Creation issued cloud
I downloaded and installed the creative cloud on my mac and when I try to install illustrator says that it is already installed. I know it is not installed and when I click on the uninstall I get an error. I'm puzzled!

You can try the step mentioned on the following link
Apps Control Panel does not show installed Adobe Creative Cloud applications
If it still not working, run cloud cleaning tool creative use the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
and try to remove illustrator using it and then launch Creative cloud desktop application to see if you have the option to install it.

your photos/catalogues of previous version is not deleted if you uninstall have cc.

Please, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Reboot the computer.
- Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

Creation panel cloud Apps will not load
Creation panel cloud Apps will not load. Been like that since the AE last updated failed a few days ago. All the apps work and CC seems fine. Sign out of CC and leave CC are shaded out and not available. Any ideas. Pete.
In fact, it was good this morning... Thank you for that. I rebooted several times... in any case, all good for now. If I can solve my problem of the Organization, I'll be a happy man.

I have trouble finding a way to pass the plan of photography with photoshop and lightroom paid monthly $9.99 to the creative cloud for education - all apps for $19.99. When I go to the plans that the $19.99 option does not appear, only a $53.10 option is even if I am a student. I'd like to get some clarification as to why the option $19.99 is not visible under the plans switch to section to manage your plan.

In the case you do not get the opportunity to switch plans, please Contact Customer Care for assistance and information.
If they get the opportunity to pass the plan, they will change it for you, otherwise the left option should cancel the subscription and buy a new one.

Creation of clouds - this app does not work on this PC
A few days ago my Adobe Creative Cloud application became unusable on my PC. All downloaded programs are still available through my office, but the designer Cloud App ihas suddenly removed himself and the PC does not recognize the shortcut. I have 10 Windows and Adobe has worked well up until now. Could someone help please?

I would go to the Windows Control Panel and uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud. Then run the CC cleaning tool, selecting only Adobe Creative cloud in the list. Restart your PC then download and install again.

My creative cloud was cancelled on 28/12/15.
I signed up for a 1 year subscription if you live in Thailand, but have since moved to the United States.
I have no idea why this is not defined more. Asked me to sign and pay again.

Teacher plans [access to the goods and storage issues Cloud]
The plans of teachers have access to the assets? I'm assuming that I would, but he always tells me to upgrade.
I also have 2 plans listed now, the plan of the teacher, in addition to a free plan. Both seem to be active.
I also had a ton of trouble getting a CC Office to sign this morning and had to go through the deletion process of folder in the forums to not reset not sure if that's part of the problem. He signed now, but now I don't have access to the brushes, etc.
My storage online in the app still shows 2GBl, which should be 20 GB. The Manager said 20 GB but does not follow the desktop application that makes me think its confused as to which plan I'm on now.
