Damage irreparable battery

Hey, there's something wrong with my battery. I received an error message "irreparable damage" to my battery. It could take about 3 hours before this problem occurs. I tried the troubleshooting of lenovo and I found this:

http://www-307.IBM.com/PC/support/site.WSS/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-67765#APPLYCOUNTRY

I found that the battery FRU number is 92 p 1137, can someone tell me if I can still ask for a replacement?

Thanks in advance ^ ^

If your battery is less than a year then yes it is covered by the warranty of the standard battery. Otherwise, the program extended warranty has expired.

  • DAMAGE SMARTE BATTERY AND IPHONE BATTERY CASE

Don't damage case smart battery the battery of the iPhone because it's over it load when both are a load of 100%?

No, an iPhone or ANY device powered by batteries Apple, are increasingly unable to load. The devices themselves regulate their own charge cycles and will stop when the battery's load capacity. They can no longer charge, period.

ALL Apple products conform to the standards of SMART international lithium battery explicitly include the requirement that all these devices have built in protection fees.

When the battery of the iPhone itself is 100% he treats the case of battery even as it would any other external power source. Loading stops and the unit runs the external power source.  If the box is connected to a power adapter, then it stops too much load to 100% and must simply acts as a passage of connection for external power to the iPhone.

About two months ago, I brought my iPhone at the Apple Store for a cracked screen repair and replace the screen. Since then, the percentage of battery guard fluctuating and die at random to good percentages more than 50%.  I will be responsible for the repair costs or Apple application responsibility and replace the battery for free? I have an appointment for Monday. Thank you!

  • I often use my iPad when it is plugged in, after full load. Can thus damage the battery?

Leaving the iPad on the charger when it is fully recharged bypass the battery and that the iPad runs on an external source as most of the laptop? Or is the battery constantly being drained and charged at the same time?

I often play with my iPad 2 plugged Air (often after full load because I think the iPad is directly using the external power source) and I don't know if that night to the iPad or not.

No, there is no harm in using the iPad during the charge or leave fixed after the battery has reached 100%.

  • always using plugged my laptop will damage my battery?

If I always use my laptop connected and drain my battery once in 5-7 days, there will be no problem to my laptop battery?

    Hello

This kind of question existed for several years. All the smart charger and smart batteries now know how to keep good sahpe. Battery life depends on the number of charge cycles. No one can say concrete, because there are a few factors that can change. Please read the following articles.

  • XP is not start properly, important data files on the hard drive, location unknown such as e-mail addresses, individual emails and favorite links on Internet Explorer. The system is damaged irreparably, what is the solution?

I need ideas to solve this problem.

You can retrieve the data without being able to get into Windows. The methods described require a certain level of computer skills. You know yourself best, and if a better course of action would be to take the machine to a local professional with a good reputation instead. If you choose to do, do not use a type of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad of the place.

1 remove the drive and put it in a box of USB drive or use a USB adapter. Attach it to a computer that is running a working XP/Vista/Windows7 installation. Use the work of Windows Explorer to copy the data to the hard drive of the system to the rescue and burn data on cd or dvd, or copy it to an external hard drive. I prefer not to do it if I know the drive is infected because he has a chance to infect your host system. In these cases, I use #2 below.

    2. you can start the computer target with a Bart PE (XP only) or Linux Livecd such as Knoppix or Ubuntu and retrieve the data in this way. This has the additional advantage to tell you if the problems you are experiencing are hardware or software related because if the computer behaves perfectly in Linux, you know that Windows (software) is the culprit. Conversely, if the computer behaves badly under Linux, you will know that there is a hardware problem. This is general information on the use of Knoppix for the recovery of data when you do not have Windows:

You will need a computer with two cd records, one of which is an engraver of CD/DVD OR a USB thumb drive with enough capacity to contain your data OR an external USB hard drive. Download Knoppix .iso image file and create your bootable CD *. If you do this in a previous (XP or Vista) operating system, you will need the third burning like Nero, Roxio or free ImgBurn software (Windows 7 can burn .isos natively). Burn as an image, not in the form of data. Then boot with the CD that you created, and Knoppix will be able to see the files in Windows. If you use the USB key or an external hard disk, right-click on its icon (on the desktop) to get its properties and uncheck "read only". Then click on it to open it. Note that the mouse action by default in the window manager used by Knoppix (KDE) is a simple click to open instead of double-click traditional MS Windows. If you want to burn CD/DVDs, use the K3b program.

    * If your computer has only an optical drive and you want to use this drive to burn data or need to test drive, you can create a USB bootable Linux instead of a bootable CD. This site will show you how to do it- http://www.pendrivelinux.com

  • If I use my iPad Air plug the charger to recharge my iPhone 5 s it would damage my iPhone battery? Thank you in advance.

  • It doesn't damage the laptop if I always use alternating current with battery on?

I have a laptop G7-2017 us and always use whith the power supply, I never move office. I noticed that the battery is exhausted even if voltage AC. Does it damage the battery if I use it always with the ca, the battery must be removed and stored?

    # This is not normal.

There are circuits on the motherboard of the laptop computer that monitors battery voltage and it recharges when it goes below a certain amount. If you disconnect the power adapter and plug it in then it starts charging the battery?

Have you ever run the test of the battery which is available in the HP Support Assistant? It's a good idea to do this every four months or more. So it can be used in mobile mode, she was supposed to have, that will keep your battery in good condition.

    Best regards

  • If the battery is fully charged charge can it continue to be plugged?

Maybe the battery can be damaged if she continue to be plugged to the charger unit once it has been fully charged?

No, it will not damage the battery.

You can reload at any time, for any period of time.

You can use the computer while loading.

Don't deplete the battery at a low level.

  • That's why my macbook pro battery drains much more quickly than in the past?

The life of the battery of my (end 2013) 13 "MacBook Pro (OS 10.10.5) decreased a lot, very quickly, in the past months. There are 390/100 amount remaining fresh and the State of the battery is 'normal '. I do not leave the appliance plugged, "over" charge for long periods of time. I drained the battery fully before recharging for a full charge. Although wifi is usually left on; Bluetooth is usually disabled. I am running the same programs I ran for years.

Meanwhile, the battery for this machine seems to have declined precipitously.

I hope that others can offer advice on how to evaluate what is happening and what (if any) can do to improve the life of the battery.

I drained the battery fully before recharging for a full charge

This isn't a recommended service action. It can damage the battery if done repeatedly. I charge when mine gets below 20%.

You can't damage the battery by leaving the charger plugged in for long periods. There is overload protection very intelligent integrated in the battery and power on the computer systems.
