Delete - signed on a signed Document

Each time, I sign a document, then go to save it, it still bears the name of the document with "-signed" the end of it.  Is there a way to always remove the '-signed "Add?

No, it's an immutable default - some people even remove one signed after printing. You can manually change the registration as a name.

    Hello

Customers can request a data retention policy is set to EchoSign account. Once the data retention is configured, the service automatically removes agreements that have reached their terminal State (signed, canceled, expired) accounts receivable. A change of Document retention contract must be signed by the customer until changes are made.

  • Combining signed documents without losing the signatures.

I need to combine the signed documents and receive an error message that says that I'll lose my signatures if I continue.  He also said to go into the settings and choose the PDF portfolio.  However I don't see 'settings' anywhere in my interface.  Any suggestions?

The "Signature" on a PDF file applies to the whole of this file has not changed since the application of the signature. Insert an another signed PDF adds new pages for the PDF so the signature must indicate this change.

With Acrobat, there is an option under "file => create-online Portfolio PDF" which can walk one through the creation of a portfolio containing each individually sighed PDF as separate files for signed files remain as individual files as on a hard drive

  • Recovery of signed Documents

How can I retrieve a document signed way back last year? How do I access it?

    Hi CLSherrod,

You will find the document signed in the category of "Signed" on your Adobe sign account management page.

You can also locate the copy completed and signed the document of your email account, because once the document is signed a copy of the signed document is thin on the enamel.

  • A signed Document editing

I just download Acrobat Pro. Everything I tried to edit tells me it's already signed and cannot be changed. This isn't the case and I would like to know if there is a way to edit PDF files, I've already created? I have not signed anything because I just downloaded PRO today and it was not a free option.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Thank you!!

    Hi Mandy,.

Most likely the document you are trying to edit is a signed document. Click on the left panel

And click on signatures, if the document is signed you will not be able to change.

To change a document signed, you can check this link: How to edit a PDF signed (PDF Edit)

  • 'Historical document' on all my signed documents.

Due to a computer crash I had to reinstall E-Sign and now all the documents referring to me after that his signature has a page of "document history." It would be nice if I could extract this page and save it for myself, but I send these forms signed to a third party and do not want to send them the history of the document. Once a doc is signed, you cannot change, so how do I keep this page of history that is attached to my signed document?

    Thank you!

    Diane

    Hello Diane,.

Instead of download them e-mail, you can also connect to your E-Sign account and download them from the tab manage and they won't Audit reports attached to it.

If you have business plan level, you can turn them off in email as well by going to the tab account-> account settings and uncheck the box "audit reports to attach it to a PDF signed".

  • To disable the account so they can sign documents even if they do not need to send or create them

I run into issues with account management for our groups. There are several accounts that have been created where users decide that they do not really need to create documents, but they still need the ability to sign documents that other users create and send their.

The problem that I am running is that as soon as I disable the user account, they are no longer able to sign a document that is sent to them. Instead, they are being asked to login to their account EchoSign, even if it has been disabled.

This attitude is contrary to the understanding that there is no need an account only to sign a document that is sent to their email address. We do have enough licenses to simply allow the accounts to remain active when the user does not intend to use them to send documents.

It seems I'm missing something very basic, because obviously, it should be simple enough to change a users permissions to be able to create documents that he is just able to sign documents they receive. Please lend me any advice you may have on this.

    Hello d0Ryan,

By default, a signatory didn't need an E-Sign account to sign documents electronically. That being said, if a signer is not an account, then it should be active as inactive accounts cannot provide signatures. In your scenario, if you wish, we can remove users from your account and can convert them to release level so that they have the possibility of esign documents and still does not license paid into your account.

If this suites you, so please inbox me your EchoSign registered email address, with users who are involved.

  • In trouble!  Unable to save my digitally signed document.

    Hello

I asked this question before but I did not get a solution.

I need to sign documents, save them, and then send by e-mail. I wasn't able to do my job for two days and I'm very worried.

I'm on windows 10 and I have installed Adobe Reader DC.

I activate this function without problem with the latest version of Adobe.

Please someone help me. Seriously, I could lose my job and I have exhausted all my options in terms of trying to get a solution.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello

Please check if the PDF file is drive extended or not, otherwise, you will need to get the extended PDF file reader using the Acrobat application to activate the extended rights so that you are able to save the signed PDF.

Let me know if its useful.
