How can I disable Criteo? I tried to refuse, remove all cookies and always block cookies. Nothing works. Surely, there must be a way to get rid of it.

Then go to settings > Safari > clear the history and data from the Web site. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
