  I'm sorry Sylvia but you must make sure the default language for your operating system is set to French.   You must then remove and reinstall the Creative Suite 6.  Meanwhile, there is a chance that you could invalidate your trial period.  I would recommend that you continue to evaluate the software in English or that you install on a different computer with the default language set for the French.

  If you have purchased a package, then you should have instructions in the box on how to present your credentials. If you have purchased Adobe online, then you should have received instructions in an email. But here is a link that might help you. • CS6 was converted from the upgrade to a trial version, I bought.  What the hell is happening.

  I upgraded from CS5 to CS6 for my IMac.  I downloaded CS6 and my serial number and it worked fine for a few weeks.  Everything suddenly when I went in to use it said it was a trial version.  I had to register to use my CS6, I signed it and it worked but only as a Trial Version of CS6 extended. I don't want Extended CS6.  I deleted the demo version of CS6 extended my hard drive and once more downloaded my upgrade of the CS6 and put in my serial number and it worked fine for a few weeks. Today, once more, he tells me it is a trial version and does not load unless I register the trial version. What the hell is happening? It's crazy.  I just want to use CS6, for which I paid. Help!

  Its a bug that came with the last update. The developers know about it and it will fix as soon as they receive in return from Christmas holidays. Many of us (including some of the developers) suffer from the same problem.

  Creative Cloud membership will be available this Friday, May 11. You can register the trial CS6 install the products that are included in the composition of creative cloud without having to reinstall.

  From what I read in a forum message, newer than 10.7 Mac must subscribe in the cloud instead of buy CS6... and someone with Win10 must also subscribe to the cloud for CS6 is not compatible (meaning that the seller will ask you your operating system and not sell you CS6 if she does not work on your computer...   I have a Dreamweaver CS6 which was installed stand-alone version on my Mac (OS 10.10.1) for a couple of years now and has worked well. Last year, I joined the creative cloud and got a single subscription to Dreamweaver CC. A week hardly, after 1 year, I cancelled the subscription. I wanted to go back to my old Dreamweaver CS6, but when I launched DW CS6 it grew up the account manager and he wanted me to activate my subscription again. So, through a long process to Adobe customer service, I deleted the application manager. But when I went to the DW CS6 launch, he said that the account manager was missing and impossible to verify the serial number. Then I reinstalled the new account manager to have the same problem occur.  I need to reinstall an OLDER version of the account manager so that it does not have to register again for the subscription of the CC? Is it still possible? Bottom line: how to launch my old DW CS6 stand-alone version without running account manager problems?
