• I have problems with of the Subvi after the use of customized device model

  I used to start my machine personalized customized device model and I got success in the deployment until I started to do more complicated the Subvi.   I am currently trying to convert low FPGA and high ticks to the duty cycle, but for some reason when I add it to the RT VI "Data read of HW" driver, it seems to cause a downtime... ideas? Is a circuit agree? I have added a time delay but I am still having problems. It is a device online, so I'm suspicious of it hogging resources, but am not sure.

  As a robotician I celebrate early and often (usually by a failure or two...), but it seems that the answer was to transform fundamentally the While loop for a loop with a count of 1 and then remove the additional elements to ensure that each shift register has that one and then right click on the shift registers and convert at the Feedback node...
  I was able to deploy to VeriStand as a custom device and it runs and calculates the factor of use with no problems. WOOHOO! Where - what is celebrate button!

  I have good news. I was able to reproduce, locate and bypass your problem.

  The problem is the following:

  works very well in JSF pages, but it does not work in JSF fragments (which are part of a glued TaskFlow, what is included in a page parent as a ) because ADF when executing a miscalculation of the value of of 'for' - attribute when it is part of a region BTF. For example, suppose that the has id = "it1" (as it is in your JSF fragment above) and this TaskFlow defined in included as a with id = "r1" in a parent page. Then the internal ID of the input text field will be 'r1:0:it1', but at runtime, the framework will set the value of 'for' - attribute to the 'r1:it1' (which is wrong) instead of "r1:0:it1" (which is the correct value).

  You can work around this bug by specifying:

  Instead of

  in your code above. In this way the framework will make up the correct value for the 'for' - attribute at run time and will not work correctly. Don't worry the caveat against a non-existent ID in the JDev source code editor.

  You must do this trick only in fragments JSF and you should not do in JSF pages.

• LiveCycle Designer ES2 - validation model and limited length: max tanks

  I am new to the use of LiveCycle Forms of design.  This seems like it should be a very simple thing, but I'm stuck on how to do it.

  I have a postal Code field.  It is located at Zip and Zip + 4 display and Validation of models.  The Validation model is text {99999} | text 999999999 {}.

  I have a script that stops at the entrance of alpha characters.  I also want to prevent users from entering more than 9 characters.  I think that the

  Length limit: Max tanks: feature would take care of that... but it's not.  I can't turn on the limit length because I get a warning that conflict

  with my boss.  Makes no sense for me because my boss has a maximum of 9 numbers and I want my length limit for a maximum of 9 characters.

  I know that I can use schema validation to provide an error message warning that indicates a user to enter the numbers 5 or 9, but why can't I've just stop them at 9?

  It does not always seem to work, you get just an annoying warning at design time.

  If you use a numeric field, then you might have the code in the change event to limit the length, and in this way they would be able to type alphanumeric characters either.

  When the TableColumn is created, the default headerValue is null
  So the header ends up rendered empty label (probably of size 0 if the JTable calculates its size of header based on the size of the default rendering tool).

  I have a problem in the construction of application that includes Report Generation Toolkit.

  So, I use Ms Office express.VI to report who has customized excel template path is defined in this VI

  The problem is when I build the application, the VI can't seem to connect to the path of the model of the target computer.

  Note: I added the dynamic model, NI_Excel.lvclass, _Excel VIs.vi, NI_Report Toolkit.lvlib generation for the project file and as always included.

  The application runs without error. but the Excel report is not generated.

  Any help is highly appreciated

  Validation, when I press the standard record button, works very well, but only for the last line clicked from the table.

  I'll answer by myself: for the validation of all rows with the lov, I had to add a new attribute to vo in the controller of the main page and then set the mode of myFormValueID to this created attribute attribute.

• Trouble FDMEE download of custom mapping model

  I am trying to create a classic download custom maps, similar to that used in "FDM", but can't seem to get FDMEE (updated 500) in order to treat it.  I can use the model as it is downloaded from FDMEE, but it's a complete mess.  I created a range named 'ups' exactly similar to the model downloaded "upsMAP" range... without success.  Anyone try this yet?

  I figured this out - the file must be at least of Excel 97 - 2003... My Excel was failing to Excel 95-97, and it was the cause of the failure.  Other than it's the same as classic... a new name of DataLoadRule column has been added.

  The answer to the question seems to be 'no', you cannot remove other validator entries as they are too configured in a faces configuration file - but not that of the application
