient - it may take some time. I hope this helps!

  • Convert png sliced in FW or Photoshop?

    Hello, I was wondering if someone could help: I've done a few designs in Fireworks that a friend now wants to use as a Web site. I would like to know the best way to convert my PNG files into a web page.

    At the present time, my files have no layers, but I that reason to think I could put the items into layers and then somehow cut into slices to form a web page? Or do I have to enter my PNG in Photoshop and slice away (but there will be a layer problem?)...

    Don't know how to go forward and don't want to lose all my work! Any help is greatly appreciated - thank you!

    I use layers to keep things organized and also to make it easier to show and hide clusters of objects to simplify my view of them. For example, I'll often make a layer for the header area, the content area and the footer area, and perhaps others if things get messy. The layers are nice in this perspective.

    When you go to export your images, however, if the objects are on different layers does not change the result.

    Since you have your document in Fireworks and Fireworks is ideal for creating Web images, I recommend that you go ahead and learn how to cut your design in Fireworks.

    If you have leaders and guides set to display (view > sovereign and view > Guides > Show Guides + view > Guides > snap to guides) you can click in the rules and drag a guide line into your document. If you double-click a guide line, you can pinpoint its position. Implement the guidelines along the logical places in your design.

    Once you have your instructions, select the tool cuts (the green rectangle). With Snap guides turned on, you can easily drag your positions range in regards to your guides. When you draw each slice, a slice object appears in the Web layer. Give each object a unique and descriptive name (without spaces); This will be the name of the exported file. In the Properties palette, set the file format for this range (.gif, .jpg, etc.).

    Fireworks peut write a HTML of a design into slices. This code, however, is firmly locked in the form of a design and it will usually break if you try to do something with it. It is best to only export the images and create the Web page in a text editor or a Web (such as Dreamweaver) design tool.

  • Muse replace jpeg png when Im Editions site

    I size my images in photoshop save for Web to JPEG files which are very small.  When I place it in Muse, Muse converts PNG files and my site load a lot slower.  This is really visible when I do an image into a background of a page instead of just using a solid color.  When I use a background image, everything slows way.  I size all my JPEGs in Photoshop.  Do I need to do?

    What Miss me? Site is running so slow, because every image is now more than 500 KB. How to keep my actual size in jpeg?

    Application of effects such as shadows, bevel, inner glow, and Border radius converting most likely placed in image. PNG. Therefore, it is recommended to always use the source image editor program to apply any kind of effects to your graphics and then place the file completed in Muse.

    Also, take a look at this post that might help - http://forums.adobe.com/message/5008248#5008248.

  • Can I use still images high resolution in Keynote?

    Prepare a presentation in Keynote that requires a lot of photos/movies - it is to be broadcast from an international conference in the world.  So I don't want to spoil.

    I have some high resolution photos (the originals were RAW, I converted them to PNG).  I want to build my speech with the high-resolution PNG, or what I want to batch convert to JPEG before their insertion in the speech?  What would be an optimal size by peak.  There are probably about 100 stills or so, more than a dozen of short films (that's an hour and a half presentation I think).

    Or, if I don't use a high-resolution PNG (15-20 megs), is there a function in Keynote, which reduces the size of the files?

    And, if so, I'm better batch convert PNG to JPEG, or simply use the PNG and let Keynote optimization?

    For movies I'll all convert H264 (same resolution - 1920 x 1080 - Keynote presentation using the same optimal data rate that you would use for Vimeo).

    All ears,

    Ben

    Size of the images to match the slide size in Keynote;   in this case, they should be 1920 x 1080 pixels

    because they are PNG files keep than

    Convert a batch of images as follows:

    Open all of the batch of images in preview

    Select all the thumbnails in the sidebar - click on an image in the sidebar then (Command-A)

    on the Tools menu, choose Adjust size

    use the custom size and enter 1929 x 1080

    Save

    Place the images in Keynote, as follows: drag all the images in the browser (the sidebar on the left) and a new slide will be created for each image, centered and scaled to full screen

    If images are larger than the size of slide, they look better, they simply more space

    If the images are smaller than the size of slide, they will reduce in quality

  • Unable to save Mac screen captures to PDF more

    I used to be able to save Apple screenshots on a Mac in PDF format. I even had an app which allow me to choose the output on the fly format and also I would rename the PDF file and the location to be saved. He worked for many years (or so it seemed). Recently, I had to go back to this workflow and in El captain, the PDF save screenshots option seems to be deleted. I can't find the app on the App Store. Research on new applications to get PDF save capacity only provides applications with outputs of Screen Capture image.

    My workflow is that I generally capture screens (music) in PDF format, can combine unique screenshots in a PDF document and editorially mark upward. In general, I've used Acrobat Reader or even Acrobat Pro and occasionally, an excerpt. The team uses Acrobat and therefore the end result must be look great with annotations in Acrobat.

    New savings Apple of the screenshots is now PNG and Acrobat do not like these and will not let me import them in PDF format. I don't want to go to a 3rd party app to convert png to PDF. That's happened? Where is the PDF option?  Is - this another example of animosity Adobe vs Apple?  I even upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud applications complete thinking that it would improve the material. Acrobat DC does not seem to do better.

