No help available for this work again? Is it me or is this YouTube and Daily Show?

    Thank you

Hey, as a wild stab in the dark, I just turned off parental control on my ESET security... and it worked!

My wife told me last night that she had allowed parental filtering after a wandering search for the play "Wicked" have given some shocking results. I noticed it in time, but because I knew that Firefox has been requiring a Java Update for a security issue that I had already updated that and assumed my problems were related to the required updates. Then when I couldn't update Flash with my installation problems

(see http://forums.adobe.com/message/4329108#4329108) I really thought that I had some weird Flash problem.

Then when I finally you (Pat) me has helped, I had reinstalled, Flash makes this thread and went to bed.

Now, it seems that it was simple security questioned. So very weird symptoms. I would have never thought of him if my wife had not mentioned last night. So bad I didn't just try it right away.

Thanks for the help, it looks like I'm clear now!

  • Adobe Flash Player installed, but the content does not work

Adobe Flash Player works once I install it, but then evenually he stops working. I tried many methods of support, including downloading the tool from Microsoft to fix permission errors. I use Windows Vista Home Premium and the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

Somewhere, I noticed that there is an old thread like this with someone who has the same problem. I knew someone who responded showed a screenshot of what the permissions for the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT should look like. Interestingly, they don't seem to match.

    Here's the screenshot: http://img508.imageshack.us/img508/9738/testrj8.jpg

Please help me solve this problem. Without Adobe Flash Player, I can't do many things, like watching videos on YouTube.

I solved the problem, thanks to this post:

  • I have download the Adobe Flash Player application, but it does not work. I already loaded the plugin update.

I followed the instructions of the forum. I uninstalled Flash Player. I installed the latest plugin. When I THROW the installation of Flash Player application, I get the installation of Adobe box, but it is empty. I let it sit long (more than 30 minutes) and is not doing anything. When I close the box, Windows Explorer opens and looks like he's on the Adobe website, but there is nothing displayed in the display area.

  • Firefox said I have Adobe Flash Player v11, but Adobe (and Internet Explorer) I have v16. How to solve this problem?

According to the Firefox Add-ons Manager and the page control plug-in, I use the 11.6.602.180 Shockwave Flash version, so I went to the Adobe site to download the latest version (16.0.0.296). Adobe says that I already use the most recent version; the fact the Manager of Add-ons in Internet Explorer. What should I do?

You can uninstall versions of Flash player current and (re) install the latest version of Flash.

See this on uninstalling Flash drives:

Note that this will remove all installed Flash drives.

You can find the latest versions of Flash player for Firefox on this page:

  • completed the download of Adobe Flash Player 11, but does not work

I have downloadred flashplayer 11 to the point where it says that it is comprehensive, but it does not work because it wants me to download it again when I want to use it.  While downloading, he asks me to sutdown internet explore what I do and he tells them that it is complete.  What do I do?

You use the 64-bit version of Win7? If so, the problem I got was the error Flash not supported for 64-bit web browsers.  My Win7 Pro came with an IE 64-bit and a 32 bit IE. Flash works fine in the 32-bit version.  Open your IE8 and in the toolbar select Help and is about to see what version you use.  You can pin a link of the 32-bit version of your taskbar.

  • Adobe Flash Player works only with firefox

I downloaded the latest adobe flash player plugin, but it does not work with Firefox. It works on Internet Explorer.

All of these problems come from the fact that Vista and Windows 7 64-bit operating systems. Internet Explorer is also 64-bit but Firefox is unfortunately not 64-bit compatible and cannot use 32-bit plug-ins.

When upgrading Flash, it will look at your system and select the 64 bit version. This says it contains a 32 bit version as well, but this does not seem to work on version 11x64_mssa_aih. It will work fine on all programs except firefox.
To make sure you have a working version on Firefox you will need to search the Flash support site for 11x32_mssa_aih which is the 32 bit upgrade package.
Until Flash fixes their version 11 package, or Firefox supports 64 bit plug-ins, you will need to run both a 32 bit and a 64 bit Flash player.

  • Adobe Flash Player PEPPER and not Adobe Flash Player

I use Windows 8 and Google Chrome.

    I noticed I have Adobe Flash Player, but only ' C:-Program Files (x 86)------Google-Chrome------Application------46.0.2490.80------pepper Flash------pepflashplayer.dll.

I know that I have several times of Adobe Flash Player installed but only this version.

I also already uninstalled Chrome, but nothing helped. So, there are only.

Would appreciate a good answer and sorry for my bad English.

Flash Player is a built-in component of Chrome.  There is nothing separate to install.

I'm pretty new on a Macintosh and it tells me to update Adobe Flash Player.  I get to the point where I get a box called the Adobe Flash Player installer, but the box is all black and nothing happens.  I disabled the antivirus and understand that I have to disable my Safari also?  But I don't know how to do this.  Could be the problem?  If Yes, could someone please tell me in simple language how to proceed?  If this is not the case, what could be the problem?  I appreciate your help.

  • First elements Shared Technologies DW020 Adobe Flash Player 10 error 11 plug missing.

I'm unable to complete installation of Adobe Premiere elements 11 on my Windows7 Pro 64 bit system.  When the installation process gets shared Technologies installation I get an error message "the installation process has encountered an error during the installation of the shared Technologies.  If please restart your system and try again. "Restart the system gives the same result.  Download assistant program identifies two errors: DW050 - Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX: failed to install and DW020: Adobe Flash CS5.5 depends on Adobe Flash Player 10 plugin must be installed.

My system currently has Adobe Flash player 11.7.700.224 installed.  I can find a download of Adobe Flash Player 10 but where do I put it?  What do I need to uninstall Adobe Flash Player 11.7... ?  Is there another solution?

This installation issue seems to be resolved.  I uninstalled all Adobe programs, but still could not go beyond the question of the sharing of technology.  Then I went to C: / / Program Files (x 86) /Common Files/Adobe/and remove all recent folders & files.  It seemed to do.  The first 11 elements and Photoshop Elements complete the installation.  Now to find how to force Windows7 64-bit to run these programs in simulation of 32-bit mode.
