Deletion of a page template

This topic has been published and responded in support of apple community. However, as I followed the instructions... HD, users, your Acct, library, Application support, iWork... here! That's where I hung up. I don't have the option of "iWork" in my application support folder. I have these choices only: Adobe, iWeb, and iDvd. So now I'm stuck. Please help me navigate my way through this! THX.

She begins by telling us which specific version of Pages you use. It is located in the application menu Pages: pages. According to this information, the next step to remove a model can be satisfied.

Deleting a custom pages ' 09 template approach is more complex.

If you are using any release of v5 Pages, then all you have to do is say pages to create a new document, and once the model selector is present, you select the my templates category, find the template you want to delete and then Ctrl-click on this model and choose Remove in the rollout.

  • Placement of body of page template

    Hello

    I use Apex 4.2.4 a 11.g database.

    I have an Apex report page which links to a form. When the form of Treaty, it redirects to the report page (26). The report page is a region that uses the model: "area reports. Of success and failure messages are passed from the form page return to Page 26 of the report, but messages were not always display. I was previously using a Point of view of the Template of the Page area Position '1', which has left, justified, but it covered the messages of success and failures. After looking at the representative schema produced by the flashlight next to the area / field view Point, I realized that "Position in the area of Page Template 1" wasn't in the body and exceeded messages of success. Therefore, I tried a few options to resolve this problem:

    I changed the point of the screen on the model Page of body (2). The diagram of the flashlight indicates that it is in the body and not in the header and displays the messages of success over the report, which is excellent, but it puts an empty column about 100 px wide to the left of the report.

    I changed the point of the display at the Position of the template Page (2) region. The diagram of the flashlight has indicated that it was in the body as well and left-justified. He published the failure messages and the success of the form correctly. The problem is that this point on the screen makes the report than about 100 px wide.

    How can I put this page / region so that my success messages from the display of the form properly on the page of the report and also have a report that takes the entire width of the page, framed on the left? Also, a scroll bar at the bottom would be useful for wide report pages.

    Thanks a lot for watching this.

  • How to use the pageDef of the Page template file.

    Hello

    JDev Version 11.1.2.3.0.

    I have an app with the pageTemplate file that is used on all pages. I added a taskflow bounded to the page template. To use this bounded taskflow, I need to have in the file pageDef the taskflow definition:

    "< taskFlow id ="languageBTF2"taskFlowId="/facets/language/languageBTF.xml#languageBTF ' activation 'deferred = '.

                  xmlns=" http://xmlns.Oracle.com/ADF/controller/binding "/ > "

    However this was automatically added in the model pageDef file. If I want to use it in all of my pages, I need to add it to all their files pageDef manually, because the #{bindings} resolves to the pageDef of the current page and not the model page.

    Kind regards

    Pamela

    If you add the template, you must update all the linking pages to access the model pageDef pageDef. You can try this:

    1 - Open one of you request page (.jspx) and go to the pageDef, this page, and in the executable section add this as:

    in the path to write the path of the file for pageDef model.

    2 - Open the .jspx page and in the pageTemplate add this value = "#{bindings.ptb1}" as "

    3 - Repeat these 2 steps for all pages.

  • Metacontainer on the webcenter page templates

    Is it possible to include the container meta on a webcenter portal page template?

    I was looking at this subject, but so far, the only way to include the meta on the head element tags is to add the facet of container for metadata about the page inside the af:document tag styles:

    <af:document title="#{pageDocBean.title}" id="docrt">
             <f:facet name="metaContainer">
                <af:group id="metaContainer">
                   <trh:meta name="viewport"
                             content="#{'initial-scale = 1.0,maximum-scale = 1.0'}"/>
                   <trh:meta name="keywords"
                             content="#{navigationContext.defaultNavigationModel.currentSelection.attributes['Subject']}"/>
                   <trh:meta name="og:url" content="#{urlNavigation}"/>
                   <trh:meta name="og:type" content="website"/>
                   <trh:meta name="og:description" content="#{pageDocBean.desc}"/>
                   <trh:meta name="og:title"
                             content="#{urlNavigation}"/>
                   <trh:meta name="og:image"
                             content="#{serverUrl}#{'/ShowProperty?nodeId=%2F'}#{documentsService.defaultConnectionName}#{'%2F'}#{bindings.ImagenBannerHeaderID}#{'%2F%2FidcPrimaryFile&revision=latestreleased'}"/>
                </af:group>
             </f:facet>

    Doing this works for newly created pages, but for the old pages, the only way to add metadata container is to change them one by one and add extract metacontainer.

    is it possible to add the metadata on the page templates container, so that the generated HTML code includes on <>head meta tags < / head > section? It mainly enter the keywords of Search Engine Optimization, which gets only recognized on the < head > element.

