  I have Photoshop CS5 and other Adobe software.  Works on a Lion-iMac and Macbook Lion.  The older two of less than 1 year.

  What I'm doing:

  My group has a trailer V-nose closed and we want to have our logo image (no text) placed on the side as well as the v nose

  I want to impose the images on the trailer, so that we have an idea of how it will look. NOTE: my logo images are jpeg

  I have a image jpeg of the trailer (see below) which shows the side and the v-nose but don't know where to start so I can get the image there with the appropriate dimensions, etc.

  Is this possible?  Where should I start?  Can you point me to a tutorial video?

  A starting point would be to stick the logo on the tralier image. It will become a new layer. Then click on CMD - T in order to transform this layer. Drag the corner handles to match the perspective of the trailer.

  There are more advanced ways to do it with the function "grid perspective."

• HP Pavilion p6754y Desktop PC of new graphics cards and after custom computer installation starts.

  I tried installing Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS hardware. If the hardware is installed, the computer lights. Start button / stop does nothing inside of the activity is a light on the motherboard. also on the back of the power supply light when plugged in for the first time but stops after you press the power button / stop. on the motherboard remains lit. but it's the only activity. also computer work very well after the removal of material. Maybe it's a bad graphics card or insufficient PSU? I also tried to install the Nvidia drivers, but they moved it not unless the equipment is installed. Help, please.

  For the graphics (GPU) card you want, I recommend at least 350W because the GPU will draw 71W according to nVidia (http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_8400_Gs_faq.html).

  I don't know if the content of files is empty or if files have been renamed.  I ran the Windows Fixit but still no Admin Tools and Recycle bin is not fair. I have no idea of what all is not good. I can't defragment because there is nothing in the system folder. I can't restore it.

  Not a dummy either computer but not a tech genius.  I have the software OS but try to avoid it if possible. Do not know how it got in its current state...

• I need to create a number of documents, but don't know where to start

  I'm working to create documents. These documents have a template of game including space of text and images. These images and the text will change regularly, and sometimes I have to juggle them around.
  IE 4 photos corresponding to up to 4 pieces of text on a single page. I get told that I need to insert a new image at the top. That's why I need to go down a level of each item.

  At the minute I have this in Word, its ok just a lot of time with sizing images, text boxes and move a group of items at once may cause problems.

  Is there an advantage to use indesign for this process or another piece of software that would be better.

  Watch 'Remove a person from the background with masking', but there are other tutorials that will describe the process for you.

  [EDIT]  I should have mentioned that want to save with a transparent background, then after removing the BG, save as a GIFF or PNG.  Note you will need to see the grid located behind the object and non-white, to do this.

• Don't know where to start but new to Flash

  G ' Day.  I hope someone can give me a direction a little bit because this is the first time I tried the / the design of the program in Flash.

  I use CS4.

  I was asked to change our website and flash components that accompany it, by June 01. I can't locate the original programmer/developer that created that I have taken on this project myself.   Unfortunately, I even if I was almost finished and ran to a small snag.

  For starters, the flash was made about 6 years old at the time of Flash 6.  I was able to import 80% of the library/step but for some strange reason, that the remaining 20% of the flash animation is not important.  No error messages or blank symbol.  It's just not there.

  Then I will try to recreate it.  I was able to modify all aspects of the .swf to match our new look, but now I have to re-create this part and have no idea.  I just started to play with the shape tween and other aspects, but nothing helped.

  I am creating a few last regions where, due to lack of appropriate terminology, the animation stops, morphs of line dotted in a square and the pictures begin to fill the place.

  And to add additional complexity to my problem the dotted line becomes animated to give the impression that it is speeding up by morphing between this dotted line speeding and space is to take each of the (square) dash and combining them to create large square (er) a.

  I was looking for clues in google on how to achieve this, or what it's called, but have not been able to find anything.  I also bought 5 books flash, which one on ActionScript 3.0 but can't find it altogether.

• Don't know where to start (Dreamweaver/Flash)

  I need to update my site and decided to do the majority of it Flash.  But I see that Dreamweaver is supposed to be what I build the Foundation of the site with.

