CS4 MC is not install on my computer to download
I tried to reinstall adobe CS4 Master Suite on El Capitan, using the installer to download from your site. After several tests and entering into my SS #. None of the applications appear. I've been chatting for hours with representatives and no one can solve this problem. Help, please
This is Premier Pro, but this is a story of CS3 requirements to cloud
http://helpx.Adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/system-requirements-Premiere-Pro.html
CS4 was written at the time met the requirements of the operating system, not for a future that could not be known
Microsoft does the same thing for their own programs AND operating systems
I used to use Microsoft Office 97, which ran perfectly on Windows XP
When I bought a new computer with Windows 7, Office 97 would not install... so I had to buy a new version of Microsoft Office
You would have thought that Microsoft would have done THEIR OWN program works with Win7... but they do not have
Wait so Adobe to update the old programs to work with a decision by Apple to make changes only will not happen

johncoxcpa,
Well looking at the log you've posted, I came across this article:
MSI (s) (2 c: D4) [22:29:29:073]: sequence number number for this installation system restore.
This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator.
c:\c17e5b6672c37d9f685b\Silverlight.msiSo it seems that if your system has a software restriction policy installs. You need to contact your IT Department. to learn about the changes to the policy will be to install Silverlight.

DVD decoder not installed?
I went to play a DVD on my computer this evening and received this msg: Windows Media Player cannot play the DVD because no compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer.
A few weeks ago, I played DVD on my computer. I would like to know what is happening. Any ideas/suggestions?I tried to play one of the same DVDs I played before... same message. Nothing to my knowledge has been removed from my computer and I'm the only one with access... "very confused.
Thanks if anyone can help.
Yes, and if you install the utility on your system, you'll see all decoders.
The utility will also tell you if a decoder is compatible or not.
Using Media Player version 10 or 11?
the utility tells me I have no decoder... the only thing I can think is that if I actually deleted it... I rarely remove anything because I do not add a lot... but it is possible a few weeks ago, I have to get rid of some things (I'm quite cautious because I'm not an expert). It is the Media Player version 11, I was trying to use... but I rebooted now 10 to see if there was something to update related that mess.
because I used the VLC Player successfully, I have not yet tried Windows Media Player (since WMP reloading and load the codec pack)
So great to have the entry of a person who knows what he's doing. Thanks again. I will try the Windows Media Player later and see if I have his use of return.
Have a great day!

I get this message when I try to play my DVD
Windows Media play cannot play your DVDs because no compatible decoder is not installed on your computer
You must purchase and install a few dvd playing software. It takes a codec to play DVDs that will come with this software like powerdvd, windvd. Once installed, you can then choose your Media Player for watching DVDs.

Update Service Pack 2 is not installed, now my computer will not boot
Hello. I recently tried to install the service pack 2 update on my computer. It did not installed. My computer is slow, so I tried restarting. It came with the screen that shows the updates are being installed. I kept the computer until it stops. When I turned it back on it would go to this same screen but with a message saying that the service pack was not installed correctly and that the computer is reverting changes. It will turn on / off power permanently. In an attempt to fix it, I managed to get in the log on screen and put in my password, but the minute I hit enter my computer started and closed the loop on endless. Anyone know what I can do?

I'm trying to import my email on a computer with Outlook to my new laptop with Vista Mail. When I select Import/Outlook, I get the following error message:
"Messages can be imported from the MAPI client. MAPI is not installed on this computer or an error occurred while initializing it. »
How to tell if MAPI (whatever it is) is installed on my new laptop HP Pavillion? If it is not installed where can I get it?
Thank you!!
Bart,
Outlook Express must be installed with Windows XP by default. If you go to Start, then all programs , it should be in the list. Let us know if you need assistance, but it should be there.
