  Are you able to get into BIOS to make changes?

  If so, you can try to reset the default settings of the BIOS and check.

  Uninstall CS4 versions properly using the uninstall programs that come with them (aliases are in each of the directories of the apps).   Personally I backup the HARD drive and external SSD on another external drive and set it asside before doing anything.

  Depending on the size, (41.4 MB according to you), it is incomplete by many and of no use.
