Deleted files no longer go to the Recycle Bin. Windows asks if I want to permanently delete the files.

Very strange situation with trash.

Today it suddenly stopped, sending items, except those on the desktop into the trash and ask you if I'm sure I want to permanently delete the selected file. Do NOT for the files on the desktop, instead of this request if I don't know I want to recycle them.

Recycle Bin settings are set to recycle, don't jump no trash and distribution, is set at 10 Gig of memory and bin is practically empty, if the space is not a problem. From this today and can not fix.

Help, please.
