  It is a known issue and we are working on that.

  We intend to provide support in the future updates.

  Meanwhile, as a solution, you can use Adobe Create PDF extension for Chome and Internet Explorer, or use Acrobat to convert web pages to PDF.

  Is it possible to use 3D in Flash for users to manipulate objects?  I can see how I can export a sequence of images and pretend but is it possible that Flash can acutally use a 3D object?

  Yes. Very easy in fact, with the exception of texturing. Stage3D allows you to do real 3D on mobile devices, the web, desktop, etc.

  I use a framework called Flare3D mainly. It comes with a 3d 3dsmax plugin. It installs materials in 3dsmax (2010 and above) and you need to texture your object using their (I think) as the integrated standard hardware converter does not work too well. It also adds a menu item to 3dsmax which allows you to export your object in a format called f3d.

  You can support CC and CC2014, but you need to develop for the earlier example CC and RequiredRuntime:Version 4.0 version.   with papervision, they developed a library of Actionscript classes standard which are just developed into normal flash and then in a press release, it looks like they have just gathered in components to provide an easy way for developers to interact with it and make use of its features.

  The .mxp format is a way of winding upward of the component and other things like orders in a selfinstaller format to be distributed.

  So if you are of the new libraries for flash type of as the DLL, then you can just develop them in Actionscript and distrubite as such or update components to protect the code.

  I read your post about wanting to create a backup of your system and wanted to help.
  
  What I would say, because I have been using it without problem for years, is using a third party tool known as Macrium Reflect.

  Macrium reflect (MR) provides a FREE version that can be used to image and restore partitions or drives together.
  
  What I recommend is the following:
  (1) download and install Macrium reflect (MR)
  (2) run M. and choose the option: "Create an image of the partition (s) required to backup and restore Windows" to write a full backup to an external drive or USB key
  (3) use the option to create a CD or a USB startup key
  
  My experience is that SIR, when you use the option of Compression high, typically allows to compress the image file recorded at about 50% of the space USED in the OS partition.  This means that if you have a 40GB and 80GB OS partition is used, MR must only about 20 GB to store the image file.
  
  I use all the time and it usually takes less than 10 minutes to make the backup of the image and at the same time or less do a restore.
  
  In addition, MR has the ability to add a recovery Boot Menu entry.  This then allows you to boot into Windows re, and then you can use it to do a restore - when you cannot start Windows!
  
  NOW, you have the means to restore a full system that works for the external hard drive or USB key in a few minutes.

• Webcam not displayed in a Google Chrome Extension with pepper Flash

  Hello Adobe,

  There is a problem with the Flash version of pepper in Chrome to access the webcam.  When embedding a Flash application that accesses the webcam inside a Chrome Extension and click on 'Allow' (to allow access to the webcam), the expected behavior is to see the webcam image.  Instead, we see only a black screen - no picture - and no real mistake that the camera is inaccessible.

  If we turn off Flash pepper and use lightning main plugin Chrome, then the Extension works perfectly (we see the image of the webcam).

  Note that if we try to load the same HTML code directly as a web page with Flash of pepper, this works also.  So this leads to the conclusion that there is a problem with the following combination: pepper Flash + Extension Chrome + webcam.

  It is a major set back to set useful Chrome extensions that use the webcam.  Can what comments you do on this issue.

  Nope.  My initial recommendation to open a chrome bug stands.  I am hopeful that another fix webcam in Chrome could solve this problem, but looks like it's specific for use in a chrome extension.  My hypothesis is that the nature of process in the PPAPI model sandboxing prevents us to access the camera in the case.

  This isn't a use case that test us or support, is therefore no guarantee terms of long term stability or prioritization of patches it must break in the future.  I just want to be clear that it is staggering if you create a business on top of it.  That said, we do not like to see new uses for Flash and try to help if possible.  The rate and the pace of the browsers change makes it difficult to predict what will and will not work long term in this kind of borderline cases.

  In the PPAPI world, there not a lot of leeway "to work things.  The beauty of the PPAPI, is that it provides points of own congestion by which Google can restrict plugin behavior.  Greatly enhances the security of the end user, it is intrinsically more restrictive with regard to our ability to generate clever hacks.  (IMO, it's a good thing in the long run.)

  Google engineers would really need to throw an eye to understand this behavior is not currently allowed and how / if they are interested to provide a manufacturing process, it works safely.
