Default action on favorite hotline & Widgets

Does anyone know how to configure the default action on the hotline and the favorite contacts widget? Whenever I hit it I must choose between calls, SMS, email, mapping and choose the number.

It really defeats the purpose of having direct access if you have to always watch tand choose instead of going forward and get executed action.

Motorola Atrix HD on Ice Cream Sandwich.

@Chamchuyo,

I think you are talking about a different thing then AlphaDog. You're talking about the specific Motorola widget has 4 favorite contacts (and is expandable to several), while AlphaDog speaks of universal ICS 'Direct line' widget. Find the tab widget and drag it to one of your home screens. When you place it, it prompts you to choose a number. If you need a dial with a single click to your wife, I think it is the way to go.

    You can use the widget with direct line. It's very pretty, and I don't think they overlap to some extent, although it is not a link to your Contact Favorites automatically.

  • I want to set the default action for a file type.

    When I installed a photo editor the default action has changed from ""Preview " to 'Open'."  I want to return to "Preview".  Someone at - he had success with this?

    You can try your idea as an experimental, if you don't do that you export .jpg any key for simple restoration (import) in the registry.  Or create a restore point from the system to use.  Don't forget that my machine isn't your machine, so he could have probably NOT the goal in all cases.

    Have a look at the default programs in Control Panel.  Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set default programs.

    See which by default is actually set to "Windows Photo Viewer.  Click on the words "Windows Photo Viewer", then "choose default program".   Whatever file types you set as the default value for "Windows Photo Viewer" should give you the option to preview "BOLD" as the first and default option on right click for this particular file type.

    Then, you should probably use the Edit option to open a file for editing if you wanted to not just previsualisez?

  • Default action of gravity?

    Is it possible to set a default action of gravity such as "newspaper" all high severity signatures?

    Is it possible to have notifications by e-mail without buying Ciscoworks?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Nicolas,.

    There is no default action as such any signature, in addition to the fact that all medium and high severity signatures will trigger an event to be logged in Event Viewer.

    If you refer to the "IP Log" action, then it must be manually setup for signatures that you want to use.

    IP is used for forensic purposes and it is very very talkative, he can easily overwhelm the event viewer if they are not properly addressed.

    You use IDSMC, you can select all high severity signatures and in one set all these to any action you want. Don't have to enter each signature and to do.

    Email notification is a feature that only comes with IDSMC/Security Monitor.

    Thank you

  • Can you direct me to a link or tell me what each of the default Actions of Photoshop CS6 don't?

    Can you direct me to a link or tell me what each of the default Actions of Photoshop CS6 don't?

    Here is the Actions.pdf of photoshop 6 that briefly explains what did all the actions that ship with photoshop 6.

    Many of them are always the same in photoshop cs6, but of course there was some added or changed since photoshop 6

    It's a zip file, so just chill out to see the Actions.pdf on the inside.

  • Infra 8: How do you change default action on escaped nice shape?

    Hello

    How can I change the default action on the appeal form close? Our users want the action of 'OK' to happen when they press ENTER after entering their a liner. At the present time, the action of 'Back to main' occurs.

    Thank you very much

    Hello

    I guess the problem is that the (form) page contains several buttons to type = 'submit '.

    This kind of button should be rules default html (active by pressing the Enter key).

    But I think you can get around by some script as additional event added to your text box (for example a linear):

    InCallClose.htm:

    onkeypress = "z_OnEnterClickOkButton (); » >

    InCallClose.js (bottom):

    function z_OnEnterClickOkButton()

    {

    If (event.keyCode is 13)
    {
    event.cancelBubble = true;
    event.returnValue = false;
    document.all.BTN_OK.click ();

    }

    }

    Sorry I didn't test it, but I hope you can do it as well.

  • Remove the default actions

    Is it possible to not have a slew of default actions during start-up in CS5? I see only one of the options in the menu dropdown is Delete, but I don't necessarily want to delete them forever, but not load automatically.

    Thank you

    David

    The file will still exist on the disk.  So just delete the actions you don't use the current set, then reload them as needed.

    BTW - the default values are not this set a lot, so most probably you have loaded actions of your choice and do not them removed the current.

  • The default Actions disappeared... impossible to restore...

    For some weird reason, my default actions disappeared.

    I note the advice to restore the default by selecting reset from the menu actions shares... uh... but I can't seem to locate where do you that?

    My menu actions panel contains nothing about restoring the default actions?

    Click on the little icon with the triangle and 4 lines at the upper right of the Actions Panel.  This gives you a menu with all sorts of goodies in there.

  • How can I change the default action of the folder Explorer 'explorer' when a cd/dvd drive is selected.

    For some reason, the default value is "install or run. I found this in the registry, but can't make any sense of the entries accompanying.

    Now, I understand what you want to do and I think also it can be done with changes to the registry, but I have no idea of what they are (and can find no references or articles about it).

    One thing you could do would be to go to start / Control Panel / Default programs / change AutoPlay settings / set autoplay on (yes I know you turned it off) and change ALL the options to "open folder to view files using Windows Explorer".  While happen automatically every time that you have inserted a CD - making it an automatic default (instead of a manual using the context menu).  I don't think that would change the option in the context menu by default or the default when action a double-click on the CD in Windows Explorer, but it can get you closer to what you want to be the case.

    I would suggest repost you your request in the Technet Forums: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itprovistasetup/threads where they are a little more technical nature that we are here and that you know the registry tweak to achieve your goals.

    I hope this helps.

    ButtonField myButtonField = new ButtonField ("Test button");
    Add (myButtonField);
    myButtonField.setChangeListener (listener);

    But when I click on the button shows a list of 3-point default choice. How can I disbale this list?

    Thank you.

    Something like that...

    ButtonField myButtonField = new ButtonField (button "Test", ButtonField.CONSUME_CLICK);