    I also want to move the workflow of digital edition for iPad and iOS.  It would be nice to have everything together, including the integration of iCloud or DropBox for Mac/iOS compatibility and collaboration group.

    The iPad Pro and Apple pencil (with its ultra-fine tip) could do a great digital editing and the combination of editorial markup. This could be very exciting. However, because the group needs Acrobat for markup editorial, I think I still need screenshots of Acrobat PDF.

    Help! The popular alternative solutions or apps. Thanks in advance.

    PS - I tried to type this question into an iPad, and the police was white (so invisible). Wow.

    John

    What version of Mac OS were you using that allowed the registration of the screenshots as something else? I just checked our oldest work Mac, a PowerMac G4 OS 10.4 'Tiger' running and, when the tiger was the most recent thing 11 years ago, it is by default in .png. Each OSX release since records in .png. It is not new on El Capitan.

    Have you used a third party before capture app? Did you use a Terminal command to change the default format? This article shows how to use the Terminal to make the change in pdf format:

  • reading QR codes

    Hello

    I joined a program to read the QR code. This program can read QR codes I generates on the web for example (see attached 'QR code'), but I can't read the QR code of an image (see Test_snap_jpg). This photo is engaged with a mini USB camera. The photo is a little blurred, but that shouldn't be a problem to read the QR code. I tried to read directly from the screen with an iPhone app QR reader and it reads perfectly. The problem is probably related to the shape or the size of the image, but I can't understand. What to do. Someone has an idea?

    BR,

    paalbrok

    Your test_snap_jpg.jpg file seems to be corrupted some how.

    I downloaded and tried to open it with LabVIEW, but he reported an error. Your Code.jpg QR original opens in fine LabVIEW.

    I tested your images against the decoder online zxing

    http://ZXing.org/w/decode.JSPX

    Your image of component snap-in has not been recognized, your original QR code file decoded successfully. I did open your component file snap with SnagIt, save it as a png and open it with LabVIEW. I could see, but not decode it.

    I presented the convert png to the decoder zxing online, he could not detect the bar code in the image.

    The problem seems to be in your image file. Not sure where comes bands in the image.

  • Override HorizontalScale limits (776.19) when you export a JPG

    I'm trying to export JPEGs of multiple files eps (with a lot of different sizes of work plan) with a specific size - 5000px long edges. But when the work plan is too small horizontalScale exceed its range and script fails. Is there anyway that I can fix this?

    Here is my script:

    var doc = app.activeDocument;
    var abActive  = doc.artboards[doc.artboards.getActiveArtboardIndex()];

    var artWidth = abActive.artboardRect[2] - abActive.artboardRect[0];
    var artHeight = abActive.artboardRect[1] - abActive.artboardRect[3];

    if (artWidth>=artHeight)
    {
       var fileName = doc.fullName.toString();
        var exportOptions = new ExportOptionsJPEG();

        var fileSpec = new File(fileName);
        exportOptions.antiAliasing = true;
        exportOptions.artBoardClipping = true;
        exportOptions.qualitySetting = 100;
        exportOptions.horizontalScale = (5000/artWidth)*100;
        exportOptions.verticalScale = (5000/artWidth)*100;

        doc.exportFile( fileSpec, ExportType.JPEG, exportOptions );
       }
    else
    {
        var fileName = doc.fullName.toString();
        var exportOptions = new ExportOptionsJPEG();

        var fileSpec = new File(fileName);
        exportOptions.antiAliasing = true;
        exportOptions.artBoardClipping = true;
        exportOptions.qualitySetting = 100;
        exportOptions.verticalScale = (5000/artHeight)*100;
        exportOptions.horizontalScale = (5000/artHeight)*100;

        doc.exportFile( fileSpec, ExportType.JPEG, exportOptions );
    }

    P.S. I thought size Board chart cheking prior to export, and if she too small - scale size needed, but it would be really slow export process.

    var doc = app.activeDocument;
    var abActive  = doc.artboards[doc.artboards.getActiveArtboardIndex()];

    var artWidth = abActive.artboardRect[2] - abActive.artboardRect[0];
    var artHeight = abActive.artboardRect[1] - abActive.artboardRect[3];

             if (artWidth>=artHeight)
             {
               var fileName = doc.fullName.toString();
                var exportOptions = new ExportOptionsPNG24();

                var fileSpec = new File(fileName);
                exportOptions.antiAliasing = true;

                exportOptions.transparency = false;
                exportOptions.qualitySetting = 100;
                exportOptions.horizontalScale = (5000/artWidth)*100;
                exportOptions.verticalScale = (5000/artWidth)*100;

                doc.exportFile( fileSpec, ExportType.PNG24, exportOptions );
               }
            else
            {
                var fileName = doc.fullName.toString();
                var exportOptions = new ExportOptionsPNG24();

            }
    doc.close(SaveOptions.DONOTSAVECHANGES);

    I also add savings witout file close command. When creating of action with this script and the batch processing of multiple files, it allows to reduce the working time of script.

    To convert PNG to JPG I use XnConvert it's free and they all need the functionality of batch convert files.
