  Please déconnexion of Creative cloud app and sign in again to see if that solves the problem, check the language after logging.

  Please download creative cloud own tool http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html and make sure that hearing is not listed, if yes please uninstall hearing.

  If still don't change the language then rename the folder OOBE in OOBE.old from the following locations:

  Windows: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

  &

  \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE name of C:\Users\[user]

  Mac: Macintosh HD > computer > library > Application support > Adobe > OOBE

  Launch creative cloud application and check.

  Only the Ultimate edition allows you to change the language after installation.

  You can change the language on Windows 7 Professional t, this is possible on Windows 7 Enterprise (volume license) and Windows 7 Ultimate edition.

  So if you want another language, buy Windows 7 Ultimate or be happy with the current language of Windows 7 Professional. ;)

  CS 5 you can install it on the latest version of Mac OS, its not otherwise impossible except scenario very very rare. But the official response is this old version apps are not tested against the latest Mac or no support is available for CS 5 Adobe assistance now.   You must save your Preferences folder - that is, if you're a Windows user

  C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Audition\8.0
