  You can use the script to set up two arguments: one with a PDF attachment and a second with an XML attachment.

  I don't know of anyway to the script where the two PDF AND XML are attached to a single e-mail.

  No matter how you have configured the Send button when you use the feature distribute the form. There are some e-mail address is in your identity preferences (Edit > preferences > identity) and use it. If you can change the email address it or not to use distribute the form and the button send the value you want.

  One thing that happens when you use the feature to distribute the form is the form is enabled Reader, you can do separately, but you really shouldn't do if the form must be used by others. The dispenser a form must activate using their copy under license of Acrobat Reader.

  I'll have a little trouble with my form and get my email buttons to send to the address typed in the box 'email address' in the object palette.  After having distributed the form and when the form must be completed and submitted the form back to my email address and not the one assigned to the button.  I also tried to use the HTTP button "mailto:...» "but it doesn't work anymore.

  Please can anyone help provide some guidance.  I know that the answer will be simple and may have something to do with the details of the initial installation, but I can't work on how to solve this problem.

  I am using Livecycle Designer ES2 9.0

  Hi people,

  It wasn't with Acrobat Pro Livecycle.  Acrobat Pro assumed that I created the form I had to also receive the submitted forms the the same email, which was not the case. I had to change my Acrobat Pro 'identity' to email that I wanted to get these forms before distributing.  To do this:

  Acrobat Pro--> Edit--> preferences--> identity

  Hope this helps someone else in the future.

  It is a fairly common question in the forum. The solution depends on how you want to implement a solution. With Forms 6i, there are basically two options at your disposal. First; Send the email through the database using the UTL_SMTP. Oracle has published several years ago, called Demomail, but for some reason, they have not published this document. Fortunately, I published a document (PL/SQL: send an E-mail from the database) which uses a modified version of the demomail of Oracle package. Depending on your version of the database, you might be able to use the utl_mail package. The UTL_MAIL package is the evolution of the whole of demomail and is now included in RDMBS 10 g or higher.

  The second option is to use OLE to link to MS-Outlook and allows you to send an email Outloook. According to my experience, it is the most problematic solution. There are many messages in the forum that demonstrate the sending of mail through Outlook, so I recommend that you search the forum for these examples, if you are interested in this option.

  If your application is deployed on the web, there is a third option; which is to send emails with a JavaBean. If you are interested in this option, take a look at email with the body html and attachments to local file.

  Firefox 4 does not save form data after sending form and pressing the back button... It's very annoying that it erases all data. It worked fine on FF3.

  You must set up your default email program to send on a Web site.  Go to control panel | Default programs and set your default e-mail program there.  If your e-mail program is web-based, then you probably can't use this feature (sends the Web site file), then you may need to copy the site, and then paste it into a new message and then send it.
