  It has nothing to do with any browser you use. I tried this in Win 7 & Win 8 so it doesn't matter because you are in your e-mail account and that's where you want to be.

  Move your mouse to the email you forward and left click. This will give you the location of the blinking cursor and when you click the previous button will erase the info you want to delete. To continue to remove each line, you must position your cursor on the blank line below or next to the info you want to delete.
  Now, I hope that you get not confused because some people refer to the pointed arrow as cursor that is NOT. The cursor is the flashing vertical line that everyone sees and uses to enter and write text.

  First check to see if the document contains multiple pages and does, delete the last page.

  You could create a flash with a transparent background animation and place it in a div tag where the div position = 'absolute' and make the strech on the whole screen flash. There are two threads in saying this forum how filling the whole browser. So, you will get the expected results.

  Two years ago I was confused by the same behaviour, so I investigated the problem to come finally to the conclusion that everything has been very well and in accordance with the documentation.

  PS Entry and selection components have different behavior PPR of components of the control. You can see from the second article above all entry and selection components are roots of event (unlike the components of control!)
