  I downloaded trial pro XI, continues to say that it is downloaded but nothing happens. No pop-up screens. When I go to downloads, download assistant is there and I hit and it starts the process of downloading from the last 2 minutes?

  Once Adobe Download Assistant is installed, you can start at any time and choose a product to download at the bottom of the window. Updates list as new products will be available for download with Adobe Download Assistant.

  Adobe does not support case-sensitive file system - never. Apple does not recommend running a software application on a volume of case sensitive - that always makes me wonder why they offer it. I can understand why we might want a case-sensitive file system, but without the full support of the vendor and application vendors, it is especially useless.

  Photoshop CC wants to open the trial version (mac), even if I paid 1 year ago. Don't know what to do. Apparently from what I've read, needs PS CC 10.9 or higher, but I'm only 10.8.5. Maybe I got the update last week not knowing this problem existed.

  Do I have to update my computer (it is old) macbook pro mid-2010 or can I go back to the old version of the CC. At this point I don't know what version I have because it does not open. I need help please. Also my Lightroom won't open files PS 5 or CC. I guess it's all related? PS5, however, will open on its own. LR has opened a file in PS5 and then no longer opens. I quit and restarted but the same thing happened. Arrived the other day too.

I have tried to re - download the trial and restart the computer, but still does not work. HELP I'm going to Europe for four months and wish to create a travel movie!
