  We already installed creative cloud through Packager, but we're having difficulties of deployment of the exceptions by using the deployer of Exception.  We have disabled all the components of Adobe Air and now we are tring to install help from Adobe.    We have already taken a glance at the article here: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/using-exceptions-deployer.html.  But we will still not having much luck.  It comes in a Mac corporate environment.  Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated!

  Creating package under Mac, we get an option to disable the component of the Air during the creation of a package. Please uncheck this option then the exception will be empty and everything will be copied into the Build, you can deploy the software using the command line or double-clicking on the pkg:

  On Mac OS

  On Mac OS, if you have selected the option DISABLE the AIR COMPONENTS in PACKAGE screen set up package, AIR-based components are not installed with the regular package. Instead, they are copied to the folder of Exceptions, where you install them.

  If, however, on Mac OS, you have not selected the IN of DISABLE COMPONENTS of AIR PACKAGEoption in the screen set up the package, no component is copied to the folder of Exceptions

• Fireworks CS6 stuck to install 45%

  Using the creative cloud to Adobe to download and install Fireworks CS6, it gets stuck at 45% each time. Fireworks was originally installed and then I uninstalled it and failing to reinstall (4 times).

  Is there a way to completely uninstall the Fireworks CS6 manually or to determine why he won't get not past 45%?

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Uninstall Adobe CC (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)
  • Reboot the computer.
  • Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

  If mac, delete the contents of your tmp directory and try again.

  You can check in the activity monitor for process Adobe running Setup.exe, you can stop this process and then check.

  Otherwise, restart the computer in safe mode and try to install the software.

  I want to install adobe creative suite on my surface pro but my program is on 2 DVDs.   The surface pro isn't an installer from the dvd.   I tried to copy the files on the dvd on my other computer and transfer them to the pro surface; but it only allows me to start installation then invites me to insert the next dvd.

  Can I download Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection on the internet and then simply insert my license numbers there?

  Really appreciate some help here.    I was told when I bought this pro surface that I would be able to download Cs6 here.
