CUAC 9.0.1.20
I installed CUAC 9.0 Premium Edition (standalone). CUCM 9.1 connection test is successful. I created a group of devices of queue with devices of CTI gateway, Service equipment and devices of Park. Whenever I sync with CUCM, it displays the following message in the SYNCHRONIZATION LOG: error code-206 the specified table (owneruserid) is not in the database. Any suggestions what can be wrong? Thank you
Hi Henry,.
Can you please try the following: in the model for the road of CTI Ports under protocol specific information please remove 'SUBSCRIBE calling search space' and synchronize again. This should take care of the issue.
Kind regards
Tere.
