What I tried to do to solve the problem of:
1. uninstall the application of CC desktop by using the uninstall program: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
Reinstall the application Desktop CC: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html
2. I deleted opm.db
3. I deleted OOBE
4. I don't have app CS5 or 11 elements

The crew of support for Adobe has solved it for me.
If anyone else has this problem, try the following.
1 disconnect from creative cloud.
2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.
3. delete all the files in the following folders
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4 start creative cloud and connect.

2 set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
a. / Library/Application Support /.
(b) /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
3. restart the computer.
4. install the application Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Creative cloud for office)

I recently got the cloud creative adobe and so far I'm not impressed with her. The adobe installer will not download the creative application of cloud. It keeps freezing for a minute and gives me this error message.
And if you tell me that if I am on a managed network and I need to be wired connection to make it work, I am. I use a wired connection and my internet works perfectly. And I also tried disabling my firewall, antivirus software, basically everything what is perhaps perform the server. Still does not work... I tried everything and nothing works.
Got it to work, it seems that it is bitdefender, my anti virus program sends me questions. However, I disable the antivirus program trying to get the installer to work and I still get the error. So I just straight up to uninstall bitdefender on my pc and it seems to work perfectly. Hope this helps anyone who has the same problem I did.

Adobe Creative Cloud still does not
I was asking for help all day today with Adobe Creative Cloud. The software does not open on my comput r. I restarted my computer at least 5 times now. I even turned off for an hour and then tried again. I tried to uninstall it, and for some reason, it won't let me. It isn't working and I really need help to fix it. I can't get in touch with someone here, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Can someone please help me because I need this job.

I have windows 7 on a HP laptop and this is my first attempt to install it on this laptop. the same Setup program will run if a copy on another laptop.

My creative cloud office does not work - it shows no only an icon of loading applications.
The desktop icon CC usually highlighted in my Mac's menu bar is now turned off/no highlighted. When I click it, the drop down menu is blank, showing only a spinning loading icon. That this has something to do with having recently upgraded to Yosemite?

Here are the steps that you can follow.
1 change the location of installation using Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to preference > creative cloud > Apps and change the installation location.
2. delete the folder '%Temp%' and restart the process.
NOTE: Application is downloaded to the default location, we can only customize the installation location using creative cloud app in this case.

I have the one year subscription and I ran more money on my debit card. If adobe stopped the cloud creative until I put a new card debit that has money, but it still does not work? any ideas.
The CC has expired, please make a new purchase.
