Creative cloud and Master Collection CONFLICT.

I had first subscribed to Photoshop on the cloud, and then in the sale of Black Friday came I unsubscribed from that and subscribed to the full creative cloud for the same price. Then I had the Master Collection on disc, so I've cancelled your registration on the Cloud. In fact, I had to cancel the subscription twice because ADOBE VISSE upward for the first time. 1 1/2 hours on the phone EACH time. So now, I did know that Adobe has never actually cancelled my subscription, they just let it expire. Now that has happened to expire, I can't use my Master Collection! What is everything?

Most of the things that I had installed was off the Master Collection drive and not the creative cloud.

Someone at - it a North American phone number were I can communicate with someone who speaks clear English, which is not to send me to someone who passes me to someone else?

Here's the answer to this problem. You will have to do with each program that you have installed the Master collection.

  1. Launch the product.
  2. When the dialog box pops up saying the trial is finished, and then click on "software license".
  3. Then you connect using your Adobe ID
  4. Then enter your serial number.

    OK, figured this out. It was actually very simple. Turn off the Internet, and you get the opportunity to enter a serial number. Enter the serial number and then connected to the Internet to complete verification of SN and product registration. So simple and yet so far...

    I bought Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection a few years back and I only used it on the desktop. I just got a laptop and he is not a player to set records. I tried to download the rest of the adobe site, and it has failed. So I then put all my files adobe from my office on a flash drive and saved to my laptop.     About a year or two ago, I bought and installed the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection on my external 1 TB hard drive (since the hard drive was the largest). Unfortunately, the hard drive just died, which means that all the programs are gone. I am now trying to reinstall the suite internally on my computer, but it is not let me choose the directory. Everything else is fine; serial number works, my account works and it is not all errors. But when I get to the page"options", I'm stuck. I have check the possibility to install any programs, I choose the language, but where it says the directory, he still has my old hard drive directory. I tried to disconnect the external hard drive (just in case where he always read it), but he still has the directory chosen, and it is not any button for me to browse and change to another hard drive. I tried to install it anyway to see what would happen, but the installation fails and stops. I even tried to copy and paste the new directory in the space, but still nothing. Can anyone help? Also, I went to the control panel to see if the files were still there, but they were not.
