  To my knowledge there are currently versions of Creative Suite CS6 products access only if you have a full subscription to cloud.  I don't know no/think they will offer access to all others.  If older versions become available as part of a subscription cloud so they would be downloaded through the cloud interface just as CS6 versions are now.

  Russellb48276717 you can find details on how to request an exchange of platform product for another language or version of Exchange platform .  As noted in Ned, you give up your Windows license in order to receive a license Mac CS6.  Creative Suite 6 licenses are platform specific.

  If you don't want to use Photoshop CS6 on Windows and Mac, then I recommend a creative cloud membership.  It includes access to Photoshop CS6, in addition to 2015.5 of CC of Photoshop, you can find details about how to install the previous versions to download and install creative Cloud applications.

I did some research and it seems that this is not a problem, but now I can't find the purchase I did a couple of years in my account more (there is nothing under the heading 'Products' or 'Order history' and I can't record with the serial code that 'she is registered' front) even if I downloaded it twice until I change my computer from time to time.   The serial number of your PC does not work for Mac. You need to do a swap of platform in order to use the software on your new computer, and the only Creative Suite fulfilling the conditions for this is CS6. If it is indeed CS6 you try to switch, you will need to Contact Adobe Customer Care via chat to request an Exchange. Make sure that you are connected to the Adobe ID associated with your Creative Suite before accessing the chat.   LachelleBryan I'm sorry you are facing difficulties to install Creative Suite 3.  I saw the serial number you provided in the case where 0218971788 and serial number is a serial number of volume for Creative Suite 3.3 Web Premium for Windows license.

  As serial number is a serial number of volume license there are no activation installed or limit activation to reach.  You will need to use the volume license installation files or you will receive an invalid serial number message.

  You can download the installation of license volume of https://licensing.adobe.com/files.  You will need access to the site with an account that was previously provided access to downloads.