  I am new to the CS4 Suite (Design Premium) and know enough to keep the site, I inherited but have not started from scratch.  In the past I have normally coded sites by hand but got my car to speed on Illustrator, Photoshop and Flash enough to do what I have to do with the current site, but I need to learn more.  As the creation of the CSSs.

  So I guess that where I'm going with this post is that I have a few questions that should be broken out in various positions:

  (1) a) if my main page will be intensive Flash should I start in Dreamweaver or Flash and how I integrate that into Dreamweaver?

  (b) in Dreamweaver, is there a way to code the new site for an automatic sizing based on the screen resolution?  Is there a technical term for this?

  (2) what are some good non-debutant resources where a beginner can jump first in the head and not drown?

  For example, when I first had to teach myself Flash to update my site, I bought a few books, Adobe Flash CS4 Professional - "Classroom In A Book", Adobe Press; Flash CS4 - The Missing Manual, O'Reilly; and learning Action Script 3.0, O'Reilly, but none of them don't seemed to have what I had to just jump in and do what I had to do.  There was some good info, but I had to just start playing with Flash to accomplish what I had to do.

  -What would be recommended with Dreamweaver?  In fact, I have an Adobe Press book, 'How - tos - 100 Essential Techniques'.

  Other recommendations?

  Problems with Flash intensive websites are threefold.

  (1) search engines don't rank highly because spiders can't index Flash content.

  (2) flash sites are not usable by people and devices (eg. mobile phones) that do not support Flash Player.

  (3) flash content cannot be "seen" by the translators, screen readers and others helping the web technologies.

  Allows you to build your DW X / HTML and CSS code.  Insert Flash media if necessary in your pages of pages in DW, but also would be a text for people/devices that cannot use Flash.

• I honestly Don ' is know where to start. My CD/DVD has stopped working. My Media Center has stopped working, I can't connect to internet without waiting 20 minutes. There is a virus on the machine somewhere and nothing I did he captured.

• M gives me so many problems, I don't know where to start.

  I use Adobe Edge Animate 2014.1.1, and I am scratching my head as to how Adobe can call this piece of software a "release" when it appears as a barely functional beta.

  Here is a list of the problems I encounter with a minor project for a Web site - there is no way I will ever live in the State, it is in.

  1. Symbol bounding boxes. I have re-size stage a symbol after that I created, and other than the change numbers there are literally no difference when I go out the symbol. I can't tell if I'm doing something wrong or if it doesn't work (like much else in this program). It is kind of a problem when I want to hide the overflow.
  2. Animations stop working. I went to several tutorials and even (so help me) the edge .pdf animate official to understand how create an animation to a passage of the mouse, but when I run it in my web browser they saw just stop working for no reason that I can see. I went on it for nearly 8 hours in a row and I'm tired of dealing with him.
  3. Code snippets are gone. It makes me very angry. They have been disappeared for awhile now, but not having them handy experimentation (and learning) even more difficult.
  4. C++ random errors. No reason given, not even a clue as to what is causing them - they kill the entire program.
  5. No function "save under". If I could save my work as an older version of edge animate and use an old iteration of the program I would just do that, but no: I can't open anything I did in the new version with the old versions. There is no HTML 5 video or audio in the animations that I do, so why can't do that? Looks like another idea of Adobe demi-cuite to force people to upgrade.
  6. Ugly official help. I contacted Adobe about these issues a few times now and operators who "helped" just sent me me on the community forums, but every time I "type a question" in the search bar, that nothing comes, and I'm too lazy rooting through thousands of messages to find one that MIGHT be of use to me a good use of my time.

  Yes, I'm a "noob". I almost two decades worth of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator more level training college animation, and I never was able to wrap the head around how horrible Flash was, or how anyone could stand to use it, but from what I see now Edge is not much better.

  THE SIMPLE SOLUTION:

  I removed the 'stop' triggers and reversed the animation. It is now shrinking as soon as it is created, so I changed the order of events mouseover and mouseout/mouseouthandler(). Now, it works very well and does not seem to break.
