  Hi all,

  I'm trying to create 2 hyperlinks in a Panel for PS CS4 using the Configurator 1.0 following the procedure in this thread:

  http://forums.Adobe.com/message/212353 (oh, if there is another way to do it other than this thread, please let me know)

  The Panel is called "Color wheel" - see JPG below to see what it looks like to-works fine in both Mac and PC, if I follow this procedure:

  (1) in the Configurator, export Panel to its appropriate panels folder.

  (2) create appropriate .html and .bat files.

  (3) save the .html and .bat files in the folder "color wheel".

  (4) start PS CS4 and everything works fine...

  This is now, where the 'fun' starts, trying to package this thing - and it's the same results on a mac PPC 10.5.8 or Windows 7 64-bit machine:

  If I open Extensions Mgr CS4, I do the following:

  (1) file-> Extension Package

  (2) select "Color Wheel.mxi in the folder"Color wheel"

  (3) save the extension pkg as "Color Wheel CS4.mxp (just save it to the desktop).

  The problem is that when I do a new installation of the Panel in PS CS4 using the .mxp, mac or pc, the all-important .html file and .bat files not placed in the folder "Color wheel" - it's like the pakaging process does not have these files... Thus, the Panel is displayed in PS CS4, but when you click on the buttons with hyperlinks, nothing happens in Windows 7, and on the Mac, it opens the folder "color wheel"...

  Obviously, I missed a step somewhere - any ideas?

  It happens that whenever you post a 3d, I have been working in the computer and internet...

  Are the files in the content of your exported Panel folder?

  Configurator does not export these files and you will need to manually put in the content folder

  Probably the simplest is to use a button. The action could be a JavaScript like:

  Script mouse upward to a button

  In practice, you'll want to check the value of the number field phone to see that it is not empty and is over, but this should help you get started.

  You can use the buttonSetCaption method to set the label of the button to the URL, perhaps in the phone number field Validate event.

  I suspect that Photoshop is not appropriate here, you can consider using Indesign for that.

  Hi group!

  I have a brilliant parent project that serves as a springboard for other projects. Users click a component of software they want and are redirected to a page with a list of all the documentation available for this component. Click on the name of a document and access - a lot of PDF files. BUT I also wish they were able to tie the online help for the component. After having read up on the link through / between projects, I knew that I needed to create a parent project (for the page intro and links brilliant) and projects for children (for software components).

  THEN

  I created a parent sensitive HTML5 project and the projects of two children. I compiled the parent to create mergedprojects files, and then open the projects children and collected to the appropriate mergedprojects folder. I then created a hyperlink to the file list html documentation in the project parent towards the child file software component html (output folder and start page [which is the same as the default theme]) and the link does not work! The child and its table of contents appears in the parent TOC so topics are here, but I can't link to them. If necessary, I can send screenshots.

  Where I am dorking this place?

  A typical reactive merged help is structured as follows:

  ... I guess I have just put a box click on the object and define if for "open URL or file" and select your SWF file. Be sure to select if you want the SWF file to replace the window active or open a new window.

  Is there a way to create a hyperlink to a url that ' climbs to ' window of the URL if it is already open in the browser?  Therefore, a new window does not open and the existing window containing the hyperlink would not change either.

  If the target url is not already open, then yes the link could be open in a new window or in an existing window.

  Does anyone know if there is a command/code for this?