    Hello

    As mentioned that your condition is to add a key word, in this case you will have to add it into each page. model of page is applicable to each portal pages, so in this case, your goal is not resolved. Same case in the style of the page.

    Therefore, add the keyword individually to each source of the page.

    Thank you

  • Page template region posts

    Hey,.

    I wonder if it is possible to add items to the region when you edit a page template? The theme that I have only 8 posts in the region, and I would like to have more.

    I don't know where I have to create the string substitution for this position in the region. I tried to add a simple substitution string to know #REGION_POSITION_XX # then tried to add to the page template, but that has not worked and it should appear as text.

    I need to create a new model? Or can I just add a new position in the region to an existing model?

    You can add positions extra region to the page template. They are strings of built-in substitution APEX and limited to only 8.

    But, Yes, you can copy/create a new template and arrange them as you want in the HTML markup.

  • How to copy from one Application to another custom Page template

    Hello

    12.1.3 Jdev

    How can I copy a created exculpatory to one application to another?

    I don't want to create the existing application as a jar and add a library to the following. I want to copy an existing template and begin to change in the next request.

    See you soon

    AJ

    Each application that uses the model page, have the file called pagetemplate - metadata.xml, which is basically a repository of page template.

    When you create a page template, some entries are added to this file automatically for you.

    That's why I said lets you create a new model.

    Well, next to the source code of the template page, if the original model have pageDef, you need this pageDef too, so do the same - create Def page for your new template and just copy - paste the contents of the original.

  • Possible to have shared SelectList in the Page template?

    Hi all

    I have a simple question about "what I am missing?

    We want to add a dropdown "Select job number" to each page. The drop-down list is based on a database query.

    All the work is done, but I have a problem.

    We are creating a SELECTLIST element on each page!

    We use a < div > shared region in the Page template.

    We use a javascript in the Page template code.

    We use a common OracleSQLPackage for the entire treatment.

    We use a shared item in demand for the job number.

    But on each page, we have controls on the page P185_SELECTLIST, P186_SELECTLIST, P187_SELECTLIST, P188_SELECTLIST, P189_SELECTLIST... and the problem will only get worse.

    How do we code the drop-down list in the page template?

    Is it by creating the shared list?

    You do not have. Add a global page to the application and create the item selection list it. Dynamic measurements can also appear on the overall page to implement the behaviors associated with the element. Conditions can be used to control the pages of the element and the DAs are displayed on.

  • How to create the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC page template?

    I'm looking to duplicate a dynamic page based on the value of a text box. For example if the text box has the number 3 as a value, there will be 3 copies of this page. I suppose that this would be using page templates, but I can't find a way to create them in Adobe Acrobat Pro ms. If this is not possible, is there another way to achieve what I want?

    It's hidden: Tools > organize Pages > more (drop down menu) > Page templates

    In the future if you have trouble finding something, select Tools and in the search box, type what you are looking for and he should be among the results.

  • CSS selectors for Page templates (theme)

    Good day to you all:

    I used to change the page of an old application template by placing the following CSS selectors in the page template:

    .t4ReportsRegion .t4RegionBody {background-image: url(#WORKSPACE_IMAGES#honey.png) ;}}

    You can identify the selectors required either by looking at the definitions of page templates and the region you use (Home > Application Builder > Application > shared components > models), or use a browser with a web inspector to display the source of the component when the application runs.

    JDeveloper 11.1.2.4.0

    We have a jar of page templates (2 models) and a company logo (png file) that is added to all of our ADF applications ViewController project. Models include an active image that references the logo. I've updated the JAR file to include a third model of the page and update the company logo image file.

    Changes work properly when you add the POT to a new application:

    Create a new application.

    Add the JAR of update for ViewController project.

    Create the view in the workflow (all three models are available: selected new model)

    Run the built-in page Weblogic Server.

    Page appears in the browser and the new logo is displayed.

    When you try to add changes to an existing application, the new model is available, but the logo is not updated:

    Open an existing application.

    Updating of the library of the ADF in the ViewController project

    Creates a new view in the workflow (all three models are available: selected new model)

    Run the built-in page Weblogic Server.

    Page appears in the browser and the old logo is displayed.

  • Cannot change a jsf page in a WYSWYG way when you use a page template

    However, when I create a jsf page based on a page template, so I can't edit the items in the jsf page in a WYSWYG way, it means that I drag - move interface components panel user components in the window of the Application of the Structure, or directly modify the jsf page source file - then I get bored of the above characteristic of Jdev.

    The problem may be with the CSS, are you sure that the change is correct?

    A best practice would be to put your customizations in your own CSS file and include it in your model under 'Cascading Stylesheet'-> file URL.
